السلام عليكم ورحمة الله

قبل مدة من الزمن قال الخبراء ان عمر البترول في الجزائر لم يبقى له سوى 16 سنة او20 وان لم يحدث اكتشاف جديد على غرار حاسي مسعود او عين امناس فان الجزائر ستصبح دولة مستوردة للبترول ادا استمرت في استنزاف ثروتها بالشكل الحالي يعني مليون واربعمائة الف برميل يسوق يوميا.

كل الاكتشافات الجديدة التي تكلم عنها وزير الطاقة الجديد لم تخرج من محيط حاسي مسعود يعني المزيد من الابار في نفس الحوض.

ربما يكون كل هدا كلام ولكن قبل اسبوع فقط قال "سي احمد الtva "يعني اويحي ان البحبوحة المالية في الجزائر لن تستمر طويلا والان تروج اخبار على ان مليون تاجر فعلي في الجزائر لا يدفعون الضرائب ومستحقات صناديق التقاعد ربما يتكلمون على تجار الارصفة والكلوندستان وينبغي على الدولة ان تخرجهم الى الضوء لانهم يشكلون عبئ على الدولة زيادة على العمل بالفوترة والتي ادت الى ما ادت اليه من اعمال اليمة .

كل هدا يوحي بان الدولة بدات تبحث على مداخيل اخرى خارج المحروقات وليس لها الى جيوب الفقراء لان التجار الكبار والصناعيين والمقاولين يفضلون ان تدهب ضرائبهم الى المسؤولين" رشاوى "على ان تدهب الى خزينة الدولة.

كل هدا يوحي ان الدولة لن تتراجع على انتهاج سياسة تقشفية كبيرة ستمس بالاول الضعفاءوماهده الاجراءات الا بداية خاصة ادا ثبت ان عهد البترول قد ولى .
