اين النخب .....و اين الجمعيات ...و اين الأحزاب ايضاً

لكل مجتمع نخبه التي تؤطره ...تحكي على لسانه ...تتكفل بهمومه .و مشاكله ...و هذه الثورة الغاضبة الغير مسؤولة ابانت بما لا يدع مجالاً للشك ...تلك الهوة بين نخب الواجهة التي لا نكاد نسمع بها الا في المناسبات ....و كل الجمعيات التي شغلها الشاغل ( التقارير الأدبية في نهاية كل عام من اجل ( أن تغرف ) من المال العام ....ثمّ تختفي ...أما الأحزاب فقد اصبحت أنشطتها ، كل أنشطتها ايام الانتخابات و حسب .و ألأمر واضح طبعاً .....
انه فن اللصوصية .....و ثقافة التبونيد .....التي ترسخت لدى هؤلاء و شرب منها شبابنا حتى ثمل ...و اصبح يعبر عن هواجسه و همومه بالسرقة و التهديم .....و الكل مسؤول عن هذا الوضع المتردي ..و عن هذه الثقافة ...

السلام عليكم
هو كلام صائب وعقلاني جدا
قد كشفت هذه الازمة التي لا نعرف الى أين قد تصل
حكاية شعب يظن ان بالصخب والتخريب صوته يسمع وحقه مشروع ولا يرى و لا يستوعب ان ما يفعله الان هو مساس بحقوقه هو وتخريبا لمصالح أخيه الذي لا ذنب له
فمثلا كل المحلات التي طالها عندنا التكسير والدمار هي محلات كانت قد خصصت للفئة المتوسطة وحتى الفقيرة من الشعب لما تعرفه من تدني الاسعار مقارنة بالمحلات الاخرى... اليس هذا الفعل قد حرم أخاه ومن يدعي انه يساهم في استرداد حقوقه من التمتع بأي شكل ممكن؟
فأين الصوت العقلاني؟ الذي يفترض بالجمعيات والنخب ان تقوم به؟ حتى تكون يد سلام تتوسط المشكل ام انها يدا لا نراها تمتد الا وقت مصالحها هي؟؟ ووقت مناسباتها وحين يحين موعد التبروز والضهور

فأين الصوت العقلاني؟ الذي يفترض بالجمعيات والنخب ان تقوم به؟ حتى تكون يد سلام تتوسط المشكل ام انها يدا لا نراها تمتد الا وقت مصالحها هي؟؟ ووقت مناسباتها وحين يحين موعد التبروز والضهور

للاسف هذا هو حالنا مع حكامنا
لكن الا يدرك هؤلاء الشباب الذين دمروا كل شيء من حولهم
انهم هم و عائلاتهم و اولادهم من سيدفعون الفاتورة؟؟
وان كل ما حطم وسرق سيعاد بنائه كما بني من قبل (مع حصة الأسد المسروقة)

والسؤال الذي يطرح نفسه بقوة
أين فخامته؟؟

وهل لدينا أصلا نخب
النخب عندنا يا سيدي تسرق وتنهب وتتواطئ لافساد المواطن بثقافة العبيد لانها نخب مستعبدة

شكرا اخى على الموضوع . و على التسائلات
النخبة السياسية .لا تفكر الا فى الاعـداد لانتخابات القادمة . و حقوق الاشتراك التى يدفعها النواب لااحزاب . خصوصا نواب البرلمان . علما ان البرلمان الحالى هو اضعف برلمان مند اعلان التعددية
الجمعيات .او ما يطلق عليه المجتمع المدنى . بما فيه
جمعيات الاحياء
جمعيات المناطق الريفية
الجمعيات الوطنية
اخى هذه الجمعيات فعلا معتمدة من طرف الولاة اذا كانت محلية ومعتمدة من طرف وزارة الداخلية . تضم بعض الانتهازيين . لكن فيه جمعيات بها اشخاص شرفاء و نزهاء
لكن السلطات المحلية اصبحت متخصصة فى قمعهم و صــد الابواب فى و جههم
خصوصا روئساء الدوائر . و روئسا المجالس الشعبية البلدية . و بعض الولاة
اخى ان النخبة الواعية و التى تدرك الاخطار الى تحدق بالجزائر هى اليوم معرضة للتهميش من طرف الاجهزة التنفيذية المحلية . و تعتبر ان المثقف و المهيكل فى المجتمع المدنى خطر على كراسيهم .
ارجوا من الهيئات المحلية فتح الابواب لاستقبال انشغالات المواطن و التخفيف عن همومه

عن نفسي لا اعترف لا بحزب ولا جمعيه ولا نخبه ولا حكومه ولا برلما نولا اعترف باحد يمثلني لان جميعهم نيتهم واحده هي الجري وراء منصب عله يصيب منه ما اصاب غيره منه
فكل هؤلاء سعوا لهذه المناصب من اجل ان يزودوا ارصدتهم من المال والاراضي ووووو
هؤلاء قبل ان يتبوؤا مناصبهم كانوا ينتقدون من سبقهم اليها ويتهمونه بالسرقه والسعي وراء مصالحه الخاصه وكل كلامهم كان يغذيه الحقد لان الاول وصل الى تلك المرتبه ولو بالحرام وهو بقي يسعى لها بكل الطرق مستعملا كل الشعارات الشريفه كاداه تمويه حتى يصل لماربه ولما تحصل عليها وباسم الحصانه الدستوريه اخذ ينهب عنوة عله يسترد ما فاته
انا براء من هؤلاء ولا اعترف باحد منهم ولا انتظر من احد تمثيلي بل بالعكس ارجوهم ان لا يتدخلوا ويوظفوني لخدمه مصالحهم

وكلنا نقلب في يدينا و نحن طرف في المصيبة لماذا هذ التجاهل..
