كان تاريخ 08.01.2011

تاريخ اجراء امتحان التوظيف التابع لمديرية التجارة بالشلف
و قد جرى الامتحان بمدينة تلمسان

كل ولايات الغرب كان ترقيم الممتحنين عادي

الا ابناء الشلف فقد صدمو ان ترقيمهم تراجع برقنمين عكس ما هو مذكور
في ورقة الاستدعاء
و ايضا المراقبين على الامتحان لم يسألو اي شخص عن اسمه
او حتى مراقبة اذا كان الشخص هو الممتحن اولا و هذا بالنظر لما هو مكتوب بطاولة الامتحان و الاستدعاء و بطاقة التعريف الوطنية

هل هذا مقصود
و ليكن ىفي علمكم ان الشلف كثر فيها الفساد و الرشوة لكل من يطلب منصب عمل

هل لهذه الدرجة

الحقيقة كان لي اصدقاء من الشلف يحكون دائما عن الفساد الاداري الذي فيها ..

ناهيك عن التزوير ..

مشكلة الفساد وطنية ... لكن لوقام المترشحون باحتجاج كان افضل لفضح المتورطين

ربي يرحم الناس الصالحين مدااام الحكاام راهم يعمرو في جيوبهم الشعب واش يباان حذاااهم و لمن تهدر يا زوالي كون جيت ولد الرقاصة خليدة توميلي راها تاكل في دراهم الشعب ديرهم حفلات شطيح و رديح في دزاير يرنديولك السيرفيس وربي يهدي.
