فرد الخاطب" ولكن ليست لي مشاكل", فقالت له" لكنها ستبدأ بعد الزواج " :

قالت المخطوبة للخاطب " كم أنا سعيدة لأنني سأشاطرك المتاعب والمشاكل " , فرد الخاطب " ولكن ليست لي مشاكل " , فقالت له " لكنها ستبدأ بعد الزواج " .

تعليق :

1- الخاطب مع خطيبته هو رجل مع أجنبية عنه , ومنه لا يجوز له ( قبل العقد الشرعي ) أن يقبلها أو يعانقها أو يختلي بها أو ... وإذا كان الكثير من الشباب متعودين على خلاف هذا , فإننا يجب أن ننتبه إلى أن الحق سيبقى حقا مهما انحرف الناس عنه , وإن الحرام سيبقى حراما مهما انغمس الناس فيه .

2- وأما بعد العقد الشرعي للزواج وقبل الدخول , فيجوز للزوج أن يفعل كل شيء مع زوجته بما في ذلك الجماع ... مع ملاحظتين أساسيتين :
الأولى : إن جامعها ثم طلقها فإنها ستأخذ المهر كله , وأما إن طلقها بدون جماع فإنها ستأخذ نصف المهر فقط , فلينـتبه الرجل إلى ذلك .
الثاني : أن كترة اتصال الخاطب بخطيبته بين العقد والدخول مخالف للكثير من عاداتنا وأعرافنا الطيبة كما أنه مناقض للذوق السليم ولمقتضيات الحياء , ومنه فيا ليت الشباب يعودون أنفسهم على الابتعاد ( في حدود الإمكان والاستطاعة ) عن الخطيبة بين العقد والدخول . وأما بعد الدخول أو بعد العرس أو بعد وليمة الزواج فزوجته كلها حلال عليه يفعل معها وبها ما يشاء .

3- الزواج وسيلة أساسية من وسائل السعادة مهما كانت مشاكله , ومن الصعب أن يسعد شخص بدون زواج ... بل حتى الجنة كما قال الشيخ العلامة يوسف القرضاوي حفظه الله تعالى تنقص قيمتها لو تكن فيها المرأة أو لو لم تكن فيها الزوجة .

4- مهم جدا أن يتعاون الزوجان على التغلب على المتاعب والمشاكل, من بعد الزواج مباشرة وإلى ساعة الموت.

5- الزواج والأسرة والدار والمال وتربية الأولاد و... فيها من المشاكل ما فيها , ومع ذلك يبقى الزواج نصف الدين ومصدر سعادة من الصعب الحصول عليها إلا بالزواج . والزواج ليس شذوذا في هذا الشأن , بل كل شيء مهم في الحياة , سواء كان دينيا أو دنيويا مهما كان خيره غالبا ففيه مشاكل ... بل إنني أجزم أن الشيء المهم سيفقد الكثير من أهميته لو لم تكن فيه مشاكل , ولا ننسى أن الشبع لا قيمة له إلا بالجوع وأن الراحة لا قيمة لها إلا بالتعب , وهكذا ...

6- حتى طاعة الله عزوجل ( كل طاعة ) وفيها تعب ونصب و ... ومع ذلك فالله طلبها منا لأن خيرها غالب على ما فيها من تعب ونصب ... وفي المقابل فإن معصية الله ( كل معصية عموما ) فيها لذة ما ... ومع ذلك فالله حذرنا منها لأن شرها غالب على ما فيها من لذة . والخير المطلق الذي لا يـختلط به شر لا يوجد بإذن الله تعالى إلا في الجنة , نسأل الله أن نكون من أهلها .

7- من السذاجة بمكان أن نتصور الزواج بلا مشاكل . إن الشباب المراهق هو فقط الذي يتصور الزواج بلا مشاكل ... ثم في الأفلام فقط يمكن أن نرى زواجا بلا مشاكل .

8- هناك فرق بين مشاكل في الزواج بسيطة وتحدث بين الحين والآخر فقط ... هذا أمر عادي جدا وطبيعي للغاية . وأما أن تصبح المشاكل كبيرة وتكاد تحدث كل يوم فإنها تصبح عندئذ جرثومة تعمل على قتل الزواج والأسرة , وتصبح بذلك مرضا يحتاج إلى العلاج المناسب ... العلاج الذي قد يكون أحيانا هو الكي ( الطلاق ) الذي هو آخر دواء .
والله أعلم بالصواب , وهو وحده الموفق والهادي لما فيه الخير .
