تلقى الكثير من العرب ونحن من هم خبر الاطاحة بالرئيس الهارب لتونس بن علي
والكثير أيضا غلبته العاطفة لدرجة أنه تمنى أن تحدث مثل هاته الثورة في بلده، ومنهم نحن الجزائريون.
والان بعد أن هدأت نوعا ما العاصفة وإستراحت النفوس وبعيدا عن كل عاطفة، هل سأل أحدكم نفسه عن دور الجيش التونسي في الاحداث وهل ما حدث ثورة شعبية تمت بحياد من الجيش، أم هو إنقلاب لجنرالات في الجيش ضد بن علي مهما كان سبب هذا الانقلاب.
وقبل أن أذكر بعض الملاحظات أود التنويه بأن الاخت سماح أول من شككت في دور الجيش في بداية الاحداث.
أولاً : حماية الجيش للمظاهرات حيث أشيع قيام جنود من الجيش بإشهار السلاح في وجه أفراد من شرطة مكافحة الشغب لحماية المتظاهرين.
ثانيا : الاخبار التي راجت حول قيام جنرالات من الجيش بزيارة بن علي في قصره من أجل مفاوضته على ترك السلطة وتعهداتهم له بحمايته و عدم متابعته في المستقبل.
ثالثا : وهو الاهم : دور الجيش التونسي في القيام بملاحقات لأفراد حماية الرئيس التونسي، وأقاربه، ورجالاته وإعتقالهم.
رابعا : الاخبار الاخيرة عن بقاء عدد من وزراء بن علي في الحكومة المشكلة مؤخرا (حكومة الوحدة الوطنية)، والذين تتميز وزاراتهم بأنها وزرات سيادية : الداخلية ، الخارجية ، المالية ، الدفاع
خاصة الوزارتين الامنيتين : الداخلية والدفاع
دون أن ننسى الوزير الاول الغنوشي الذي إستمر في منصبه

كل هاته الملاحظات تقودنا إلى السؤال التالي : هل ما حدث في تونس ثورة أم إنقلاب جنرالات؟

اذا كيف يقوم بن على باقالة جنرال من الجيش ...§§ !؟؟؟

الجيش في تونس مغلوب على امره فلا داعي لتكسار الراس ..

لانه خرج بامر من بن علي لاخافة الناس ..

وعاد بامر من بن علي بعدما احتجت دول مثل فرنسا وامريكا على استعمال القوة ..

و التوانسة ميالون الى الجيش اكثر من الشرطة لان الجيش لم يتدخل في الحياة السياسية للدولة ولم يتورط في مآسي الشعب ..

وايضا لانه لو كان كذلك لاحتل سدة الحكم جنرال او عينو واحد من رجالاتهم

السلام عليكم و رحمة الله

سيدي النقاط التي ذكرتها تدخل في مهام الجيش العرفية و القانونية.

أولاً : حماية الجيش للمظاهرات حيث أشيع قيام جنود من الجيش بإشهار السلاح في وجه أفراد من شرطة مكافحة الشغب لحماية المتظاهرين.

- إذا كان الجيش شعبي فقد طبق القانون بمنع تجاوزات رجال الأمن على الموطنين.

ثانيا : الاخبار التي راجت حول قيام جنرالات من الجيش بزيارة بن علي في قصره من أجل مفاوضته على ترك السلطة وتعهداتهم له بحمايته و عدم متابعته في المستقبل.

- ممكن و غير ممكن لكن الإنقلاب لا يتم بالتشاور و التفاوض ... تأمل

ثالثا : وهو الاهم : دور الجيش التونسي في القيام بملاحقات لأفراد حماية الرئيس التونسي، وأقاربه، ورجالاته وإعتقالهم.

- ﻷنهم يهددون الأمن في تونس و في حالة الطوارئ هذا دور الجيش

رابعا : الاخبار الاخيرة عن بقاء عدد من وزراء بن علي في الحكومة المشكلة مؤخرا (حكومة الوحدة الوطنية)، والذين تتميز وزاراتهم بأنها وزرات سيادية : الداخلية ، الخارجية ، المالية ، الدفاع

- جدلية حكومة وحدة وطنية نقاش سياسي واسع ... مثلا : أعتقد أن الإحتفاظ ببعض أعضاء الحكومة القديمة مؤقتا يخدم مصالح تونس أكثر مما يضرها و خاصة و أن المتابعين يرون فيهم تقنوقراطيين أكثر من سياسين. و هذه وجهة نظر يمكن مناقشتها.

اخي حميدو شكرا لاثارة هدا الموضوع الدي سبق لي وفي عز الازمه التونسيه اثارته وتسائلت في موضوع عنونته بالحلقه المفقوده في القضيه التونسيه هنا في المنتدى العام وبالفعل بعد كل هده الاحداث الامر يقترب من انقلاب على ثورة فالجيش التونسي كان دكيا جدا عرف كيف يسير الشعب دون ان يظهر في الواجهة حيث قدم له الشعب السلبطه مرة اخرى وساهم في اقتلاع بن علي على طبق من دهب.

