الجزائر تمنح (شهرية) للجامعيين العاطلين عن العمل

قررت الحكومة الجزائرية دفع منحة شهرية بقيمة 2500 دينار جزائري (34 دولار تقريباً) لخرجي الجامعات ومراكز التأهيل العليا، إلى حين دخولهم مجال العمل.

وقالت صحيفة الخبر الجزائرية الصادرة، اليوم الأربعاء، إنها حصلت على نسخة من رسالة وجهها الوزير الأول أحمد أويحيى إلى الولاة (المحافظين) تدعوهم إلى "تخصيص منحة شهرية للشباب من حاملي الشهادات الجامعية والتقنيين بقيمة 2500 دينار قبل فترة إدماجهم في سوق العمل أو بعدها".

وأضافت الصحيفة أن الحكومة تشترط على الشباب المستفيد من المنحة "التسجيل في وكالات تشغيل الشباب أو مزاولة تدريب في مؤسسات معتمدة".

وأشارت إلى أن تاريخ الرسالة يعود إلى ما قبل المظاهرات ضد ارتفاع أسعار الزيت والسكر التي شهدتها الجزائر خلال الأسبوع الماضي، وخلفت 3 قتلى و800 جريح بينهم 763 شرطيا، حسب الأرقام الرسمية التى أعلنتها وزارة الداخلية الجزائرية، إضافة إلى تخريب 45 مدرسة من مختلف المراحل واعتقال 1347 شخصا.

ويبلغ الراتب الشهري الأدنى في الجزائر 15 ألف دينار، مع العلم أن سعر الخبز المدعوم هو 8 دنانير " 1،0 دولار"

جدير بالذكر أن الحكومة الجزائرية تتحمل دفع راتب شهري بعشرة آلاف دينار عند توظيف الجامعيين لأول مرة على سبيل التدريب في المؤسسات العمومية أو الخاصة، فضلا عن تحمل أعباء التأمين الصحي والاشتراك في صندوق التقاعد.

تجدر الإشارة إلى أن الحكومة الجزائرية كانت قد وعدت يوم السبت الماضي عقب اجتماعها الطارئ باتخاذ إجراءات عاجلة لخفض أسعار السكر والزيت، وبتعليق دفع الرسوم الجمركية المطبقة على استيراد السكر الأحمر والمواد الأساسية التي تدخل في انتاج الزيت الغذائي.

كما قررت إعفاء مؤسسات الإنتاج والتوزيع من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة والضريبة على الأرباح ما يمثل 41 في المائة من سعر التكلفة.. وسيطبق هذا الإجراء بأثر رجعي اعتبارا من يناير الحالي إلى 31 أغسطس الماضي.

وتقرر أيضا زيادة كميات القمح اللين المطروح في السوق المحلية شهريا بنسبة 18 في المائة، حيث سترتفع الكميات من 350 ألف طن إلى 430 ألف طن شهريا، اعتبارا من أول أمس وحتى نهاية أغسطس القادم.

ليس بالحل الحكيم من حكومة اويحي
الخوف كل الخوف ان يكون حل زمني ويبقى المتخرج يتعاطى مبلغ 2500دج
بدون عمل حتى يجد نفسه كهلا ..لا بيت ولا زواج ولا إستقرار

ثم هل المبلغ اصلا ينفع ليحفظ به المتخرج من الجامعة كرامته .

أكيد الملاحظات في محلها
لكن الذي يعرف حكومتنا يعرف أن هذا الشيء خطوة إلى الأمام، فمنذ متى كان أحمد أويحي مهتما بالعلم أو الطلبة حتى يأمر لهم بمنحة شهرية ؟!
لا ندري ننتظر كيف سيكون تنفيذ هذا القرار
