كيف نكتسب عادة جديدة ونستمر عليها

تريد تغيير شيئ في حياتك... ان تستيقظ مبكرا ، تنام في وقت معين..
او ان تتعلم شيئاً جديدا.. لغة اجنبية او لعبة رياضة

1. التزم لمدة 30 يوم
كرر هذه العادة لمدة 3-4 اسابيع وسوف يصبح الامر تلقائيا.. سيصبح من السهل المحافظة عليه.

2.اجعلها امر يومي
التكرار امر اساسي لكي تجعل العادة تثبت, تمرن يوميا في صالة بناء الاجسام او بيتك مع أصدقائك لمدة 30 يوم,

3. ابدأ بخطوة بسيطة

4.ذكر نفسك
بعد اسبوعين من الالتزام قد تنسى , ضع قصاصة تذكرك بما تريد تعوده حتى لا يفوتك يوم,

لذا توقع ان يكون الطريق صعب.

واحدة من الطرق الناجحة لكي توقف التفكير السلبي هي كلمة لكن,
اذا بدات بالتفكير (انا لا استطيع ان اقوم بهذا الامر) قاطع هذا التفكير بكلمة لكن
اذا استمريت فسوف يصبح الامر اسهل.

10. ابتعد عن الاغراء
حدد محيطك في اول 30 يوم , ابعد عنك الاغراء ازل الطعام المضر عن نظرك ارم كل مايضرك خارجا

11.حدد أصدقاءك
اقض وقت اكثر مع من تريد ان تصبح مثله.. اي قدوة لك فمن يصادق صديق سيئ سيصبح مثله.. لذلك حدد أصدقاءك

12.اعتبر الامر تجربة
جرب تغيير تصرفك لمدة شهر واجل الحكم الى ما بعد, ان تجعل الامر تجربة يعطيك
وجهة نظر افضل للتغيير.

13.غير الفكرة وتخيل النتائج
تريد القيام بعادتك القديمة مباشرة غير الفكرة وتخيل نفسك وانت تتركها
وتخيل ما سيصبح عليه حالك بعد ترك هذه العادة ,هذا التفكير سوف يساعدك على ترك العادة القديمة.

14.تذكر الالم
اعرض لنفسك حقائق واقعية عن الجانب السيئ لعدم التغير
واجه نفسك بهذه الامور وستبقي على نفس الحماس
