إسرائيل تخشى انتشار انتفاضة تونس

اعتبرت دراسة إسرائيلية أن إسقاط حاكم تونس بانتفاضة شعبية لا عسكرية عملية "غير مسبوقة في العالم العربي"، محذرة من تكرار التجربة في بلدان أخرى خاصة مصر والأردن، في حين أعربت مصادر سياسية عليا في إسرائيل عن خشيتها من قطع العلاقات غير الرسمية بين تل أبيب وتونس.
والدراسة صادرة عن معهد دراسات الأمن القومي في جامعة تل أبيب.
ويرى معد الدراسة الدكتور شلومو بروم أن عهد الانقلابات العسكرية في العالم العربي انتهى بفعل تزايد قوة أجهزة الأمن الداخلي واتساع حجم الجيوش وازدياد وتنوع وسائل الإعلام.
ويوضح أن سقوط الرئيس التونسي السابق زين العابدين بن علي (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/79AD3407-994F-49E3-BD70-ED78D82CBB67,frameless.htm?) يلهب حماس الجماهير العربية كما يظهر في الإعلام ومظاهرات التأييد، مشيرا إلى ظهور قوة وسائل الإعلام الجماهيرية خاصة الإنترنت خلال ثورة تونس، وهو ما حدث خلال مظاهرات إيران في العام الماضي.
ولا يستبعد أن تنتشر "العدوى التونسية" على المدى القصير في بلدان عربية أخرى خاصة في تلك التي قال إن حكامها يفرطون في استخدام القوة ويتسببون في سفك دماء لقمع الاحتجاج في مرحلة مبكرة.
وعلى المدى البعيد يشير الباحث إلى أن تأثير انتفاضة تونس على بقية البلدان العربية مرهون بمستقبلها، مبرزا أن نجاحها في بناء نظام ديمقراطي جديد سيجعلها قدوة لبقية العرب نحو تقليدها.
ومن جهة أخرى، قال شلومو بروم إن من الصعب التنبؤ بنتائج انتخابات ديمقراطية تجري في تونس قريبا بعد فترة طويلة منع فيها الحاكم الناس من كشف ميولهم الحقيقية، لكنه يرجح أن تكشف انتخابات البرلمان عن الميول المكبوتة للتونسيين خاصة في الأرياف.http://www.aljazeera.net/NEWS/KEngine/imgs/top-page.gif (http://www.aljazeera.net/NR/exeres/8E83DDE7-7BA3-4894-9558-C6DA3B94B845.htm?GoogleStatID=9#)
التيار الإسلامي
ويشير إلى أن سيطرة الحركة الإسلامية في تونس بانتخابات ديمقراطية ستشكل دفعة هامة للمّد الإسلامي المتصاعد في العالم العربي وتحثها على القيام بخطوات عينية وقلب أنظمة حكم فيه.

ويقول إن ذلك منوط بمدى إصرار الأنظمة الحاكمة العربية خاصة في الدول الكبرى كمصر والجزائر على صيانة سلطتها، وبمدى قدرتها على بناء أجهزة أمنية وطبقات اجتماعية لها مصلحة في استمرار هذه الأنظمة.

وتؤكد الدراسة أن إسرائيل قلقة من تطورات محتملة في مصر والأردن، موضحة أن الأولى تعيش أجواء انتقالية بفعل العمر المتقدم للرئيس مبارك وحالته الصحية وضبابية احتمالات نجله بوراثته التي تلقى معارضة شعبية قوية.

وتشير إلى أن الأردن أيضا يواجه أزمة اقتصادية متراكمة وتوترات داخلية وتزايد قوة الحركة الإسلامية مما يزيد مخاطرها على المدى البعيد على الأقل.

ويرجح معلق الشؤون العربية في صحيفة هآرتس د. تسفي بارئيل أن يساهم الإنترنت في نقل "حمى الثورة" لدول عربية، وقال "ربما نحن أمام دومينو عربي". وأكد أن هذا ما يخشاه أيضا رئيس الموساد الأسبق شبتاي شفيط الذي دعا لمتابعة ما يجري في بعض الدول العربية بيقظة وقلق.

وقال شفيط في تصريح للإذاعة العبرية العامة إنه قلق مما يحدث في تونس ولبنان ومن تبعاته خاصة في الفترة التي باتت فيها قوى المعارضة أكثر نشاطا وفاعلية واستغلالا للثورة المعلوماتية.
علاقات
ونقلت إذاعة الجيش اليوم عن "مصادر سياسية عليا" خشيتها من قطع العلاقات غير الرسمية التي نسجت بين إسرائيل ونظام الحكم في تونس.
وكانت تونس قد ارتبطت بعلاقات دبلوماسية مع إسرائيل عام 1994 سوية مع موريتانيا والمغرب، وبعد عامين افتتحت مكاتب ارتباط في تونس وتل أبيب.
ويشير موقع وزارة الخارجية الإسرائيلية إلى أن العلاقات مع دول المغرب العربي هامة وحيوية للسلام والتطبيع مع العرب.
