اختطف قراصنة صوماليون، أول أمس، باخرة شحن جزائرية بالقرب من السواحل العمانية، وعلى متنها 27 بحارا بينهم 17 بحارا جزائريا يشكلون طاقم الباخرة، في حادثة تعتبر الأولى من نوعها في تاريخ النقل البحري للجزائر المستقلة.

ووقعت عملية اختطاف الباخرة التي تحمل اسم "بليدة"، في عرض المحيط الهندي بالقرب من السواحل العمانية جنوب شرق شبه الجزيرة العربية، بينما كانت متجهة من ميناء صلالة العماني باتجاه العاصمة التنزانية دار السلام، وعلى متنها 20586 طن من مادة الكلينكر، التي تستعمل في صناعة الاسمنت.
ولم يكشف الخاطفون إلى غاية مساء أمس، عن مطالبهم، غير أن عمليات مشابهة بينت أن مطالب القراصنة عادة ما تنحصر في مبالغ مالية معتبرة مقابل تحرير السفن المحتجزة وطواقمها. وتملك هذه الباخرة الشركة الجزائرية للنقل البحري للبضائع "كنان"، وقد تم تأجيرها لشركة يونانية في وقت سابق، في حين يتكون الطاقم المحتجز على متن الباخرة من جنسيات مختلفة منها الجزائرية، وهما الأوكرانية والفلبينية وعددهم في عشرة، بحسب مصادر من الشركة.
وقال المتحدث باسم القوة البحرية لمكافحة القرصنة، "بادي.أ. كينيدي"، إن عملية الاختطاف وقعت بعد ظهر أول أمس السبت، على بعد 150 ميل بحري جنوب شرق ميناء صلالة العماني، مشيرا إلى أن الباخرة كانت مسجلة ضمن لجنة السلامة البحرية (MCS)، غير أنها لم تكن مصرح بها في نظام المملكة المتحدة للتجارة والعمليات البحرية (UKMTO)، بحسب بيان صدر عن القوة الأوروبية لمكافحة القرصنة الصوماليين، المشكلين في عمومهم من عصابات تعمل بالتنسيق فيما بينها ومسلحة ببنادق آلية وقذائف صاروخية.
ولم يقدم مسؤول القوة البحرية تفاصيل إضافية حول عملية الهجوم الذي تعرضت له الباخرة الجزائرية، غير أنه أشار إلى أن القراصنة المحسوبين على الصومال قاموا باقتياد "البليدة"، التي كانت تحمل العلم الوطني إلى مكان مجهول، رفقة طاقمها.
وعادة ما يعقب خطف القراصنة الصوماليين لبواخر الشحن، المطالبة بفدية مقابل الإفراج عن البواخر ومن على متنها، كما أنه نادرا ما يتعرض القراصنة لحياة الرهائن في حال حصولهم على فدية، على غرار ما حصل في حوادث سابقة. وتحصي القوة الأوربية لمكافحة القرصنة، عدد السفن المحجوزة حاليا على مستوى المحيط الهندي وخليج عدن، حيث ينشط القراصنة الصوماليون بقوة، حوالي 28 سفينة تضم ما لا يقل عن 654 رهينة، يشكلون طاقم السفن المحجوزة. وتتشكل القوة البحرية الأوربية لمحاربة القرصنة، من تحالف عدد من الدول، وتشرف عليها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، وتقوم بدوريات تمتد بين خليج عدن وجيبوتي من أجل حماية السفن التي تمر بالمنطقة من القراصنة، إلا أنه ورغم هذه الدوريات إلا أن عمليات القرصنة لم تتوقف.

نعم للاسف الجزائر تتعرض الى عمل ارهابي وليس
هناك خيارات كثيرة للتعامل مع الوضع و اعتقد ان
الحل الديبلوماسي مطروح في هده الساعات و ادا نفدت
هده السبل لا يبقى الا تحرير السفينة بالقوة عن طريق
كومندوس بحري من القوات البحرية الجزائرية و هدا
الاقرب الى التحقيق لان الفدية لا يمكن للجزائر ان تدفعها
حتى و لو اغرق القراصنة السفينة بمن فيها
