أخي المدّخن...اليك فتوى صلاتك بالمسجد..

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم


***شرب دخان لفافات السجائر حرام بالإجماع وفي هذه المقالة ***

لن أخوض في مسألة التحريم وإنما في إتيان المدخن للمسجد
تبث عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن منع آكل الثوم أو البصل من قدوم المسجد

قال جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما :


وقد نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن أكل البصل والكراث فغلبتنا الحاجة فأكلنا منها فقال :
من أكل من هذه الشجرة المنتنة فلا يقربن مسجدنا ، فإن الملائكة تتأذى مما يتأذى منه الإنس .رواه مسلم

أخي المدخن هذا بآكل ثوم أو بصل أمر بالصلاة في بيته وأنت تأتي المسجد ورائحة الدخان ملتصقة بك......

وستؤذي كل من يصلى بمحاذاتك من المصلين أما الملائكة فهم يتأذون كما في الحديث
وحتى مكان سجودك أخي ستترك فيه رائحة دخان السجائرفالزم بيتك أفضل لك .......فأنت بإصرارك حضور الصلاة في المسجد وفيك بقية دخان تكون آثم لأنك تؤذي إخوتك المؤمنينوإذايتهم حرام فاحرص أخي على تجنب شربها بفترة أطول .............
أو اتركها بالمرة وأنت الرابح الأكبر...........................

أخي هل ترضى لنفسك أن يتم إخراجك من المسجد إن تبث وجود في فيك بقية قال عمر بن الخطاب – في خطبته –
ثم إنكم أيها الناس تأكلون شجرتين لا أراهما إلا خبيثتين هذا البصل والثوم ، لقد رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
إذا وَجَد ريحهما من الرجل في المسجد أمَرَ بِهِ فأُخرِجَ إلى البقيع ،فمن أكلهما فليمتهما طبخاً رواه مسلم .

السؤال س: علمت بأن رسول الله - صلي الله عليه وسلم - قد نهى من أكل منا ثومًا أو بصلا أن يقرب المصلين في جماعة المسجد، وذلك حسب علمي حتى لا يؤذي الملائكة والمصلين، فما رأى سماحتكم فيمن امتلأت رئتاه برائحة الدخان، حتى ولو أنه لم يشربه قبل قدومه للصلاة في المسجد، والمعروف أن راحة الدخان كريهة، وأنا أقول لك: إنها تزعجني في صلاتي بجانب صاحب هذه الرائحة، والنهي جاء في الحلال (الثوم والبصل)، فما الحكم في الدخان وهو محرم، هل ينطبق الحديث على شاربه؟
الاجابـــة إن النهي عن قرب المسجد لمن أكل ثومًا أو بصلا ونحوه هو نهي عن أكل هذه البقول المستكرهة؛ ولذلك ترك الصحابة أكل الثوم ونحوه، وقالوا: لا خير في مطعوم يحول بيننا وبين الصلاة في المسجد، وبعضهم صار يأكله في الوقت الذي ليس بعده صلاة قريبة كالعشاء والفجر، بحيث يذهب ريحه قبل دخول الوقت الثاني، فأما المدخن في هذه الأزمنة فإنه يتمنى أن يمنع من المسجد، ويفرح إذا قيل له: لا تقرب المسجد بعد التدخين قائلا: إني لا أقدر على تركه، فإما أن أتعاطاه وأحضر الصلاة وإما أن أترك الصلاة، فنقول له: خفف منه، واحرص على أن لا تشربه قرب الوقت حتى لا تؤذي غيرك ولا تتوسط الصف، مع توصية المدخن بالإقلاع عنه كليًا، فهو مرض عضال لا خير فيه، وتركه سهل يسير على من يسره الله - تعالى- عليه. والله أعلم.
