الصلاة بالنعال من السنن المنسيه والمهجوره حتى ان بعض المسلمين يستغرب اذا رأى شخص يصلي بالنعال وقد ينكر عليه

الادله على الصلاة بالنعال
1.(صلوا في نعالكم ولا تشبهوا باليهود)/صحيح الجامع

2.(عن بن أبي أوس قال : كان جدي أوس أحيانا يصلي فيشير إلى وهو في الصلاة فأعطيه نعليه ويقول رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي في نعليه) /ابن ماجه

3.قال سعيد بن يزيد الأزدي : سألت أنس بن مالك : أكان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي في النعلين ؟ قال : نعم .
أخرجه البخاري ومسلم والنسائي والترمذي والدارمي والطحاوي والبيهقي والطيالسي وأحمد قال الترمذي :
( حديث أنس حسن صحيح والعمل على هذا عند أهل العلم ) .
4.عن أبي سعيد الخدري قال : " بينما رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يصلي بأصحابه إذ خلع نعليه فوضعهما عن يساره فلما رأى ذلك القوم ألقوا نعالهم فلما قضى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم صلاته قال : ما حملكم على إلقائكم نعالكم ؟ قالوا : رأيناك ألقيت نعليك فألقينا نعالنا فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : إن جبريل صلى الله عليه وسلم أتاني فأخبرني أن فيهما قذرا وقال : إذا جاء أحدكم إلى المسجد فلينظر فإن رأى في نعليه قذرا أو أذى فليمسحه وليصل فيهما " .
رواه أبو داود وأحمد وغيرهما بسند صحيح
قال العلامة الأستاذ أحمد محمد شاكر في تعليقه على الترمذي :
( نعم لا نعلم خلافا بين أهل العلم في جواز الصلاة في النعال في المسجد وغير المسجد ولكن انظر إلى شأن العامة من المسلمين الآن حتى من ينتسب إلى العلم : كيف ينكرون علىمن يصلي في نعليه ؟ ولم يؤمر بخلعهما عند الصلاة إنما أمر أن ينظر فيهما فإن كان فيهما أذى دلكهما بالأرض وذلك طهورهما ولم تؤمر فيهما بغير ذلك ) .
وقال ابن القيم في ( إغاثة اللهفان من مكائد الشيطان ) ما ملخصه :
( ومما لا تطيب به قلوب الموسوسين : الصلاة في النعال وهي سنة رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فعلا منه وأمرا ) . ثم ذكر حديث أنس وحديث شداد بن أوس الآتي قريبا ثم قال :
( وقيل للإمام أحمد : أيصلي الرجل في نعليه ؟ فقال : إي والله . وترى أهل الوسواس إذا بلي أحدهما بصلاة الجنازة في نعليه قام على عقبيهما كأنه واقف على الجمر حتى لا يصلي فيهما ) . الثمر المستطاب
