خبر عاجل// حريق مهول في المركز التجاري (la foire) بحي أيوف الغربي بمدينة جيجل

اندلع حريق مهول في المركز التجاري (لافوار- la foire )الكائن بحي أيوف الغربي المحادي للحي الإداري و على مقربة من مكتب الشروق اليومي ، و ذلك في حوالي الساعة السادسة و النصف كما أكده شهود عيان من السكان المجاورين للمركز ، و قد أتى الحريق على كل ما هو قابل للاشتعال في كارثة حقيقية تعتبر الأولى من نوعها بهذا الحجم، حيث أنه يمكنك مشاهدة ألسنة اللهب التي لونت المنطقة باللون الأحمر الناري و أعمدة الدخان السوداء و البيضاء من حي 500 مسكن في مشهد مروع يرجع بك إلى العشرية السوداء .

و ما زاد الطينة بلة أو إن شئت قل في هذا المقام ما زاد النار اشتعالا ، طبيعة المحلات التجارية المتواجدة في المجمع التجاري و التي أغلبها محلات بيع الألبسة و التي تعتبر مواد سريعة الاشتعال و خاصة المصنوعة مع المشتقات البترولية على غرار المنتوجات الصينية المنشأ التي غزت الأسواق لانخفاض أسعارها ، بالإضافة إلى محلات بيع مواد التجميل التي هي أصلا مواد كيميائية سريعة الالتهاب مثل مزيلات العرق و العطور التي تحتوي على نسبة 80 بالمائة من كحول الإيثانول سريع الاشتعال و محلات بيع الأجهزة الكهرومنزلية زد إلى ذلك بنيوية المركز الذي يجمع بين القصدير و الخشب و البلاستيك و الذي لا يتطابق مع معايير المراكز التجارية .

و في مشهد دراماتيكي محزن يصيبك بالدهشة و الصدمة في آن واحد و أنت تنظر للنار و هي تأكل أموال المواطنين و تجاراتهم التي تعبوا في تحصيلها من أجل ضمان مستقبل نسبي في ظل انتشار البطالة و نقص فرص العمل التي تعاني منها الولاية مثلها مثل باقي ولاية الوطن، غير أن الذي يجعلك تشعر بفرح تصاحبه قشعريرة تهز بدنك و تتسرب معه دمعة لا تستأذنك في الخروج الروح التضامنية التي تحلى بها الشباب الذين قدموا من مختلف الأحياء ، حيث أنهم أول من بدأ في إطفاء النيران بسبب تأخر تدخل مصالح الحماية المدنية إلى عين الحادث و التي قدرها بعض شهود العيان بـحوالي ساعة بالرغم من إبلاغها في وقت متقدم و في تدخل أقل ما يقال عنه ضعيف حيث وصلت شاحنة صغيرة ، و قد قام الشباب بإخراج بعض السيارات من المرفأ التابع للمركز التجاري و أنقذوها من تلف محقق كما قاموا بفتح بعض المحلات التجارية الواقعة خارج المركز و إخراج السلع الموجودة بها قبل وصول ألسنة اللهب المتطاير و تم إنقاذها و تسليمها لأصحابها بعد وصولهم لعين المكان.

دموع غزيرة ذرفها أصحاب المحلات التجارية الذين تجمعوا مقابل المركز يشاهدون أموالهم التي سهروا الايام و الليالي من أجل جمعها لتصبح ليلة الجمعة 7 جانفي 2011 رمادا تذروها الرياح.

و بعد أن استسلمت "الحسناء لافوار" التي تعتبر قبلة سكان مدينة جيجل للتسوق ، لشبح النار و أرخت له نفسها بعد مقاومة محتشمة منها ليشبعها قبلات نارية أردتها قتيلة ، شوهدت شاحنات الحماية المدنية مسرعة نحو مكان الحادث بنية تدعيم الشاحنة الأولى و لكن ربما لجمع الرماد المتبقي من أموال المواطنين.

و في المقابل انتشرت قوات الأمن بشكل مكثف جدا أمام مقر الحي الإداري و طوقوا مدخله كما انتشروا داخله خوفا من رد فعل الشباب الغاضب و المتأثر من الكارثة من إقدامه بأعمال تخريبية تطال المنشآت العمومية ، بأمر من وزارة الداخلية و الجماعت المحلية.

و لم تتحد بعد معالم الأسباب التي أدت إلى نشوب الحريق ، و كأخبار مبدئية تشير إلى أنه ناجم عن شرارة نارية لم تخمد بعد أعمال قام بها لحّام على مستوى المركز ، و أرجعتها بعض المصادر العامة ( كلام الشارع) إلى حريق متعمد من بعض المجهولين أضرموا نارا في عجلة مطاطية.

و لحين كتابة هذه الأسطر تبقى ألسنة اللهب هي سيدة الموقف و أعمدة الدخان هي بطل مسلسل جيجلي محزن و مؤثر جرت وقائعه بحي أيوف الغربي و ليس مسلسلا تركيا تتابعه نسوة 2011 .

الجدير بالذر أن المركز يحتوي على حوالي 250 محل تجاري و يوفر عمل لحوالي 700 فرد أي ما يعادل 700 عائلة مما سيزيد من معاناة 700 عائلة ويرفع نسبة البطالة في الولاية.

لأنه كما أسمع رأي أخر عن سبب اشتعال النار و هو انه مفتعل من قبل اشخاص يريدون ان ينتفعوا من تلك الأرض اي لاغراض شخصية فانتهزوا فرصة هيجان الشعب و احرقوا المركز التجاري و الحماية المدنية تأخرت بسبب معاضدتها للأشخاص المنتفعين من الحريق...
ستبدي لنا الأيام ما نجهله...بعبارة أخرى أن هناك أشخاص ذات نفوذ تريد الانتفاع من تلك الأرض فبسطت يد نفوذها لتنفيذ مخططها الشرير.
