Berlusconi laughs off sex scandal inquiry

ROME - ITALIAN Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi laughed off an inquiry into his bawdy sex life and relationship with an underage girl as magistrates struggled to get permission to search his offices for evidence against him.

Milan's prosecutors hit a hitch on Wednesday in their endeavour to prove Mr Berlusconi hooked up with prostitutes he kept in rent-free luxury apartments, when a parliamentary committee stalled over authorising the search warrant.

Allegations that the prime minister hand-picked prostitutes for wild parties and paid to have sex with the underage girl, known as Ruby, left Italy reeling this week and sparked fierce criticism from the Church and opposition parties.

News of the investigation came just the day after a court ruling partially stripped the prime minister of political immunity.

While having sex with prostitutes is not a crime in Italy, having sex with a minor has been punishable with a prison sentence since Mr Berlusconi's right-wing government voted in a law against it in 2006.

'A significant number of young girls prostituted themselves with Silvio Berlusconi in his residences in exchange for sums of money,' prosecutors said in a document asking the Chamber of Deputies for permission to raid various premises linked to Mr

طالبت اللجنة البرلمانية لشئون الأمن في إيطاليا اليوم بمثول رئيس الوزراء سيلفيو برلسكوني أمام أعضائها لتقديم شرح وافي حول سلامة النظام الأمني في مقر إقامته الذي شابته فضائح حفلاته الخاصة.
وأوضح ماسيمو داليما رئيس لجنة الأمن ورئيس الوزراء السابق خلال مؤتمر صحفي عقده اليوم أن الأمر يتعلق بوجود "عدد كبير من الأشخاص في مقار إقامة برلسكوني دون مراعاة الاحتياطات الأمنية التي تختص بها أجهزة الاستخبارات".
وأبرز أنهم يفضلون مثول رئيس الحكومة الإيطالية للاستماع له حول أداء الأجهزة الأمنية المحيطة به، لأن جهاز الاستخبارات هو الذي يتولى القيام بذلك.
وأصدر حزب برسلكوني "شعب الحرية" بيانا يؤكد خلاله أن طلب مثول رئيس الوزراء أمام اللجنة لا يتعلق بالفضيحة الجنسية التي تورط فيها مع قاصر ذات أصول مغربية تدعى روبي.
وكانت نيابة ميلانو قد فتحت تحقيقا مع عاهرة تدعى ناديا ماكري اعترفت بأنها مارست الجنس مع برلسكوني مرتين مقابل عشرة آلاف يورو.
وحققت النيابة نفسها مع الفتاة المغربية روبي لمعرفة كيفية إطلاق سراحها في 27 مايو/آيار الماضي من مفوضية شرطة المدينة، وما إذا كان اتصالا هاتفيا من رئيس الوزراء سيلفيو برلسكوني كان السبب وراء خروجها من الحبس.
وتصدرت قضية "روبي" عناوين الصحف العالمية، خاصة بعدما وصف رئيس مجلس النواب الإيطالي وحليف برلسكوني السابق في الحكومة جيانفرانكو فيني الفضيحة التي طالت برلسكوني بـ"المخجلة".
وأكد برلسكوني لمفوضية الشرطة أن الفتاة المغربية، التي اعتقلت بتهمة سرقة ثلاثة آلاف يورو وعقد من الذهب الأبيض، "تربطها صلة قرابة بالرئيس المصري حسني مبارك" وطلب الإفراج عنها، وهو ما نفته السفارة المصرية في روما بشكل قاطع.
وطبقا لما تقوله وسائل الإعلام، فإن برلسكوني أرسل طبيبة أسنانه نيكولي مينيتي لاصطحاب الفتاة، التي أكملت عامها الـ18 ، من مفوضية الشرطة.
وتحقق نيابة ميلانو في قضية دعارة مرتبطة بأسماء ثلاثة أشخاص مقربين من برلسكوني وهم وكيل النجوم الشهير ليلي مورا، ومدير القسم الإخباري بقناة (ريتي كواترو) إيميليو فيدي، وطبيبة أسنانه الشخصية نيكولي مينيتي.
يذكر أن الفتاة المغربية وصلت إلى إيطاليا وهي في عمر التاسعة وهربت من المنزل وهي في الرابعة عشر وتوجهت بعدها إلى أحد مراكز إيواء المهاجرين قبل أن تهرب منه أيضا، وبدأت تعمل في ميلانو كراقصة رقص شرقي، وفي فبراير/شباط الماضي شاركت في حفل بمقر إقامة لبرلسكوني بالمدينة، حينما كانت لا تزال قاصر.(إفي)

طبعا الخبر ليس لمجرد التسلية و لكن لنتساءل عن كيف يتعامل كبار المسئولين الذين يتورطون في مثل هذه الفضائح ؟!
