الكذبً للإصلاح

روى مسلم في صحيحه عن أم كلثوم رضي الله عنها أنّها سمعت رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلم يقول: ''ليس الكذّاب الذي يصلح بين الناس ويقول خيرًا وينْمي خيرًا'' أخرجه البخاري ومسلم، وقال ابن شهاب: ولم أسمع يرخَّص في شيء ممّا يقول النّاس كذب إلاّ في ثلاث: الحرب والإصلاح بين النّاس وحديث الرجل امرأته وحديث المرأة وزوجها''.
فيجوز للرجل أن يكذب على زوجته حتّى ترضى ويجبر خاطرها إن هي غضبت أو حزنت.
ولا بُدّ أن نوضّح أمرًا هنا وهو أن الكذب في هذه الأحوال يأخذ حكم المقصد والغاية منه، فإن كان المقصد واجبًا كان الكذب واجبًا، وإن كان المقصد مباحًا فالكذب مباح... وهكذا. والأحوط في هذا كلّه أن يعتمد العبد على التورية، ومعنى التورية: أن يقصد بعبارته مقصودًا صحيحًا ليس هو كذبًا بالنسبة إليه، وإن كان كاذبًا في ظاهر اللفظ مع تجنّب اليمين، لأنّ الله يقول: {وَلاَ تُطعْ كُلَّ حَلاَّف مَّهين} القلم: 10
