القرضاوي للشباب: حافظوا على حياتكم فالذي يجب أن يحرق هم الطغاة

القاهرة ـ* وجه رئيس الاتحاد العالمى لعلماء المسلمين الدكتور يوسف القرضاوي نداء لشباب العرب والمسلمين مطالبا اياهم بان يحافظوا على حياتهم ، مؤكدا أن الذي يجب أن يحرق هم الطغاة الظالمون.
وقال القرضاوي ، فى بيان شخصى تلقت وكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د.ب.أ) نسخة منه مساء الأربعاء ، "أنا أنادي شباب العرب والمسلمين فى مصر والجزائر وموريتانيا وغيرهاالذين أرادوا أن يحرقوا انفسهم سخطا على حاضرهم ويأسا من مستقبلهم أيها الشباب الحر /لا تيأسوا من روح الله انه لا ييأس من روح الله الإ القوم الكافرون" وان مع العسر يسرا وبعد الليل فجرا وأشد ساعات الليل سوادا وظلمة هى السويعات التى تسبق الفجر".

وأضاف " ايها الشباب حافظوا على حياتكم فأن حياتكم نعمة من الله يجب أن تشكر ولا تحرقوا أنفسكم فأن الذى يجب ان يحرق إنما هم الطغاة الظالمون فاصبروا وصابروا ورابطوا فإن مع اليوم غدا وإن غدا لناظره قريب".

وتابع "لدينا من وسائل المقاومة للظلم والطغيان ما يغنينا عن قتل انفسنا أو احراق أجسادنا وفى الحلال أبدا ما يغنى عن الحرام".

وأشار القرضاوى الى وجود حالة من الالتباس وسوء الفهم لحديثه عن الشاب التونسى محمد البوعزيزي والذي كان إحراقه لنفسه الشرارة التى أشعلت الثورة فى الشعب التونسي.

وأردف القرضاوي "لم أكتب فتوى في هذا الموضوع ولكني علقت عليه في برنامجي /الشريعة والحياة/ (يذاع على قناة الجزيرة الفضائية) وقلت اننى أتضرع إلى الله تعالى وأبتهل إليه أن يعفو عن هذا الشاب ويغفر له ويتجاوز عن فعلته التى خالف فيها الشرع الذى ينهى عن قتل النفس كما قال تعالى /ولا تقتلوا أنفسكم إن الله كان بكم رحيما/".

وتابع " دعوت الاخوة فى تونس والمسلمين عامة أن يدعوا الله معى ويشفعوا عنده لهذا الشاب الذى كان فى حالة ثورة وغليان نفسى لايملك فيها نفسه وحرية إرادته فهو أشبه بحالة الإغلاق التى لايقع فيها الطلاق / لاطلاق فى إغلاق/".

ونبه القرضاوى إلى قاعدة شرعية مهمة وهى ان الحكم بعد الابتلاء بالفعل غير الحكم قبل الابتلاء به، فقبل الابتلاء بالفعل ينبغى التشديد حتى نمنع من وقوع الفعل أما بعد الابتلاء بوقوعه فعلا فهنا نلتمس التخفيف ما أمكن ذلك.

وقال القرضاوى " أنا هنا أوجب على الأنظمة الحاكمة أن تسأل نفسها :ما الذى دفع هذا الشباب أن يحرق نفسه ، وتحاول أن تجد لمشكلته حلا".

الشيخ القرضاوي أكثر علماء المسلمين الذين طالهم النقد و السب ، و لكنه لم ينحني و لم يهبط إلى مستنقع النذالة الذي يرتع فيه الكثيرون
فما زال منذ أن عرفناه ثابتا في مواقفه لا تأخذه في الله لومة لائم
و من العجيب أنه بينما يرميه البعض بالميوعة و التساهل، يرميه آخرون بالتشدد و التّطرف
