نكت وطرائف فيها الكثير من الحكم

في احد الايام كان هناك حارس بستان
دخل عليه صاحب البستان وطلب منه
ان يحضر له رمانة حلوة الطعم

فذهب الحارس واحضر حبة رمان وقدمها لسيد البستان
وحين تذوقها الرجل وجدها حامضة

فقال صاحب البستان: قلت لك اريد حبة حلوة الطعم احضر لي رمانة اخرى
فذهب الحارس مرتين متتاليتين وفي كل مرة يكون طعم الرمان الذي يحضره حامضا

فقال صاحب البستان للحارس مستعجبا: ان لك سنة كاملة
تحرس هذا البستان
الا تعلم مكان الرمان الحلو ؟؟

فقال حارس البستان: انك يا سيدي طلبت مني ان احرس البستان لا ان اتذوق الرمان كيف لي ان اعرف مكان الرمان الحلو

فتعجب صاحب البستان من امانة هذا الرجل واخلاقه فعرض عليه ان يزوجه ابنته
وتزوج هذا الرجل من تلك الزوجة الصالحة

وكان ثمرة هذا الزواج هو
عبد الله ابن المبارك (أحد أعلام المسلمين(

كان هناك بلدة كان يوجد فيها قصر يوجد به الف مرآة فى قاعة واحدة

سمع كلب بهذه القاعة فقرر ان يزورها فذهب لهذا القصر وعندما وصل اخذ يقفز على السلالم
فرحا
ولما دخل القاعة وجد الف كلب يبتسمون فى وجهه ويهزون اذيالهم فرحين
فسر جدا بهذا وقال فى نفسه لابد ان احضر هنا مرات اخرى كثيرة
بينما
سمع كلب اخر بهذة القصة فقرر ان يزور القصر مثل صديقه ولكنه لم يكن
فرحا بطبيعته...مشى بخطوات متثاقلة عابساً حتى وصل الى القاعة ذات الالف مرآة
ولكن يا للعجب ...وجد الف كلب يعبسون فى وجهه فكشر عن انيابه
وذعر اذ وجد الف كلب يكشرون عن انيابهم فادار وجهه وجرى...
وهو لا ينوى على شىء

أعلن أحد الملوك أن سيعطي إكليلاً من الذهب جائزة لأعظم عمل يقوم به أحد أفراد رعيته . وذات يوم مثل أمامه شاعر و عالم ورسام .
وتقدم الشاعر فأنشد أمامه قصائد من روائع شعره... وبعده جاء الرسام الذي عرض لوحاته أمامه وخطوطا ونقوشا ... وأخيرا جاء العالم ويحمل كتبه ويشرح للملك بعض أختباراته وتجاربه العلمية وإكتشافاته .
وفي النهاية ظهرت إمرأة عجوز فسألها الملك : ما لديك أيتها العجوز وما عندك لتقدميه
فقالت العجوز : إن الذين وقفوا أمامك أيها الملك هم أولادي الثلاثة قد جئت لأرى من منهم ينال الجائزة ويحظى بتاج الذهب .. فنزل الملك من على كرسيه وحمل التاج ووضعه على رأس العجوز وقال : إن من يصنع للوطن مثل هؤلاء الرجال هو الذي يستحق هذا التاج
