مقادير العجينة
250غ زبدة
400غ فرينة
2 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
للكريمة
4 صفار بيض
كاس حليب
نصف كاس سكر
عصير 3 حبات ليمون
قشور 3 حبات ليمون
2 ملاعق كبيرة مايزينة
للمورينغ
4 بياض بيض
2 ملاعق كبيرة سكر
ملعقة فانيلا
التحضير
اولا العجينة
نصنع وسط الدقيق حفرة ونضع الزبدة ونضيف لها السكر البودرة وتخلط جيدا باليد

تغلف بالنايلون وتترك لنصف ساعقة قبل الخبز

بعدها تفرد ونضعها في قالت التارت ونمرر بايدينا او كما فعلت انا على الاطراف بالضغط لكي
نزيل اي زوائد

نضع وسط القالب الومينيوم ثم نعبي الوسط باي نوع من الحبوب (انا ثقبت القاعدة شوي بشوكة
عشان اضمن عدم انتفاخها

ثم تدخل الفرن المسبق التشغيل ل10 د
بعدها يخرج القالب ويترك ليبرد قليلا ونجهز الحشو
بالنسبة للكريمة

نرفع جميع المقادير على النار مع الخفق المتواصل راح تلاحظون ان
الخليط صار ثقيل بعدها تتصب داخل القاعدة

يترك ل5 دقائق قبل ادخاله الفرن ل10 وهذا شكله بعد اخراجه من الفرن

الان نجهز الميرانغ

نخفق البياض الى ان تتشكل لدينا قمم بعدها نتبدي نضيف السكر على دفعات

ملعقة ملعقة الى ان يثقل بشكل كامل و الفانيلا

على فكرة ماياخذله في الفرن الا 3الى 5 دقائق واحيانا اقل فلا تغفلون عنه
