على ما يجري في الأمّة من حوادث وانتحار
"إدارة موقع الشّيخ أبي عبد المعزّ محمّد عليّ فركوس -حفظه الله-"



الحمد لله وحده، والصّلاة والسّلام على من لا نبيّ بعده، وعلى آله وصحبه وأتباعه ومن سار على منهجه إلى يوم الدّين، أمّا بعد:
فإنّ الله سبحانه وتعالى شرّف بني آدم بعبوديّته، وكرّمهم بطاعته، وفضّلهم على كثير من خلقه بأنْ صوّرهم على أحسن الهيئات وأكملها، قال تعالى ﴿لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا الإِنسَانَ فِي أَحْسَنِ تَقْوِيمٍ﴾ [التين: 4]، وقال تعالى: ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الإِنْسَانُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ الْكَرِيمِ. الَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّاكَ فَعَدَلَكَ. فِي أَيِّ صُورَةٍ مَا شَاءَ رَكَّبَكَ﴾[الانفطار: 6-8]، وقال أيضا: ﴿وَلَقَدْ كَرَّمْنَا بَنِي آدَمَ وَحَمَلْنَاهُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ وَالْبَحْرِ وَرَزَقْنَاهُمْ مِنَ الطَّيِّبَاتِ وَفَضَّلْنَاهُمْ عَلَى كَثِيرٍ مِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَا تَفْضِيلاً﴾ [الإسراء: 70]. وأمرهم بالمحافظة على هذه النّعمة، ونهاهم عن التّعدّي على أنفسهم وأرواحهم فقال سبحانه: ﴿وَلاَ ‏تَقْتُلُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ إِنَّ اللهَ كَانَ بِكُمْ رَحِيمًا﴾[النساء : 29]، وقال أيضًا: ﴿وَلاَ تُلْقُوا بِأَيْدِيكُمْ إِلَى التَّهْلُكَةِ﴾[البقرة: 195]، فسبحان الذي خلق فسوّى والذي قدّر فهدى.
كما رتّب الشرع عقوبةً جسيمةً على من يعتدي على نفسه قتلاً، فعن جندب بن عبد الله رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم:«كَانَ فِيمَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ رَجُلٌ بِهِ جُرْحٌ، فَجَزِعَ، فَأَخَذَ سِكِّينًا فَحَزَّ بِهَا يَدَهُ، فَمَا رَقَأَ الدَّمُ حَتَّى مَاتَ، قَالَ اللهُ تَعَالَى: بَادَرَنِي عَبْدِي بِنَفْسِهِ، حَرَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ الجَنَّةَ»(١ )، وجعل عذابَه يوم القيامة بما قتل به نفسه، ففي حديث ثابت بن الضّحّاك رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قال: «... وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ القِيَامَةِ ...»(٢ ) الحديث، وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه أنّ رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم قال: «مَنْ تَرَدَّى مِنْ جَبَلٍ فَقَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ؛ فَهُوَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ يَتَرَدَّى فِيهِ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا، وَمَنْ تَحَسَّى سُمًّا فَقَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ؛ فَسُمُّهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَتَحَسَّاهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِحَدِيدَةٍ؛ فَحَدِيدَتُهُ فِي يَدِهِ يَجَأُ بِهَا فِي بَطْنِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَالِدًا مُخَلَّدًا فِيهَا أَبَدًا»(٣ ).‏
وقد ترك النّبيّ صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم الصّلاة على المنتحر، عقوبةً له، وزجرًا لغيره أن يفعل مثله، فعن جابر بن سَمُرَةَ رضي الله عنه قال: «أُتِيَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِرَجُلٍ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِمَشَاقِصَ(٤ )، فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْهِ»(٥ ).
هذا، ويزداد الأمر شناعةً أن يُقْدِمَ المسلم على قتل نفسه حرقًا، ومعلومٌ أنّه لا يعذّب بالنّار إلاّ الله تعالى، لقوله صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم: «... فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يُعَذِّبُ بِالنَّارِ إِلاَّ رَبُّ النَّارِ»(٦ ).
