وزير التجارة يتوعد بارونات استيراد الزيت والسكر

توعّد وزير التجارة، «مصطفى بن بادة»، باتخاذ إجراءات عقابية ضد الجهات التي تقف وراء الزيادات الأخيرة في أسعار بعض المواد الاستهلاكية، وبخاصة منها السكر والزيت، واعتبر ما يجري أمرا غير مقبول وليست له مبرّرات مُقنعة، وذهب إلى حد اتهام من أسماهم «أصحاب المصالح الذين تُزعجهم إصلاحات الحكومة»، مشيرا إلى أن مصالحه بصدد جمع كافة المعطيات المتعلقة بهذا الملف.

اعترف وزير التجارة بأن مصالحه عجزت حتى الآن في الكشف عن الأسباب الحقيقية التي تقف وراء الزيادات الأخيرة في أسعار المواد ذات الاستهلاك الواسع، ولو أنه ربط الأمر ببعض الممارسات التي تُحرّكها بارونات الاستيراد، وأرجع هذا الاستنتاج إلى مقارنة الأسعار المعمول بها محليا مع تلك التي تعرفها الأسواق والبورصات العالمية، حيث لم يجد أي تفسير أكثر من القول بأن «هناك من لا تخدمهم الإصلاحات التي نحن بصدد تطبيقها في القطاع بما في ذلك إعادة تنظيم آليات الاستيراد وضبط السوق».

وأكد «مصطفى بن بادة» في أشغال ندوة إعلامية نشطه بمقر وزار التجارة، أن الحكومة تُتابع الوضع بانشغال كبير خاصة من منطلق إدراكها بأن المواطن هو المتضرّر الأكبر مما يحصل، وعلّق على الوضع بالقول «ارتفاع الأسعار كان بشكل ملفت للانتباه في الأيام الثلاثة الأولى من العام الجديد. هذا أمر واقع ولكن ما شهدناه في الفترة الأخير غير مقبول ولا يُمكن تفسيره..»، قبل أن يضيف بأسلوب فيه الكثير من الوعيد «سنتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة، وعلى كل طرف أن يتحمّل مسؤولياته».

إلى ذلك أعلن وزير القطاع أن الحكومة تعمل في الوقت الراهن على جمع كافة المعطيات المتعلقة بالكميات المستوردة من مادتي السكر والزيت إلى جانب التدقيق في نسب الرسوم التي دفعت على مستوى الموانئ ومصالح الجمارك، واصفا ما يجري بأنه «اختلالات ظرفية» تحرّكها جهات معينة، ثم تابع «يجب الصبر أمام هذه المقاومة السلبية التي تُحاول من خلالها جماعات المصالح فرض منطقها على المجموعة الوطنية»، لافتا إلى أن «المواطن متضرّر لكن أطمئنكم بأن الدولة عازمة على التحكّم في الوضع، وهي ستُواصل دعم المواد الأساسية».

وفي ردّه على أسئلة الصحفيين حول الجهات التي يعتقد بأنها تُغذي موجة ارتفاع الأسعار، قال الوزير بصريح العبارة «إنهم جماعات المصالح الذين لا تخدمهم التدابير الجديدة التي تسعى الدولة من خلالها إلى إعادة تنظيم وضبط السوق بما في ذلك تنظيم نشاط الاستيراد»، مؤكدا في هذا السياق: «إن هذه الإصلاحات تُزعج أصحاب المصالح الذين تعوّدوا على الربح السريع لأنها ستُحدث هزّات وتجعلنا ندفع الثمن»، معلنا بالمناسبة عن مجلس وزراي مشترك سينعقد خلال أسبوعين لبحث موضوع قانون المنافسة والممارسات التجارية.

وحسب ما جاء على لسان وزير التجارة في الندوة الإعلامية فإن «هؤلاء الناس يخافون من الضرائب لأن ذلك سيكشف رقم أعمالهم»، ملتزما بأن يتوسط لدى الحكومة من أجل أن لا تفرض على هؤلاء إجراءات عقابية مقابل التهرّب الضريبي في الفترة السابقة على أن تطبّق التدابير الجديدة في الفترة المقبلة ما يعني التنازل لهم، كما أبرز أن «هناك الآلاف من المتعاملين يشتغلون بسجلات أناس غير موجودين أصلا، وهم لا يدفعون الضرائب ويريدون الاستفادة لوحدهم»، وتقع أن تنتهي أزمة لهيب الأسعار خلال شهر مارس على أقصى تقدير.

وعلى صعيد آخر نفى «بن بادة» وجود ندرة في مادة الفرينة، مبرّرا ما يحصل بأنه مجرّد «أزمة مُفتعلة»، وأوضح أن المخزون الحالي يكفي أكثر أربعة أشهر، حيث أرجع الوضع الحالي في الاختلال الحاصل في تنظيم العلاقة بين المطاحن وتجار الجملة وكذا أصحاب المخابز، أما بخصوص مادة الحليب فقد أفاد أن وزارة الفلاحة قرّرت رفع إجمالي واردات غبرة الحليب خلال 2011 إلى 160 ألف طن بعدما كان في حدود 120 ألف طن خلال العام الماضي.
