حزب الله' نفّذ مناورة ناجحة للسيطرة على بيروت

في اللحظة التي كان المدعي العام في المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان دانيال بلمار، يسلّم القرار الاتهامي الى قاضي الاجراءات التمهيدية دانيال فرانسين عصر اول من امس في لاهاي، كان «حزب الله» يُجري في غرفة «طرح العمليات» مراجعة اخيرة لـ «سيناريو» ما بعد القرار الاتهامي، الذي كانت «الراي» كشفت عن فصول منه في 11 ديسمبر الماضي.
واستيقظت بيروت امس، على «طلائع» هذا السيناريو عبر تحركات في بعض شوارع العاصمة، قالت عنها مصادر قريبة من «حزب الله» لـ «الراي»، انها «مناورة حقيقية غير مسلّحة لاختبار جهوزية الخطة الموضوعة للسيطرة على بيروت ومناطقها ومداخلها ومرفئها ومطارها».
وكشفت هذه المصادر انه «كان من المقدّر ان تستغرق هذه المناورة التي حملت اسم «م. ق. ب. 1» اي ما قبل البلاغ الرقم 1، اربع ساعات، الا انها اُنجزت في ساعتين وبنجاح، ولم يعد يبقى الا تحديد ساعة الصفر لتنفيذ الخطة المرسومة بدقة».
ونفت المصادر ان تكون المناورة مجرد «رسالة»، «فـ (الأمين العام لحزب الله») السيد حسن نصر الله ليس زعيماً سياسياً وليس من النوع الذي يستسيغ المناورات السياسية، بل هو زعيم شعبي يقرن اقواله بالافعال واذا وعد وفّى، ولذا قال ان ما بعد القرار الاتهامي لن يكون كما قبله».
ولفتت الى «ان الوضع مرشح للتدحرج من سيئ الى اسوأ مع الحظوظ «صفر» للمسعى السوري - السعودي ولأي تحركات ديبلوماسية اخرى»، مشيرة الى «ان الحل الوحيد سيكون الشارع بعد إجهاز الفريق الآخر على فرصة التوصل الى تفاهم قبل صدور القرار الاتهامي عبر التصاقه بالاميركيين».
وتحدثت المصادر القريبة من «حزب الله» وبلغة حاسمة، عن «ان لا عودة لرئيس حكومة تصريف الاعمال سعد الحريري الى رئاسة الحكومة على الاطلاق، وقوى 8 مارس لن تشارك في استشارات الاثنين المقبل او اي استشارات اثنين آخر»، لافتة الى «ان ساعة المواجهة اقتربت».
قالت المصادر «ان الرئيس الحريري لم يكن جدياً في تعاطيه مع المسعى السوري - السعودي، وتجاهل رغبة الملك عبد الله بن عبد العزيز»، آخذة عليه «ما أظهره من حقد في الشريط الذي بثه تلفزيون «الجديد»، وملاحِظة انه «لم يتصل بالرئيس (نبيه) بري للاعتذار عما قاله بحقه، رغم تداوُل معلومات غير مؤكدة عن انه تم حذف مقاطع مهينة للغاية بحق الرئيس بري».
ورأت «ان حزب الله لم يكن يريد أكثر من وقف المحكمة الدولية عند حدود جغرافية لبنان، أما وأن هذا الأمر لم يحصل، فإنه سيتصدى للموضوع بنفسه، والجيش لن يتدخل لأن المسألة ترتبط بالقرار السياسي»، مشيرة الى «ان الاميركيين ربما غير منزعجين لانهم يعتقدون ان «حزب الله» المنشغل بالوضع الداخلي سينصرف عن اسرائيل، لكن الوضع الداخلي لن يستغرق اكثر من ساعتين لحسمه (حسب مناورة أمس) ليتفرع الحزب كلياً لإسرائيل».
