1- فكر في الخير يتدفق الخير إليك وإذا فكرت في الشر يأتي ذلك الشر فأنت رهينة ما تفكر فيه طوال اليوم.

2- لا يجادلك عقلك الباطن إنه يرضى ويقبل بما يصدره إليه عقلك الواعي من أوامر فإذا قلت لا أستطيع شراءها ربما تكون صادقاً ولكن تجنب أن تقول ذلك ، انتق فكره أفضل وقل سأشتريها إن عقلي قبلها.

3- إنك تمتلك سلطة الاختيار عليك أن تختار الصحة والسعادة يمكنك أن تختار أن تكون ودوداً أو غير ودود اختر أن تكون متعاوناً ومرحاً وودوداً ومحبوباً سوف تجد العالم بين يديك هذه أفضل وسيلة لتنشئة شخصية رائعة.

4- إن عقلك الواعي هو بمثابة حارس البوابة وظيفته الرئيسية حماية عقلك الباطن من الانطباعات المظللة. اعتقد أن شيئاً طيباً يمكن أن يحدث ويحدث الآن إن قوتك العظيمة هي قدرتك على الاختيار فعليك باختيار السعادة.

5- الإيحاءات والعبارات التي يطبقها الآخرون ليس فيها القوة في أن تضرك القوة الوحيدة تتمثل في مرونة تفكيرك ، تستطيع أن ترفض الأفكار أو العبارات التي يطلقها الآخرون تجاهك إن لديك القدرة على أن تختار كيف سيكون رد فعلك.

6- راقب ما تقول عليك أن تنتبه لكل كلمة حتى لو كانت تافهة لا تقل أبداً إنني سوف افشل إنني سوف افقد وظيفتي لا أستطيع أن أدفع الإيجار إن عقلك الباطن لا يأخذ الأمر بشكل هزلي بل إنه يشرع فوراً لتحقيقه.

7-إن عقلك ليس شيطاناً ولا فيه قوة طبيعة الشر إنه يعتمد على كيفية استخدامك لقوى الطبيعة، استخدم عقلك في جلب النعمة والشفاء للناس جميعاً في كل مكان.

8- لا تقل مطلقاً لا أستطيع التغلب على الخوف استبدال تلك العبارة بالآتي: إنني لدي القدرة على فعل كل شيء من خلال قوة عقلي الباطن.

9-ابدأ في التفكير من وجهة نظر الحقائق الأبدية ومبادئ الحياة وليس من وجهة نظر الخوف والجهل والاستسلام.

10- أنت ربان سفينة نفسك ( عقلك الباطن ) وصانع مستقبلك تذكر أن القدرة على الاختيار وعليك باختيار الحياة والحب والصحة والسعادة.

11- أياً كان الشيء الذي يعتقده عقلك الواعي ويفترضه صادقاً فإن عقلك الباطن سيقبله ويشرع في تحقيقه فعليك أن تعتقد في الخير والسلوك السليم وجميع النعم التي وهبنا الله.
