غزة تترقب كارثة حقيقية خلال ساعات

أكد الدكتور باسم نعيم وزير الصحة الفلسطينية أن قطاع غزة يعاني من أزمة حادة في مجال الأدوية والاحتياجات التشغيلية للوزارة، مشددا على أن أي تصعيد اسرائيل جديد سيجعل غزة امام كارثة حقيقية خلال الساعات القادمة مشيرا الى أن القطاع يعاني من نقص في أكثر من 120 صنف دواء أساسي .

وقال نعيم في "لقاء مع مسئول" رغم ما نبذله على مدار الساعة لرفع من كفاءة النظام الصحي الفلسطيني التي تليق بالمواطن الفلسطيني في ظل ظروف استثنائية الا أننا رغم كل ذلك نعلن أننا اليوم بعد عامين لازلنا نعاني من آثار الحصار على القطاع الصحي".

وأكد نعيم على أن الصحة لديها نقص في أكثر من 120 صنف مبيناً أن النقص يتمثل في ادوية غسيل الكلى والمحاليل للمختبرات والمستهلكات الطبية العديدة في مجالات متعددة ..

وأوضح أن أزمة امدادات الدواء ليست جديدة وتتفاقم منذ شهور, مؤكداً على أن الأزمة تعرض حياة مليون ونصف للخطر.

وتابع :"للأسف الشديد المجتمع الدولي امعاناً منه لابتزاز غزة أوكل شراء وامداد القطاع الصحي في غزة للحكومة في رام الله مشيرا الى ان التبرع اللازم للقطاع الصحي يتم رصده لحكومة رام الله مضيفا :" لكن للأسف الشديد لم تتصرف هذه الحكومة لا على المستوى الأخلاقي الانساني والوطني وحاولت ابتزازنا سياسياً".

وأردف قائلا :"كل آهات مواطني قطاع غزة لم تشفع لهم أمام حكومة رام الله لأن يقوموا بواجبهم ولذلك وبقرار سياسي أصروا على عدم ايصال احتياجات القطاع السنوية ".

وأشار نعيم إلى أن العام 2010 لم يصل سوى 37 % من الاحتياجات الطبية والصحية أي ثلث المطلوب للقطاع الصحي في غزة، مؤكداً أن القطاع الصحي يتعامل مع الأدوية ككتلة واحدة غير منقوصة وهذا يعني أن 37 % لا شيء على الأرض في وقت التطبيق الطبي .

وقال نعيم إن وزراته طرقت كل الأبواب للضغط على سلطة رام الله حتى لايتم تسيس هذه القضية إلا أنها استمرت فيها وحاولت ابتزازا المرضى الفلسطينيين مضيفا:" لم نترك بابا الا وطرقناه لتوفير البدائل لأننا لن نستسلم للواقع الأليم ولن نسمح لأحد بأن يبتز المواطن، مشيرا الى ان الوزارة توجهت للمؤسسات الداعمة ماليا للتقدم بخطوات من اجل حل المشكلة بشكل عاجل دون جدوى ".

وشدد نعيم على أن وزارته فتحت في السابق الأبواب للمؤسسات الصحية لفحص ما وصل من تبرعات قبل ان تتفجر أزمة الأدوية الحالية، مؤكداً أن وزارته استأجرت 49 مخزن للأدوية والمستهلكات الطبية ولا يوجد شيء سري في ذلك .

ونفى نعيم أن تكون وزارته قد باعت أي شيء من الأدوية، مؤكداً على جاهزية وزارته لكل من يريد تفحص واقع التبرعات وواقع المخازن.

وطالب نعيم بتحييد ملف الأدوية عن المناكفات السياسية، داعيا لعدم رهن حياة المواطن لأية تجاذبات واعتبارات شخصية وتنظيمه.

ودعا نعيم لوضع آلية واضحة متوافق عليها لإمداد القطاع الصحي الفلسطيني بكل احتياجاته دون أية معوقات، مقترحاً أن تكون هذه الآلية بشكل مباشر أو من خلال المؤسسات الدولية، مشددا على أنه مع أية آلية تضمن توريد الاحتياجات دون ربط ملفها بأية ملفات سياسية.

وطالب نعيم المجتمع الدولي بالتدخل الفوري لإنهاء هذه الأزمة بشكل عاجل، داعياً لرفع الحصار عن غزة بشكل كامل والعمل على ضمان وصول الاحتياجات والاموال لغزة مباشرة والتدخل للضغط على المستوى السياسي و المالي لإنفاذ القطاع الصحي .
