شاهد ذكي يضع قاضي المحكمة في مأزق‎

حدث ذلك في مرسيليا في عهد كانت تسيطر عليها فيه عدة عصابات
استطاعت أن تمتلك كل شي ... حتى الشرطة والقضاء ... و حتى القانون
في ذلك العصر - في ثلاثينيات القرن العشرين- قام أحد زعـماء هذه العصابات
بقـتـل أحد خصومه .. فألقي القبض عليه
وعندما جاء شاهد الإدانة الوحيد... ليقف أمام القاضي
الذي حصل في المساء فقط
على رشوة ضخمة لتبرئة زعيم العصابة
سأل القاضي الشاهد في صرامة :
ماذا حدث بالضبط ؟
أجابه الشاهد في هدوء واثق :
كنت اجلس في مخزن المتجر في الساعة الثانية بعد منتصف الليل والسيد (فيران)
صاحب المتجر في الخارج .. ثم سمعت طلقا ناريا وعندما هرعـت من المخزن إلى
المتجر وجدت السيد (فيران) جثة هامدة والدماء تنزف من ثقب بين عينيه الجامدتين
الجاحظتين والسيد ( ديبوا)يقف أمامه ومسدسه في قبضته والدخان يتصاعد من فوهته
ولم يكن هناك سواه
سأله القاضي في صرامة مخيفة :
هل رأيته وهو يطلق النار على رئيسك؟؟
أجابه الشاهد في بساطه :
كلا ولكن مظهره يؤكد انه هو الفاعل فلم يكد يراني حتى رمقني بنظره قاسيه ودس
المسدس في جيبه وغادر المكان في هدوء وهو يتصور أنى لن أجرؤ على إدانته
والشهادة ضده .
عاد القاضي يسأله في صرامة :
هل رأيته يطلق النار ؟؟؟؟
أجابه الشاهد في حيره :
بل سمعت صوت الطلق الناري ،
و ...
قاطعه القاضي المرتشي في حزم :
هذا لا يعد دليلا كافيا .
ثم ضرب مائدته بمطرقته الخشبية مستطردا في صرامة :
فلينصرف الشاهد
احتقن وجه الشاهد في غضب ونهض من مقعـد الشهادة وأدار ظهره للقاضي وهتف بصوت
مرتفع :
يالك من قاضي غـبي وأحمق وتشبه الخـنازيـر في عـقـلـك ومظهرك
صااااااح
القاضي في مزيج من الغضب والذهول والاستنكار :
كيف تجرؤ على إهانة هيئه المحكمة أيها الرجل ؟؟ !!!!
أنني أحكم عليك بـ ...
استدار إليه الشاهد وقاطعة بغتة :
هل رأيتني أشتمك يا سيدي ؟
صاح القاضي في غضب :
لقد سمعتك وسمعك الجميع و .....
قاطعه الشاهد مبتسما في خبث :
هذا ليس دليلا كافيا يا سيدي
احـتـقـن وجه القاضي وضجت القاعة بالضحك و أدرك الجميع مغـزى المفارقة و وجد
القاضي نفسه في مأزق يهدد سمعـته ومستـقـبله فلم يجد سوى أن يستسلم لرغـبة
الرأي العام
ويحكم على زعـيم العـصابة بالإعـدام
وكان أول حكم إعـدام عـلى أحـد زعـماء مافيا مرسيليا
