اختي الفاضلة
اتصدقي لاول مرة احتار فيما اختار فكل نصائحك جميلة ونحتاجها دائما وقمة في الجمال فماذا اختار وانتي قد اخترتي فعلا اجمل النصائح ولكن هذة الابيات فعلا جميلة ولذلك اخترتها
كلّما تعلّمت أكثر كلّما طرحت عن كاهليك المزيد من المخاوف
كلّ شخص تقابله يملك شيئا مميّزا، حاول تعلّمه!
كن سعيدا بما تملك، وأعمل لامتلاك ما تريد!
فعلا معلمتي لابد ان نتعلم من الاخرين لوفعلا اردنا
ان نكون امة عظية

لمّا دخل إبنه الجامعة قرّر أن يكتب له النّصائح الّتي سيحتاجها من وجهة نظره كأب
ظنّ أنّه سيكتب له زرقة أو إثنتين فتفاجأ أنّه كتب 1560 نصيحة ..!
و من كثرة إعجاب الأهل و الأصحاب بها طبعها في كتيّب فحقّقت أفضل المبيعات لعدّة سنوات بقائمة نيويورك تايمز، و هذه أهمّ النّصائح أهديها لكم أحبّتي:


1. احذر من عروض البنوك مهما كانت مغريّة !

2. اهدِ حماتك وردا في عيد ميلاد زوجتك !

3. لا تترك منزلك دون جهاز لكشف الحريق !

4. توكّل على الله ولكن أغلق بابك جيّدا !

5. لا تيأس أبدا واحتفظ بخطّ للرّجعة !

6. لا تتّخذ قرارا وأنت غاضب !

7. كن شجاعا ، وإن لم تكن كذلك فتظاهر ، فلن يلاحظ أحد الفرق !

8. حاول فتح السيفون وأبواب الحمّام "بكوعك" !

9. تعلّم كيف تستمع فالفرص الخفيّة تحتاج لأذن قويّة !

10. لا تحرم الآخرين من الأمل فقد يكون هذا كلّ ما يملكونه !

11... حين تصادف كتابا جيّدا اشتره حتى لو لم تقرأه !

12. كن لطيفا أكثر من الحقيقة ، ولكن لا تسمح لأحد باستغلالك!

13. اعمل تماريناً للبطن 50 مرّة في الصّباح و 50 في المساء!

14. لا تستثمر في الأسهم مالا تتحمّل خسارته لاحقا (..... وياليتك سمعتها من قبل) !

15. لا تشارك رجلا فشل ثلاث مرات !

16. لا تستعمل بطاقات الإئتمان للشّراء بالتّقسيط !

17. ابتسم فهذا لا يكلّفك شيئا ولكنّه لا يقدّر بالمال !

18. لا تجادل شرطيّا أبدا !

19. لا تشتر حقائبا أو بناطيل جينز أو ساعة ثمينة فهذا مضيعة للمال !

20. شجّع أبناءك على العمل في أوقات فراغهم حالما يبلغون السّادس عشرة.

21. لا تصدّق كلّ ما تسمع ، ولا تنفق كل ما تملك ، ولا تنمّ قدر ما ترغب ...

22. حين تقول والدتك «ستندم على فعل ذلك».. ستندم عليه غالبا!

23. اعتن بسمعتك جيّدا فستثبت لك الأيّام أنّها أغلى ما تملك!

24. لا تخش العقبات الكبيرة فخلفها تقع الفرص العظيمة!

25. قد لا يتطلّب الأمر أكثر من شخص واحد لقلب حياتك رأسا على عقب!

26. اختر رفيقة حياتك بحرص؛ فهو قرار سيشكّل 90% من سعادتك أو بؤسك!

27. اقلب أعداءك لأصدقاء بفعل شيء جميل ومفاجئ لهم!

28. حين تدقّ الفرصة على بابك أدعوها للمبيت!

29. تعلّم القواعد جيّدا ثمّ اكسر بعضها!

30. احكم على نجاحك من خلال قدرتك على العطاء وليس الأخذ!

31... لا تتجاهل الشّيطان مهما بدّل ثيابه!

32. ركّز على جعل الأشياء أفضل وليس أكبر أو أعظم!

33. كن سعيدا بما تملك، وأعمل لامتلاك ما تريد!

34. اعط النّاس أكثر ممّا يتوقّعون!

35. دلّل زوجتك، ولكن ليس أطفالك!

36. لا تكن منشغلا لدرجة عدم التّعرف على أشخاص جدد!

37. اقض مع أطفالك ضعف وقتك المعتاد وامنحهم نصف المال المعتاد!

38. ابتعد عن الأماكن المشبوهة؛ فالأحداث السّيئة لا تحدث إلاّ هناك!

39. الفاشل في إنفاق ماله فاشل في كلّ شيء في حياته!

40. لا تهدّد ما لم تملك القدرة على التّنفيذ!

41. تعلّم الاسعافات الأوّليّة فجميعنا يمرّ بظرف يندم عليها!

42. حين يسألك أحدهم سؤالا لا تحبّه، ابتسم وقل «ولماذا تريد أن تعرف»!

43. لا تفقد أعصابك، أو ثقتك بنفسك، أو مفاتيح سيّارتك!

44. فاجئ صديقا قديما باتّصال مباغت!

45. لا تقل لرجل إنّه سيصبح أصلعا أو أشيبَا، فهو يعرف ذلك مسبّقا!

46. سافر وشاهد أماكن جديدة بعقل مفتوح!

47. حين تشتري عقارا انتبه لثلاثة شروط مهمّة: الموقع ثمّ الموقع ثمّ الموقع!

48. اكتب 10 أشياء تريد انجازها في حياتك ثم ضع الورقة في محفظتك!

49. كلّ شخص تقابله يملك شيئا مميّزا، حاول تعلّمه!

50. سجّل صوت والدك ووالدتك وهما يضحكان!

51. ارسل لزوجتك باقة ورد ثمّ فكّر بالسّبب لاحقا!

52. لا تتوقّع من أطفالك الإستماع لنصائحك ووضعك مزر!

53. ادّخر دائما 10% من دخلك!

54. كلّما تعلّمت أكثر كلّما طرحت عن كاهليك المزيد من المخاوف