كما شرع الله لعبده من المناهج السّويّة ما يضمن حياته واستقامته ونجاحه، قال تعالى: ﴿أَيَحْسَبُ الإِنْسَانُ أَنْ يُتْرَكَ سُدًى﴾ [القيامة: 36]، وقال تعالى:﴿وَمَا كُنَّا عَنِ الْخَلْقِ غَافِلِينَ﴾ [المؤمنون: 17]، فأمره بالحرص على ما ينفعه في معاشه ومعاده، والابتعاد عمّا يعود عليه بالضّرر والأذى في غير مرضاة الله، قال تعالى: ﴿فَامْشُوا فِي مَنَاكِبِهَا وَكُلُوا مِنْ رِزْقِهِ وَإِلَيْهِ النُّشُورُ﴾ [الملك: 15].
ونهاه سبحانه وتعالى عن اليأس والقنوط، وأخبر أنّ ذلك من ‏صفات أهل الضّلال، فقال:﴿وَلاَ تَيْأَسُوا مِنْ رَوْحِ ‏اللهِ إِنَّهُ لاَ يَيْأَسُ مِنْ رَوْحِ اللهِ إِلاَّ الْقَوْمُ الْكَافِرُونَ﴾ [يوسف:87]، وقال تعالى: ﴿قَالَ وَمَنْ يَقْنَطُ مِنْ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّهِ إِلاَّ الضَّالُّونَ﴾ ‏‏[الحجر:56]‏.
هذا، وإنّ إدارة موقع الشّيخ أبي عبد المعزّ محمّد عليّ فركوس -حفظه الله- تُنكر أشدّ الإنكار على قوالب التّدنّي والانحطاط التي ابتدعتها الحضارة والمدنيّة المعاصرة من الانتحار بإزهاق النّفس وتدمير الأجسام الحيّة بالإحراق كحلٍّ قاتلٍ وتعبيرٍ يائسٍ عن سخطهم على الأوضاع السّياسيّة والاجتماعيّة، الأمر الذي سلكه -في الآونة الأخيرة- بعض أبناء جلدتنا في تقليدهم لهم بسبب ما آلت إليه ظروفهم المعيشيّة الصّعبة، وانعكست سلبا على نفسيّاتهم المتدهورة، وما أعقب الحادث من تخريب وتدمير ونهب وفساد ﴿وَاللهُ لاَ يُحِبُّ الْفَسَادَ﴾ [البقرة: 205].
إنّ التّبعيّة العمياء للمدنيّة المعاصرة في هدم الأبدان وسفك الدّماء وإزهاق الأرواح واتّخاذ وسيلة الانتحار أسلوب إنكارٍ تنافي تعاليم ديننا الحنيف في عقيدته وأحكامه وأخلاقه، ولا مطمع في غايةٍ حسنةٍ وسيلتها محرّمةٌ، والمقاصد مهما عَظُمَ حسنها لا تزكّي الوسائل المحرّمة بحالٍ، إذ تقرّر في القواعد أنّ «الغَايَة لاَ تُبَرِّرُ الوَسِيلَةَ».
