تجدد أعمال العنف في وسط غرب تونس وقتيل في القصرين

إصابة أحد المتظاهرين خلال المواجهات مع قوات الأمن التونسية

قالت مصادر متطابقة ان المواجهات بين متظاهرين وقوات الأمن تجددت الاثنين في وسط غرب البلاد بينما قضى رجل اصيب الأحد بالرصاص بعد نقله الى المستشفى.
وشهدت ثلاث مدن هي القصرين وتالة والرقاب (وسط غرب البلاد) أعمال عنف احتجاجا على البطالة الاثنين وتجدد اعمال الشغب التي تهز تونس منذ منتصف كانون الاول/ ديسمبر وأسفرت عن سقوط 14 قتيلا حسب اخر حصيلة رسمية وما لا يقل عن عشرين قتيلا حسب المعارضة.

وانتشرت وحدات من شرطة مكافحة الشغب الاثنين في وسط تونس لتعزيز أمن العاصمة حيث يتوقع ان يقوم شبان بتظاهرات.

وفي القصرين (290 كلم جنوب غرب تونس) اصيب عبد الباسط القاسمي الأحد بعدة رصاصات نقل على اثرها الى المستشفى. لكنه توفي صباح الاثنين كما قال الصادق محمودي العضو في المكتب التنفيذي للاتحاد العام التونسي للشغل، اكبر نقابة.

وتحدث محمودي ايضا عن (عدد كبير) من الجرحى يتلقون العلاج حاليا في قسم الانعاش في مستشفى القصرين تحت مراقبة الجيش.

وأفادت مصادر طبية ونقابية أن المستشفى يفتقر إلى كميات من الدم لمعالجة الجرحى.

وأكد محمودي أن التظاهرات متواصلة ظهر الاثنين في وسط القصرين امام مقر النقابة الاقليمي، موضحا أن العديد من الأشخاص اعتصموا في مقر النقابة هربا من كثافة الغازات المسيلة للدموع.

وقال إن سيارات الأسعاف تجوب مختلف انحاء المدينة. واضاف ان متاجر المدينة مغلقة وسكانها يعربون عن (غضبهم على النظام).

وفي الرقاب تدخلت الشرطة لتفريق أشخاص تظاهروا بمناسبة تشييع قتيلين سقطا نهاية الاسبوع على ما أفاد مراسل فرانس برس.

وفي هذه البلدة المشلولة تماما في يوم السوق الاسبوعية، حاول الجيش التوسط بين المتظاهرين والشرطة كما أفاد الاستاذ من مدافعي حقوق الانسان سليمان الروسي الذي اكد ان الرصاص الفارغ يغطي الشوارع.

وفي تالة القريبة من القصرين اطلقت الشرطة الرصاص المطاطي حسب مصادر نقابية.

ومن جهة أخرى أعربت الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان عن "انشغال عميق واستنكار شديد من قتل عدد من المواطنين اطلاق النار على المدنيين المتظاهرين".

ودعت إلى "وضع حد فوري لهذا التصعيد الأمني وارجاع قوات الجيش الى ثكناتها والاقلاع عن استعمال الذخيرة الحية ضد المدنيين مهما كانت المبررات".

كما دعت إلى "احترام حق التجمع والتظاهر السلمي ورفع الحصار عن قوى وفعاليات المجتمع المدني لتتمكن من تأطير الاحتجاجات حتى لا تنزلق نحو العنف".

وطالبت الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان باجراء تحقيق فوري ومستقل لتحديد المسؤولين أمرا وتنفيذا عن سقوط ضحايا مدنيين بالرصاص الحي وتحميلهم مسؤوليته الجزائية، مشددة على اطلاق سراح جميع الموقوفين اثناء الاحداث او على خلفيتها.

وقد أكدت الحكومة التونسية الأحد في بيان شرعية حركة الاحتجاج لكنها شجبت وسائل الاعلام واتهمتها "بالتضخيم" و"التهويل والتضليل".

وأفاد بيان الحكومة أن التظاهر والاحتجاج السلمي هو مسألة مقبولة وعادية ذلك أن حرية الرأي والتعبير في تونس مضمونة في القانون والممارسة.

لكنها اضافت إن ما هو غير مقبول بتاتا، قانونيا وانسانيا، اعمال العنف والشغب التي يمارسها بعض الأفراد باستعمال الزجاجات الحارقة والرشق بالحجارة والعصي ومهاجمة المؤسسات والمرافق العمومية.