لكن اسمح لي سيدي الكريم أن اختلف معك في قضية الاتقلاب من طرف الجيش أظن أنها تسوية بمباركة فرنسية ولكن المحير هو كيف تخلت باريس عن بن علي في آخر لحظة فالأخبار كانت تقول ان طائرة بن علي اتجهت شمالا نحو فرنسا وعندما وصلت الأجواء الفرنسية غيرت مسارها نحو الخليج العربي الدليل على أن فرنسا متورطة هو رجوع المرزوقي والذي يعتبر مقرب جدا من الأوساط السياسية الفرنسية واعلانه من باريس ترشحه لانتخابات رئاسة الجمهورية

الحوار فيه لخبطة كبيرة من بينها اجراء بن علي لمكالمة هاتفية مع معمر القذافي وحثه على القاء خطاب موجه للتونسيين والمعلوم أن من بين شروط السعودية لبن علي هو انقاطعه عن العالم الخارجي وزد كيف خرج بحماية فرنسية والمعروف كذلك هنا ان له حماية ايطالية توفره له شركة ايطالية تعاقدت معها رئاسة الجمهورية التونسية وكيف تكون الحماية فرنسية؟ ولم يكن هناك تنسيق مع فرنسا؟
وكيف يقول هذا المقرب ان الطائرة تزودت بالوقود من مالطا والصحيح انها تزودت من ايطاليا ووكالة رويتر اكدت ان الطائرة وصلت الأجواء الفرنسية والوكالة تتبعت مسار الطائرة حتى هبوطها
اما الحوار مفبرك او ان هذا المقرب يكذب وربما يريد ان يورط الجيش التونسي او يجمل صورته

أولا أود أن أشكر جميع من أدلى برأيه في الموضوع
ثانيا فرضية تدخل الجيش وإنقلابه على الرئيس يمكن رؤيتها من زاوية أن كره الشعب للرئيس والاحداث الاخيرة وقمع قوات الامن جعلت الجيش يتدخل خدمة للدولة وخدمة للشعب، وتبقى مجرد تكهنات قد تحتمل الخطأ أو الصواب

......لعب الجيش التونسي عبر قائد أركانه، الجنرال رشيد عمار، دورا مهما في ربع الساعة الأخير من سقوط نظام الرئيس بن علي، حيث كان صمام أمان الانتقال السلمي للسلطة. وتشير بعض المصادر التونسية إلى أن الجنرال الأقوى في الجيش التونسي، رشيد عمار، عرض على الرئيس بن علي، في اليوم الذي تلى آخر خطاب له، تأمين خروجه مقابل تخليه عن السلطة، وهو ما تم بالفعل. وقبل ذلك، كانت أخبار قد تحدثت عن انقلاب عسكري أبيض من قبل الجيش على الرئيس واعتقاله وقرار ترحيله خارج البلاد. ورافق تردد هذه المعلومات تحرك قوات كبيرة من الجيش باتجاه قصر قرطاج لإجبار الرئيس على التنحي.



وبدا واضحا، خلال الأحداث الأخيرة في تونس، أن مساحة الثقة كبيرة جدا بين الشعب التونسي والجيش، ..... وأظهرت الصور التي بثتها القنوات التلفزيونية تلاحما كبيرا بين المواطنين التونسيين وقوات الجيش. وترددت معلومات عن تهديد قوات الجيش لعناصر الشرطة في مدينة صفاقس بإطلاق النار عليهم في حال أطلقوا النار على متظاهرين فروا باتجاه شاحنات الجيش التي تمركزت في المدينة. كما أظهرت الصور التصفيق الحار للتونسيين في مدينة بن قردان لحظة دخول قوات الجيش إلى المدينة بعد إعلان حالة الطوارئ...

المثل الشعبي يقول الرشام حميدة ولعاب حميدة الاكيد ان الجيش كان وراء تنحي الرئيس والمؤكد ان حادثة بوعزيزي استغلها اصحاب النفوذ والمصالح لاغراض غير بريئة. والواضح ان الغنوشي ورئيس البرلمان هم اكبر المستفدين مما حدث ولانهم يحسنون الاصطياد في المياه العكرة دفعوا بولي نعمتهم ككبش فداء مقابل بسط سيطرتهم على الحكم وهنا يجب ان نتفطن لدور فرنسا في لعبة وما ياكد كلامي حالتة الاستنفار القصوة التي اعلنتها الحكومة الفرنسية حتى قبل تازم الوضع في تونس اظف الى ذلك رفض فرنسا استقبال عدو اليوم خليل الامس
