سكر و زيت: تخفيض ب 41 بالمائة من أعباء سعر التكلفة

اتخذ المجلس الوزاري المشترك الذي انعقد يوم السبت برئاسة الوزير الأول، احمد أويحيى، عددا من التدابير الهامة من اجل وضع حد لارتفاع أسعار بعض المواد الغذائية الأساسية كالسكر و الزيت اللذين قرر بشأنهما تخفيضا يقدر ب41 بالمئة من سعر التكلفة، حسب بيان لمصالح الوزارة الأولى. في هذا الصدد، فقد تم اتخاذ قرار تعليق اعتبارا من الفاتح جانفي 2011 إلى غاية 31 أوت 2011 دفع الحقوق الجمركية المطبقة على استيراد السكر الأحمر والمواد الأساسية التي تدخل في إنتاج الزيوت الغذائية، حسب البيان الذي أشار إلى أن هذه الحقوق الجمركية تقدر بنسبة 5 بالمائة.

السياق الدولي و إجراءات المتعاملين تسببت في إرتفاع أسعار الزيت والسكر (مهنيين)
الجزائر - شكلت الشروط الجديدة لتموين السوق بالمواد الغذائية الأساسية و ارتفاع أسعار المواد الأولية في السوق الدولية و المضاربة مصدر الإرتفاع الكبير لأسعار بعض المواد الغذائية لاسيما الزيت و السكر حسبما أكده يوم الجمعة مهنيو القطاع. و جاء في بيان لجمعية الفرع الجزائري للمواد الزيتية أن الإجراءات المدرجة خلال الأيام الأخيرة من طرف بعض المتعاملين الإقتصاديين الناشطين في مجال التحويل لاسيما فرض استعمال الصكوك و وثائق أخرى خاصة بالجباية حول نشاطاتهم التجارية "قد غيرت قواعد اللعبة متسببة بالتالي في بروز اختلالات في سلسلة التوزيع". وقد تسببت هذه الإجراءات في "مشاكل توفر المنتوجات و بالتالي ارتفاع غير متحكم فيه للأسعار" حسب الجمعية التي تعتبر أنه "لم يكن هنالك أي طارئ في هذا الإطار" و بالخصوص بالنسبة لدفع المستحقات باستعمال الصكوك بالنسبة للقيم التي تفوق 500000 دج. و كان تطبيق هذا الإجراء مقررا في شهر أفريل المقبل. و فيما يخص المواد الغذائية الأساسية إعتبرت الجمعية أنه "من الضروري التصرف بشكل منظم و تدريجي لتجنب كل تأويل خاطئ من شأنه أن يشكل مصدرا لإختلال السوق".

منتجو الزيت يقررون إرجاء أي رفع للأسعار
إتفق منتجو الزيت التابعين لجمعية فرع الجزائر للمواد الزيتية على غرار"عافية" و "لابيل" و "صافية" و "زينور" إرجاء قرار رفع الأسعار حسبما أفاد به يوم الجمعة بيان صحفي للجمعية.

و أوضح البيان ان منتجي الزيت التابعين لجمعية فرع الجزائر للمواد الزيتية قرروا بعد الإجتماع الذي عقدوه مع وزير التجارة إرجاء كل قرار لرفع الأسعار إلى غاية وضع السلطات العمومية لجهاز تنظيمي منصف.

و اكد البيان أن هذه الإجراءات "تعكس الإلتزام القوي لهؤلاء المتعاملين بالوقوف إلى جانب المواطن و السلطات العمومية في اوقات حساسة مثل هذه".

و دعا نفس المنتجين كل المتعاملين في سلسلة التوزيع "إلى دعم و مرافقة هذا المسعى من خلال تطبيق تخفيض الأسعار فورا و دون شروط".

و "سيعكف المتعاملون في فرع إنتاج الزيت بالتعاون مع السلطات العمومية على إيجاد حل إقتصادي دائم بالنسبة للمتعاملين و يحمي القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين".


و أشار متعاملو الجمعية إلى أن "هذا العمل المواطني الذي تم على حساب مردودية المؤسسات يرمي إلى دعم السلطات العمومية في التوصل إلى حلول دائمة".
