وها قد هدأت الأحداث واستتب الأمن في ربوع الوطن ،فلابد لنا من وقفة تأمل وبحث واستقصاء وفحص وتمحيص لأخذ العبر مما جرى خلال الأيام الماضية من تدمير ونهب وسلب للممتلكات العامة والخاصة في مدن وقرى الوطن.
تظاهر الشباب على ارتفاع الأسعار وغلاء المعيشة تظاهر مشروع استغلته فئة طائشة حولت مجرى الأحداث إلى غير هدفها المنشود ،لكن برغم ما جرى من تجاوزات خطيرة .
على أولي الأمر وراسمي سياسة البلاد أن يقفوا عند هذه الوقفة الشبابية وقفة تأمل ودراسة جادة واستخلاص العبر والقضاء على جذور الأزمة ومعالجة اللب وليس القشور ،لأن ارتفاع سعر السكر والزيت ما هو سوى القطرة التي أفاضت الكأس ، حيث المظاهر السلبية الطاغية والمعلنة صارت غصة في صدور الجزائريين خاصة منها:
1-السلب والنهب للمال العام من اختلاسات شبه يومية يقرأها المواطن عبر الصحف اليومية وغيرها من وسائل الإعلام.
2-انتشار الفساد الإداري والمالي انتشار النار في الهشيم.
3طغيان الرشوة والمحسوبية على القانون حتى صار القانون السائد هو الرشوة لا غير.
4-سياسة الاتكال المعتمدة من طرف الدولة منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا ،حيث صرنا معتمدين كليا على ما تقدمه الدولة لنا دون عمل يذكر...
5-انعدام الرقابة والصرامة في شتى الميادين الأمر الذي قضى على هيبة الدولة .
6إحساس المواطن باللاعدل في التوظيف وإعانات الدولة ومسعداتها للمواطنين على غرار الوظائف والسكن ومناصب الشغل ...الخ .
7-استهتار البعض بالمسؤوليات التي يتحملونها لأنها مسؤوليات مشتراة وليست بتكليف على أساس كفاءة علمية أو سياسية أو مهنية...
هذا غيض من فيض على القراء الكرام أن يثروا الموضوع لعل من يهمهم الأمر أن يلتفتوا لهموم المواطنيين ويعملوا لإجاد
الحلول المناسبة والبدء بمايلي(حسب رأيي)
1- العمل بقوة على استقلالية العدالة لأن العدل أساس الملك.
2-معاقبة الراشي والمرتشي عقوبات صارمة ،وكذا من يرتكب أخطاء تسييرية متعمدة .
3-إنشاء مؤوسسات اقتصادية فلاحية وصناعية وتجارية على مستوى كل بلدية من بلديات الوطن تمتص البطالة وتضمن مناصب عمل دائمة بشرط أن تخضع لواقع وخصوصية كل جهة وكل منطقة.بدل منح مبالغ مالية كدعم أوقروض بفوائد أو بدون فوائد لأنها تجربة فاشلة وأموال تهدر وكفى...
4-العمل على ترقية حقوق الإنسان وتحسيس المواطن بحقوقه ووجباته ،حتى لا يتعدى حدوده وحينها يمكن تطبيق القانون على الناس سواسية مع إجاد آليات الرقابة حتى تسترجع هيبة الدولة فيهابها ويحترمها القوي قبل الضعيف.
5-إشراك المجتمع المدني والأحزاب السياسية ذات التمثيل الفعلي في برامج التنمية و توزيع السكنات والإعانات وغيرها...
6-منح المسؤليات على أساس الكفاء العلمية والمهنية لا غير.
7-إعادة النظر في البرامج التربوية حتى تتلاءم مع واقعنا وهويتنا ...

اهنئك على هذا الطرح.الا انه صدقني ر حياه لمن تنادي وانا عن نفسي فقدت الثقه فيمن هم في الحكومه لانهم اما لا يفقهون ممارسه السياسه واما انهم يقصدون سياستهم هذه ويدعون الغباء عندما يتفاقم الوضع.
انا عن نفسي اصبحت لا انتظر شيئا منهم واصبح املي في القاعده ان تغير من سلوكياتها الا الاحسن علنا بهذا نستطيع تغيير القمه المفروضه علينا.
