في أعماقِ البحرِ السحيقِ حيثُ منبعِ الجمالِ، حيثُ اللؤلؤِ والمرجانِ ،
تعيشُ لؤلؤةٌ صغيرةٌ في كنفِ والدِها يرعاها ويحميها مما قدْ يؤذيها..
عاشتِ اللؤلؤةُ عزيزةً مكرّمةً ومعها صوَيحِباتِها يتلألأْنَ مثلَها في أصدافِهنّ مُدلّلاتٍ..

وبينما هُنَّ يمْرحْنَ ذاتَ نهارٍ رأَينَ شيئًا غريبًا يتسللُ إلى المياهِ..
اقتربْنَ منهُ قليلاً
فإذا هوَ شاشةٌ كبيرةٌ تَعْرِضُ لآلِئَ في أحضانِ مخملٍ بدتْ مناظِرُها تسلُبُ اللّبَ..
وإذا بصوتٍ يُصاحِبُ الصّورةَ يقولُ:

منْ أهلِ الأرضِ إلى أعماقِ البحارِ
منَ الحريةِ والجمالِ إلى الظُلمةِ والاحتكارِ
هنا نقدِّرُ جمالَكم ونُهدي إليكُم حُرِّيتَكم
ونضمنُ لكم سعادتَكم

اللؤلؤةُ الصغيرةُ : كلا، وأيُّ خطرٍ ؟ إنهُ جمالٌ ما بعدَهُ جمالٌ وحريةٌ ليستْ بعدَها حريةً ،،
ألا ترَينَ كيفَ أنّنا مرهوناتٍ بأصدافِنا لا نستطيعُ الخروجَ منْها ؟
الصديقةُ : حبيبَتي، الصدفُ هوَ مَنْ رَبِّاكِ ورعاكِ ولكنْ لمْ يَحِنْ أوانُ القطافِ بعدُ ..
انتظري حتى تكبُري .. فأهلُ الأرضِ يُزَيِّنونَ الصورةَ رغمَ واقعِهم المؤلمِ القبيحِ..

أطرقتْ اللؤلؤةُ برأسِها والأفكارُ تذهبُ بعقلِها وتجِيءُ، ثمَّ أيقنَتْ أنَّ صاحِبَتَها لا تفهمُ في التطوُّرِ والرُّقِيِّ، وأنَّ هذا شأنَها وحدَها..
وصديقتُها تتابعُ حديثَها في حزنٍ وتعاطُفٍ : عزيزَتي ، أنتِ هنا ملكةٌ معززةٌ الكلُّ يحافظُ عليكِ
أما هناكَ فستتناقَلُكِ الأيدي حتى ترخصَ قيمتُكِ ، المهمُّ أنَّهم يهتمّونَ بجمالِكِ، فإذا قدِمتِ باعوكِ بأبخسِ الأثمانِ ..

لمْ تقتنعِ اللؤلؤةُ بكلامِ صديقتِها ،فحزمتْ أمرَها وقررتِ الرحيلَ بلهفةٍ للذهابِ إلى حيثُ التألُّقِ وإبرازِ الجمالِ..
واتصلتْ على الرقمِ المجانيِّ :
مرحباً ، اللؤلؤةُ تتحدثُ معكُم، أريدُ التحررَ والجمالَ، وأريدُ .....
قاطعوها قائلينَ: أهلاً، أهلا سنأتيكِ على الفورِ، ستجدينَ لدينا كلَّ ما تتمنّين..

وفي لحظاتِ الوداعِ ، شعرتْ اللؤلؤةُ بِنَوعٍ منَ الألمِ
لأنّها ستُفارقُ حدائقَ البحرِ التي ترعرعَت فيها إلى حدائقَ أُخرى، ولكنَّ عزاءَها أنَّها تسعَى وراءَ الأرقَى والأكثرِ تحرُّراً..

أتَوا إليها مُسرعينَ _وفي دقائقَ_ أخذُوها ونهبُوا معها جمعًا من اللآلئِ الصديقَةِ ،
كانوا يصرخُون لا يرغبُونَ، ولكنْ ما باليدِ حيلةٌ، إذْ يبدو أنَّ هذا نوعٌ منْ أنواعِ تطوُّرِ أهلِ الأرضِ..
وما إنْ خرجتْ وبدا بريقُها على سطحِ الماءِ , حتى استقْبلتْها الأيادي بحرصٍ واهتمامٍ..
وعندما وصلُوا إلى المختبرِ ،
أخذوا اللؤلؤةَ الصغيرةَ ليُخرِجوها منَ الصَّدَفِ ، تألّمتْ وصرختْ ثمَّ خرجتْ إلى الحرّيةِ بعدَ الألمِ ..
ضحكتْ حينما رأتْ كلَّ الوجوهِ تنظرُ إليها بتعجُّبٍ وابتسامٍ ..

غرّتْها الأمانيُّ ..

أخذوها ودقُّوها بالمطارقِ حتى يُدخِلوا بِها المسالكَ ،
أخذوا صديقاتِها معها ليضعُوها في عقدٍ لؤلؤيٍّ جذابٍ ..
باعوها في أرقى المحلاتِ ..
اشترتْها امرأةٌ ذاتُ جمالٍ ووضعتْ العقدَ اللؤلؤيَّ في جيدِها،
ومرتْ الشهورُ لتشتريَ المرأةُ عِقداً آخرَ لؤلؤياً جميلاً .. فتركتِ العقدَ القديمَ في الخزانةِ ..

حزنتِ اللؤلؤةُ فهيَ لا زالتْ ترى نفسَها بذاكَ الجمالِ ، ومرّتْ الأيامُ وهيَ في خزانتِها لا ترى النورَ ..
حزنتْ حتى بهتَ جمالُها ..
وصديقاتُها يصِحْنَ بها : أنتِ السببُ ، حرمتِنا من أكنافِ والدِينا إلى حيثُ الضياعِ والظلامِ..
اللؤلؤةُ الصغيرةُ : ظننتُها حريةً وتطوراً وجمالاً !!

ثم فُتحتِ الخزانةِ .. وأُخذَ العقدُ إلى أحدِ المتاحفِ لعرضِ المقتنياتِ القديمةِ ..
وبقيَ العقدُ رخيصاً في عيونِ الناظرينَ، الكلُّ ينظرُ إليهِ ويمرِّرُ النظرَ إلى غيرِهِ..

اعتادتْ على ذلكَ .. واشتاقتْ العودةَ إلى البحرِ حيثُ الكلُّ يشتاقُ إليها ويصارعُ لأجلِها..
لكنَّها أتتْهم رخيصةً فضاعَ الثمنُ ..
هكذا انتهتْ قيمتُها , وضاعَ تألُّقُها , غرّتْها تلكَ الحضارةُ الجوفاءُ إلا منْ أنوارٍ خادعةٍ كاذبةٍ..
بهرتْها حريةً ساذجةً , هكذا أصبحتْ رخيصةً بعدَ أنْ ترَكَتْ المحارَ , ظنَّتْ أنَّهُ قيدٌ فعلِمتِ الآنَ أنَّهُ صَونٌ لجمالِها واحتفاظٌ بقيمتِها..
