الإنفاق على الزوجة والأبناء

يجب على الزوج أن يُنفق على زوجته وعلى أولاده وعلى والديه إن كانا فقيرين، وأفضل الصدقة ما ينفقه الرجل على أهله، قال تعالى آمرًا الأزواج أن يُنفقوا على زوجاتهم: {لِيُنْفِقْ ذُوا سَعَةٍ مِّنْ سَعَتِهِ وَمَنْ قُدِرَ عَلَيْهِ رِزْقُهُ فَلْيُنْفِقْ مِمَّا أَتَاهُ اللهُ لاَ يُكَلِّفُ اللهُ نَفْسًا إِلاَّ مَا أَتَاهَا} الطلاق: 7، وقال أيضًا: {قَدْ عَلِمْنَا مَا فَرَضْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ فِي أَزْوَاجِهِمْ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ} الأحزاب: 50 وروى جابر رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم خطب النّاس فقال ''اتّقوا الله في النساء، فإنّهنّ عَوَانٌ عندكم أخذتموهنّ بأمانة الله واستحللتُم فروجهنّ بكلمة الله ولهنّ عليكم رزقهنّ وكسوتهنّ بالمعروف'' رواه مسلم. وقد اتّفق أهل العلم على وجوب إنفاق الأزواج على زوجاتهم. كما يجب على الزّوج أن يُنفق على زوجته الّتي خرجت للعمل بإذنه ورضاه ولا تسقط نفقته عليها بعملها، فمسؤولية الزوج في أهله عظيمة جدًا، فقد استرعاه الله عليهم وسيسأله يوم القيامة عمّا أدّاه وعمّا ترك وقصّر فيه.
قال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم ''كلّكم راع وكلّكم مسؤول عن رعيته، فالزّوج راع عن أسرته وهو مسؤول عن رعيته...'' رواه البخاري ومسلم، أو كما قال.
