الرئيس ...ماسح الأحذية !!!!!.

قصة الرئيس البرازيلي السابق، لولا دا سيلفا، الذي انتهت ولايته قبل أيام، مع البكاء هي قصة طويلة ورائعة وتبعث على البكاء أيضا. فخلال آخر خطاب له كرئيس للبلاد، أجهش لويس أناسيو لولا دا سيلفا، وهو اسمه الكامل، بالبكاء ثلاث مرات، لم يكن سبب أحدها بالتأكيد مغادرته لمنصب الرئاسة.


دا سيلفا الذي يلقب بـ "ابن البرازيل" بكى أمام حشد بمسقط رأسه في ولاية بيرنامبوكو التي ولد فيها فقيرا قبل 65 عاما. وذرف هذا الرئيس الفقير الدموع أولا حينما استحضر ذكريات نشأته وهو طفل فقير في إحدى المدن الريفية القريبة من مدينة جارانهونس بشمال البرازيل إلى أن وصل إلى رئاسة ثامن أكبر قوة اقتصادية في العالم.
ثم بكى دا سيلفا ثانية عندما عبر شاعر من سكان المنطقة عن عرفانه بجميل "الرئيس الذي حظي بأكبر قدر من محبة شعبه"، وأخيرا بكى دا سيلفا حينما استحضر ذكرى فوزه في الانتخابات الرئاسية عام 2002 بعد 3 هزائم متتالية في 1989 و1994 و1998 قائلا: "خسرت لأن جزءا من الفقراء لم يكن لديهم ثقة فيَّ حينذاك".
وعلى أية حال فإن بكاء دا سيلفا ليس جديدا، حيث أنه بكى مرتين قبل ذلك خلال مقابلة تلفزيونية عندما تذكر قرضا منحته الحكومة لإحدى شركات إعادة تدوير المخلفات. وهذا الرئيس، الذي بلغت شعبيته 80 %، قام بتسليم قرض ائتماني خلال ولايته الأولى بقيمة 112.1 مليون دولار منحها البنك الوطني للتنمية الاقتصادية لأكبر جمعية تعاونية تضم جامعي القمامة وتدويرها في ساو باولو. وجامعو القمامة هم بالطبع رفاق دا سيلفا السابقين قبل أن يصبح رئيسا للبرازيل.
دا سيلفا الرئيس، أتى من العمل كماسح للأحذية في ضواحي ساوباولو، وكصبي بمحطة بنزين، وخراطا، وميكانيكي سيارات، وبائع خضر. ولولا وهي كلمة برتغالية تعني الكالمار أو سمك الحبار منحدر من أسرة فقيرة، وهو من أبرز الزعماء السياسيين الذين خرجوا من رحم الفقر والتهميش إلى قمة هرم السلطة، فقد وُلد في 27 أكتوبر 1945، بمدينة جارانهونس الفقيرة، حيث عاش الهنود الحمر آلاف السنين، قبل أن يأتي البرتغاليون، ليختلطوا ويتزاوجوا معهم، منتجين ما يسمى بـ "الميستيزو" أي "الخليط الأسمر". وكان دا سيلفا الطفل السابع لعائلته المكونة من 8 أطفال تركهم والدهم العنيف لأمهم الأمية، فاضطرت العائلة للسكن في غرفة واحدة خلف ناد ليلي، تنبعث منه الموسيقى الصاخبة وشتائم السكارى، غير أن الأم أريستيديس، التي بكى عليها دا سيلفا حين وفاتها، كانت تتمتع بعزم كبير وأسهمت في تربية وتكوين شخصية دا سيلفا، الذي قال عنها: "لقد علمتني كيف أمشي مرفوع الرأس، وكيف أحترم نفسي حتى يحترمني الآخرون". وقد اضطر دا سيلفا للتوقف عن تحصيله الدراسي في الصف الخامس الابتدائي بسبب المعاناة والفقر. وفي سن الـ 19، خسر لولا الأصبع الصغير في يده اليسرى أثناء العمل في مصنع لقطع غيار السيارات، وهو ما دفعه للمشاركة في اتحاد نقابات العمال ليدافع عن حقوقه وحقوق زملائه.
وهذا الرئيس الفقير وغير المتعلم، واليتيم بالمعنى المجازي، استطاع خلال 8 سنوات من الحكم، وضع بصمته على اقتصاد البرازيل التي ستصبح في عام 2016 أي قبل الألعاب الأولمبية التي ستقام فيها ولربما قبل، ذلك خامس اقتصاد في العالم. وهذا الرئيس الفقير هو الذي جعل البرازيل ودولاً أخرى في أمريكا اللاتينية، تعترف بدولة فلسطين متحديا إسرائيل وأمريكا والصهيونية العالمية، وكل الجهات التي تقف خلفها.
نادرا جدا ما يبكي الرؤساء، وقلما يكون بكاؤهم صادقاً كبكاء البرازيلي الفقير دا سيلفا الذي لا يحمل أي شهادة سوى شهادة الوفاء والحب لشعبه، مقرونة بشهادة الإصرار على خدمته ورقيه وتحسين أحواله، وأيضا بشهادة الزهد في السلطة والمنصب، وشهادة حب الرفاق القدامى من الفقراء

أنا دائما معجب بهذه الشخصيّة الفذّة لبتي استطاعت أن تصنع في ظرف قصير جدا ما لم تتمكن منه الشخصيات الأخرى التي تظن نفسها متعلّمة في ظرف أطول !
البرازيل ستصبح من بين أقوى دول العالم اقتصاديا، و البرازيليون معروفون بإصرارهم و حبّهم للعمل
كما أنه شعب مرح و يحبّ الظرافة
