أصدرت المحكمة الجزئية في مكة المكرمة مساء أمس الثلاثاء الستار حكما بسجن " اليمني" 7 سنوات وجلده 500 جلدة إضافة لترحيله الى بلاده عقب انتهاء مدة عقوبته وعدم السماح له بدخول المملكة مرة أخرى في قضية الطفلة الجزائرية سارة بنت يونس التي لقيت مصرعها إثر سقوطها أيام عيد الفطر الماضي من إحدى الفنادق في ظروف غامضة.
ونقلت وسائل الإعلام السعودية أن القاضي قال في خلال نطقه بالحكم إن الفتاة توفيت وهي عذراء دون اغتصابها كما أشيع عند وقوع الحادثة مبينا أن المتهم تسبب بطريق غير مباشر في الأحداث التي أدت إلى وفاة الفتاة، وحضر الجلسة القضائية قنصل جمهورية الجزائر بجدة صالح عطيه الذي أبدى اقتناعه بالحكم واطمئنانه للإجراءات التي اتخذتها المحكمة.
وتعود أحداث الجريمة التي شغلت الرأي العام إلى خامس أيام عيد الفطر الماضي عندما حضرت الفتاة بصحبة أسرتها لأداء العمرة، لكنها لقيت مصرعها في ظروف غامضة بعد سقوطها من الطابق 16 في أحد فنادق مكة المكرمة، وتمكنت الشرطة من التوصل للمتهم وهو وافد يمني كان يعمل بالفندق، وأثبتت التحقيقات تورطه في الجريمة.
وأوضح حينها المتهم الرئيس ويدعى عمار (23 عاماً) أثناء التحقيق بأنه يعرف الفتاة منذ أواخر رمضان ولكنه لم يقتلها، وكان يحبها حيث أراد الزواج بها. و قال: "التقيتها 3 مرات قبل الليلة المشؤومة التي سبقت الحادثة، وقمت بتحديد موعد للجلوس معها قبل مغادرتها صبيحة اليوم التالي في غرفتي الخاصة والتي سبق وأن تقابلنا بها في أعلى الفندق الذي أعمل فيه ، وتقطنه البعثة الجزائرية؛ حيث تناولنا وجبة العشاء سوياً، وتجاذبنا أطراف الحديث في أمور عدة".
وأضاف عمار أن زميله جلال (26 عاماً- يمني) "كان يعمل في تحميل وتنزيل أغراض ومستلزمات النزلاء بالفندق سمع أثناء وجوده في استقبال الفندق عن اختفاء الفتاة منذ ساعات؛ ما دفعه للصعود إلى الطابق العلوي (السادس عشر)،حيث فوجئ بوجودها بصحبتي فطالبني بضرورة إخراج الفتاة؛ لأن ذويها يبحثون عنها" . وأظهر الكشف الطبي الأولي لجثة الفتاة أنها تعاني من كسور حيوية في أجزاء متفرقة من الجسم بما في ذلك العمود الفقري وأنها لم تتعرض للاغتصاب ولا زالت بكراً، وكان مقررا أن تغادر الفتاة صبيحة الحادث مع بعثة العمرة الجزائرية، لإقامة الفتاة في مرسيليا في فرنسا.
