شهدت عدد من ولايات الوطن محاولات انتحار استعراضية، للضغط على السلطات المحلية لهذه الولايات، إذ يبدو أن هؤلاء وجدوا في حادثة الشاب التونسي محمد البوعزيزي حيلة للفت الانتباه إلى وضعياتهم الاجتماعية، فيما تعالت أصوات العقلاء والأئمة تذكرهم بحرمة ذات الفعل، بدليل قوله تعالى : " ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم " ، إذ تهون كل المشاكل الاجتماعية والمهنية أمام قتل النفس التي كان صيانتها المقصد الرئيسي للشريعة .

إذ في محاولات للتقليد، سجلت أمس4 محاولات انتحار، إذ أقدم شاب يبلغ من العمر34 سنة على الانتحار بالقرب من مقر الأمن الولائي بمستغانم، بعدما أضرم النيران في الأطراف السفليّة من جسده، وهي الواقعة التي أدخلت المارّة في حالة من الهلع والفزع، خاصّة وأنّ الضحية تعمد استعراض العملية، بعدما صبّ كميّات من البنزين على جسده، قبل أن تتدخل مصالح الأمن لإنقاذه ونقله إلى مصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى مستغانم، وبينت التحقيقات أنّ الشاب البطّال يقطن بحي5 جويلية بوسط المدينة، علما أنّه متزّج وأب لطفلين ويعاني منذ مدّة من أزمة سكن على حدّ ذكر الجهات، التي أوردت المعلومة .
في السياق ذاته، شهد حي سيدي يحي وتحديدا منطقة المصلى بأوزيدان بدائرة شتوان في ولاية تلمسان إقدام المدعو (س.ع) البالغ من العمر36 سنة على محاولة للانتحار، إذ وحسب مصلحة الإعلام بالحماية المدنية فإن الشاب حاول الانتحار شنقا، داخل منزله، لتبقى الأسباب مجهولة، قبل أن يتم نقله على جناح السرعة إلى مصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى تلمسان أين تلقى العلاج الأولي، فيما تم فتح محضر أمني من قبل عناصر الأمن لمعرفة الأسباب الحقيقية التي دفعت ذات الشاب للانتحار .
كما حاول مساء أول أمس، عون للحماية المدنية بأم البواقي، الانتحار من فوق مبنى مقر الحماية المدنية، ويتعلق الأمر بـ"ك. م. ع" في العقد الثالث من العمر احتجاجا على القرار الصادر في حقه من قبل المجلس التأديبي للحماية المدنية، الذي أقر بتحويل المعني إلى العمل بمنطقة أخرى، وبعدها صعد فوق مبنى الحماية المدنية، حاملا كمية من المازوت، محاولا حرق نفسه، ليتدخل مدير الحماية المدنية ووالي أم البواقي للتفاوض للعدول عن فعله .
كما شهدت منطقة بريان محاولة انتحار أحد الشباب، ناهيك عن محاولات سجلت في كل من وهران، تلمسان، مستغانم .. اتفقت في مجملها على هدف واحد، وهو إسماع صوت المعاناة إلى المسؤولين .
و أشار أئمة إلى أن قتل النفس جريمة محرمة شرعا، فيما اعتبر آخرون أن هذا الفعل لا يقبله عاقل ولن يحل المشكلة، كون المنتحر سيخلف وراءه عائلة بدون عائل وأطفالا في عمر الزهور يكبرون على اليتم، وأرامل يندبون مصيرهم.
