أسباب التحدث اثناء النوم وطريقة علاجه

يتحدث بصوت عال وكأنه يتشاجر مع احد واذا استفاق وسألته عما كان يحلم
يقول لااتذكر شيئا مماحدث ...!!!!

وفي بعض الاحيان يقول اتذكر انني كنت اتكلم وانا نائم ولكن لااتذكر شيئا مما كنت اقووول ..!!
وفي احيان اخرى يفتح عينيه ويجلس من نومه ويتحدث معك وكأنه غير نائم
ويقول لك انا لست نائم ..!
وتذهب انت على انه صاحي ثم تعود بعد دقائق فتراه غارقا في النوم
وكانه لم ينم منذ فتره طويله...!!!

وعندما يستفيق تساله مالذي حصل لك اليوم لماذا لم تقم ؟؟
يقول لك متى ؟ هل ايقظتني اليوم ؟هل حدثتني اليوم ؟

وكانه يعيش في كوكب اخر لايدري من اين وكيف اتى
ياللعجب هل ياترى كان عقله الباطن الذي كان يتحدث ؟
ام انه فعلا مريض وهو بحاجه للعلاج

ولكن تقول الدكتوره امل المخزومي
يلعب القلق والخوف والتوتر ومشاكل الحياه المختلفه دورا مهما في اضرابات النوم لدى الفرد
وتتضمن هذه الاضرابات الكوابيس والاستيقاظ من النوم في حاله رعب شديد صرير الانسان
التبول اللإرادي ، المشي اثناء النوم التحدث اثناء النوم وغيرها وغيرها

ولعلاجها عليكْ بـ الآتي:

1- التخلص من الضغوط النفسيه قدر الامكان قبل الذهاب الى النوم
2- ممارسه التمارين الرياضيه قبل النوم بساعات قليله
3- ممارسه تمارين التنفس واخذ كميه كافيه من الاوكسجين لتنشيط المخ
وتخليصه من السموم الناتجه عن الاجهاد والتعب اليومي
4- ممارسه تمارين الاسترخاء للتخلص من التوتر والقلق
5- تجنب اخذ المشاكل اليوميه الى غرف النوم
6- تجنب ممارسه او تكمله واجبات العمل قبل ساعات النوم خاصه
اذا كنت مفعمه بالمشاكل والصعوبه في حلها
7- تناول كاسه من الحليب الفاتر او اللبن قبل النوم لتهدئه الاعصاب
8- الاهتمام بملابس النوم على ان تكون مريحه ونظيفه
9- الاهتمام بالسرير على ان يكون مريحا ونظيفا
10- التخلص من الاضاءه القويه واذا كان من الصعب تحقيق ذلك يمكن
لبس غطاء العين الذي يحجب الضوء المصنوع من قماش القطن
كي يحمي العينين من التعرق ايضا
11- الاهتمام بهدوء غرفه النوم وهوائها وضيائها ونظافتها وترتيبها
13- الاهتمام بالوساده ونظافتها وحجمها حسب راحه الفرد
14- تجنب إتخام المعده بالطعام ويمكن الذهاب الى النوم بعد ساعتين
من تناوله على الاقل
15- قراءه ايه الكرسي قبل النوم والمعوذات واذا كانت هناك آية تشعرك بالراحه فاقرأها
