معاتبــة الصديــق

عَنْ تَمِيمٍ الدَّارِىِّ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ « الدِّينُ النَّصِيحَةُ » قُلْنَا لِمَنْ قَالَ « لِلَّهِ وَلِكِتَابِهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلأَئِمَّةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَعَامَّتِهِمْ ». صحيح مسلم

قالت الحكماء: مما يجب للصَّديق على الصديق الإغْضاء عن زلاّته، والتَّجاوز عن سيّآته، فإن رجع وأعتب وإلاّ عاتبتَه بلا إكثار، فإنّ كثرَة العتاب مَدْرجة للقَطِيعة. وروي عن علي بن أبي طالب رضي اللهّ عنه أن قال: لا تَقْطع أخاك على ارتياب، ولا تهجره دون استِعْتاب.

ولمحمد بن أَبان:
إذا أنَا لم أَصْبِرْ على الذَّنب مِن أخٍ *** وكنتُ أُجازيه فأَين التفاضـل
إذا ما دهـاني مِفْصلٌ فقطعتًــهَ *** بَقيتُ وما لي للنُّهوص مَفاصل

ولعبد الله بن مُعاوية:
ولستُ ببَـادي صاحبِي بقَطِيعة *** ولستُ بمُفْشٍ سِرَّه حين يغْضبُ
عَليك بإخوان الثِّقَات فإنهم *** قليلٌ فَصِلْهم دُون مَن كنت تَصْحَب
وما الخِدْن إلا مَن صَفا لك وُدّه *** ومَن هو ذو نُصْح وأنت مُغَيَّـب

وقال أبو تمام
من لى بإنســان إذا أغضبته *** وجهلت كان الحلم رد جوابه
وإذا صبوت إلى المدام شربت من *** أخلاقه وسكرت من آدابه
وتراه يصغي للحديث بطـرفه *** وبقلبه ولعـــله أدري به

وقيل لخالد بن صفوان أي إخوانك أحب إليك قال الذي يسد خلتي ويغفر زلتي ويقيل عثرتي وقيل من لا يؤاخي إلا من لا عيب فيه قل صديقة ومن لم يرض من صديقة إلا بإيثارة على نفسه دام سخطه ومن عاتب على كل ذنب ضاع عتبه وكثر تعبه قال الشاعر
ومن لـم يغمض عينه عن صديقه *** وعن بعض ما فيه يمت وهو عاتب

وقال آخر
إذا كنت في كل الأمور معاتبــا *** صديقك لم تلق الذي لا تعـاتبـه
وإن أنت لم تشرب مرارا على الأذي *** ظمئت وأي الناس تصفو مشاربه

وقيل إذا رأيت من أخيك أمرا تكرهه أو خلة لا تحبها فلا تقطع حبله ولا تصرم وده ولكن داو كلمته واستر عورته وأبقه وأبرأ من عمله .قال أبو تمام:
