وحثه الشعوب العربية على الخروج والتظاهر على حكامها.

سبحان الله العظيم !!
يقول هنا إنسان أرسل لنارسالة أن يوسف القرضاوي خرج في بعض القنوات الفضائية والعهدة على الناقل قال : أطلب من أهل تونس والمسلمين في الأرض- يعني جميعاً - أن يشفعوا عند الله للمنتحر الذي انتحر في تونس ومات محروقاً لأنه تسبب في إزالة طاغية وطالب بالإكثار من هذه الأفعال من حرق النفس ونحو ذلك ليُزال الظلم عن المسلمين .
الله المستعان !! إي نعم
هذا كلام خطير ويدل على أن مثله يمشي على قاعدة يهودية ميكافيلية وهي أن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة ، فحتى نزيل الطغيان والظلم نعالج ذلك بطغيان للنفس وظلم لها .
فالمنتحر في النار يقول النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - :" من قتل نفسه بحديدةفحديدته في نار جهنم يطأ بطنه بها خالداً مخلداً في النار "[1] (http://noor-elislam.net/vb/newthread.php?do=newthread&f=28#_ftn1) وكذلك من تدهده من جبل فقتل نفسه وكذلك من حرق نفسه كله على نفس الوزن فلا يحل لأحد أن يستعمل وسيلة محرمة لتحقيق غاية مطلوبة شرعاً لأنو الغاية لا تبرر الوسيلة وقد أرسلوا لشيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمة الله عليه أقوام يذكرون الله سبحانه وتعالى ويقولون نحن نتناول الغُبَيْراء وهو نوع من الحشيش يقولون إذا تناولناه ضربت نشوته في رؤوسنا كما يقولون أهل الشيَش الآن وأهل الخمور وأهل المخدرات وأهل القات هذه الأشياء تضرب نشوتها في رؤوسنا ونحس بالسعادة -عياذاً بالله - وملعون شارب الخمر وملعون متناول المخدرات وهؤلاء يقولون لابن تيمية سائلين له هذه الأشياء لما تضرب نشوتها في رؤوسنا نزيد في ذكر الله وننشط لذلك !! فهل هذه الوسيلة وهي تناول الحشيش والمسمى ( وهو نوع من الحشيش الغبيراء ) هل على من تناول الحشيشة هذه حد شارب الخمر ؟ - وفيه مصلحة من تناولها - قال : نعم - رحمه الله في جوابه - نعم ، على من تناول الغبيراء حد شارب الخمر قال : ووَيْح هذا السائل ، غلّظ عليه في الجواب شيخ الإسلام وشدّد عليه قال : أيظن هذا السائل أن الله يحرم شيء مثل الخمر والحشيش ويجعل الله فيه نفع راجح ؟!!
فهذا القرضاوي نقول له مثل هذا ، أتظن يا قرضاوي أن الله سبحانه وتعالى يحرم الإنتحار لا إله إلا هو وقتْل النفس ويأتي النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بالنصوص المفيدة للتغليظ في الإنتحار كحديث " من قتل نفسه بحديدة فحديدته في نارجهنم يطأ بطنه أو يجأ بطنه فيها خالداً مخلداً في النار " ويكون في الإنتحار نفع للمسلمين والإسلام ؟!!
على وزن ما قاله شيخ الإسلام في الذين يأخذون الحشيشة لتضرب نشوتها في رؤوسهم فيزيدهم ذكر الله وينشطوا فلا يمكن لشيء حرمه الله مثل قتل النفس والإنتحار أن يأتي وراءه خير ، أبد والله عز وجل قال ((وَلاَ تَقْتُلُواْ أَنفُسَكُمْ)) سبحانه وتعالى.


- ثم قال (أي القرضاوي ) لأجل أنه فعل هذا العمل- يعني الطيب - إشفعوا له عند الله !!
أحسن الظن فأقول يقصد إشفعوا له عند الله بمعنى بما هو صحيح شرعاً من الدعاء له والقول : اللهم اغفرله اللهم ارحمه .
هل هذا يناسب مافعله النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - بالمنتحر في عهده ؟ كلا ، فإنه قد ثبت في السنن أو عند بعض أهل السنن أن رجلاً في عهد رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم - قتل نفسه بمشاقص فترك النبي الصلاة عليه لينزجر الناس من عمله ، فإظهار القرضاوي أو إرادته إظهار الناس الدعاء له وتشييد ذكره وأنه بطل وساهم في رفع إيش؟ ظلم طاغية ، حثٌ للناس على فعله وهو الإنتحار مع أن النبي - صلى الله عليه وسلم - نفّر الناس من فعل المنتحر بكونه ترك الصلاة عليه وجعل الناس هم يصلون عليه .
فانظر إلى هؤلاءأصحاب الفكر كيف يتدينون بالعقل ولا يتدينون بالأثر
والرأي ليل والحديث نهار
العلم ليس بالرأي
العلم قال الله قال رسوله قال الصحابة ليس بالتمويه
ما العلم نقلك للخلاف سفاهة بين الرسول وبين قول فقيه
- المخالفة الثالثة من كلامه (أي القرضاوي ):
أنه بدل ما يقول ( القرضاوي ) يوجه الكلام للناس من الإكثار من هذه الأفعال من الإنتحار والشغب الذي حصل في تونس إلى الناس في مختلف العالم كالمصر والشام وغيرها يريد منهم أن ينتفظوا بزعمه هذا ، عليه أن يوصيهم بما أوصى أنس رضي الله عنه الناس في عهده عندما جاءوه وقد ظهر الحجاج عليهم بالظلم والبغي فكان يقتل العلماء وهو المُبير الظالم الذي جاء ذكره في حديث الرسول -صلى الله عليه وسلم - تحذيراً كما قال العلماء ومع ذلك كما في صحيح البخاري لما جاؤوا لأنس رضي الله تعالى عنه يشكون ظلم الحجاج ما قال لهم شغِّبوا وتظاهروا وهاجموا الحاكم حتى يخرج عنكم وانتحروا وحرِّقوا أنفسكم

قال رضي الله تعالى عنه : إصبروا ، نعم
إحبسوا أنفسكم عن الطيش والخروج عليه ولمّا يظهر منه كفر بواح
حاكم منع الحجاب حاكم حكم بغير ما أنزل الله هل هذا كفر بواح ؟ قال ابن عباس رضي الله تعالى عنه : (( وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَا أَنزَلَ اللّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَافِرُونَ )) قال كفر دون كفر ، إلا إذا جحد ، يقول ما يسوغنا حكم الله فلو ثبت عندكم أنه جحد حكم الله وهو كافر أيضاً لا يجوز لكم الأفعال التشغيبية هذه لأن الخروج على الحاكم الكافر يشترط فيه ماذا ؟ القدرة وأن لا يكون فساد وليس بجهاد ، لذلك النبي ما جاهد أهل مكة وهو مقيم بينهم وما جاهد يهود أول ما جاء للمدينة بني قريظة وبني النظير ، عايشهم ...