إنّ تطبيع شباب أمّتنا المسلمة بهذه الأخلاقيّات المستوردة البشعة لَتتفطّر لها القلوب حسرةً، وتتصدّع لها النّفوس ألمًا، وبغضّ النّظر عمّن يقف وراء هذه الأحداث ويغذّي الشّعوب الإسلاميّة بمثل هذه الأساليب المنكرة، فإنّ إدارة الموقع تذكّر الجميع أنّ واجب المسلم إن أُصيب بأمرٍ من غير فعله فعليه بالصّبر عليه، ولا يجزع منه ولا يقنط من رحمة الله تعالى، فينظر إلى القَدَرِ ولا يتحسّر على الماضي، بل يعلم «أَنَّ مَا أَصَابَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيُخْطِئَهُ، وَأَنَّ مَا أَخْطَأَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيُصِيبَهُ»(٧ )، وعليه بالتّقوى والصّبر والاستغفار، فإنّها مفاتيح الخير والبركة، قال تعالى: ﴿وَإِنْ تَصْبِرُوا وَتَتَّقُوا فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ مِنْ عَزْمِ الأُمُورِ﴾ [آل عمران: 186]، وقال تعالى: ﴿وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مَخْرَجًا. وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لاَ يَحْتَسِبُ﴾ [الطلاق: 2-3]، وقال تعالى: ﴿إِنَّهُ مَنْ يَتَّقِ وَيَصْبِرْ فَإِنَّ اللهَ لاَ يُضِيعُ أَجْرَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ﴾ [يوسف: 90]، وقال تعالى: ﴿فَاصْبِرْ إِنَّ وَعْدَ اللهِ حَقٌّ وَاسْتَغْفِرْ لِذَنْبِكَ﴾ [غافر: 55]، وكما ذكر أهل العلم فإنّ واجب المسلم النّظر إلى القَدَرِ عند المصائب والاستغفار عند المعايب.
هذا، والعبد مأمورٌ بفعل الأسباب وترك العجز مع الاستعانة بالله والتّحلّي بالصّبر، فالأخذ بالأسباب سيرٌ مع الشرع، وترك الأسباب مُنافٍ للأمر الشّرعيّ والحكمة ونقصٌ في العقل، قال صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم:«احْرِصْ عَلَى مَا يَنْفَعُكَ، وَاسْتَعِنْ بِاللهِ وَلاَ تَعْجَزْ»(٨ ).
كما نذكّر بأنّ المسلم وإن وجب عليه طاعة ولاة الأمر في المعروف، فإنّ الواجب على ولاة الأمر من جهةٍ أخرى أن يَسُوسُوا الأمّة بالحقّ المنزّل، ويُنعشوها بالإسلام، ويُنقذوا أمّتهم من الظّلم والإلحاد ونهب الثّروات وتضييع الحقوق وغيرها من المخازي والمهالك، وينشروا العدل والأمن بما يقتضيه واجب التّقوى، ويملؤوا أوطانهم عدلاً بعد أن امتلأت ظلمًا وجورًا، فإنّ سالكي المنهج الرّبّانيّ يرفعهم الله من الحضيض ويمكّنهم في الأرض ليكونوا سادة الدّنيا وقادتها وأساتذتها، قال تعالى: ﴿وَعَدَ اللهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنْكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَى لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا يَعْبُدُونَنِي لاَ يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا وَمَنْ كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَأُولَئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ ﴾ [النّور: 55].

وآخرُ دعوانا أنِ الحمدُ للهِ ربِّ العالمين، وصَلَّى اللهُ على نبيِّنا محمَّدٍ وعلى آله وصحبه وإخوانِه إلى يوم الدِّين، وسَلَّم تسليمًا.

٥- أخرجه مسلم في «الجنائز» (978)، من حديث جابر بن سمرة رضي الله عنهما.
٦- أخرجه أحمد (16034)، وأبو داود في «الجهاد»، باب كراهية حرق العدوّ بالنّار (2673)، عن حمزة بن عمرو الأسلميّ، وصحّحه الألبانيّ في «السّلسلة الصّحيحة» (1565).
٧- جزء من حديث أخرجه التّرمذيّ في «القدر»، باب ما جاء في الإيمان بالقدر خيره وشرّه (2144)، من حديث جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما، وصحّحه الألبانيّ في «السّلسلة الصّحيحة» (2439)، وصدره: «لاَ يُؤْمِنُ عَبْدٌ حَتَّى يُؤْمِنَ بِالقَدَرِ خَيْرِهِ وَشَرِّهِ، حَتَّى يَعْلَمَ أَنَّ مَا أَصَابَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيُخْطِئَهُ، وَأَنَّ مَا أَخْطَأَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِيُصِيبَهُ».
٨- أخرجه مسلم في «القدر» (2664)، من حديث أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه.
