قصه في بر الوالدين
فتاة تبلغ من العمر 18 سنة، وأبوها سيسجن خلال أيام بسبب ديون لم يستطع سدادها.

قال لها والدها: يا بنيتي إني سأدخل السجن خلال أيام قليلة، يا بنيتي إني مهدد الآن استعيني بالله يا بنتي فقد تقدم لك رجل كبير في السن ولكنه ثري، وبإذن الله سيسدد كل الديون التي عليّ، فما رأيك يا رعاك الله؟!

قالت: لا يا أبي، مستحيل.

عندها بكى الأب وذرفت عيناه دموع الحزن، وسبحان الله، فقد كان لتلك الفتاة أخت عمرها 16 سنة وكانت بارة بوالديها، عندها قالت: أبتاه أفديك وأفدي عيونك ودموعك، أنا قبلت به.

عندها فرح الأب وقال: بيض الله وجهك يا بنيتي، ثم كُتِبَ العقد، وبعد كتابته قال الزوج (الكبير في السن): الزواج سيكون بعد شهرين تقريباً، فأنا عندي مهمة في ألمانيا وعندما أنتهي منها سأعود لإتمام الزواج.

ذهب الزوج المسنّ إلى ألمانيا ولما قرب رجوعه وقرب الزواج تعرض لحادث مات على إثره في ألمانيا فورثت تلك الزوجة الشابة ذات الـ 16 ربيعاً والتي لم يُدخل بها ورثت من زوجها عشرة ملايين ريال!!

لقد خلّصت والدها من الهموم والغموم ومن السجن فجزاها مولاها الكريم ورزقها من حيث لا تحتسب، وبعد فترة الحداد تزوجت بشاب فتيّ. سمعت هذه القصة من الشيخ عصام العويد (بتصرف يسير) وهي موجودة في شريط له بعنوان الشمس والقمر.

القصة ذات مغزى ، و لكن هناك إشكال فقهي أو قانوني لم أفهمه ، و هو كيف يصحّ لهذه الفتاة أن ترث من هذا الرجل و هو لا يزال أجنبيا عنها، لأنك ذكرت في القصة أن الرجل كان يهم بالعودة لترسيم الزواج ؟!
