ثانياالصلاة
كلما اشتدعليك الهم...فأفرغ الى الصلاة .....بخشوع ودموع....متدبرا اياتها...فإذا مكنت جبينك للسجود...بث شكواك
*فأقرب ما يكون العبد من الله وهو ساجد*وهذا نبيك -صلى الله عليه وسلم-(كان إذا حز به امرا فرغ إلى الصلاة)..رواهالبخارى
أفرغ الى قيام الليل .........وصلى ركعتين قضاء حاجة وتضرع الى الله
ثالثا كلمات الكرب :
كان -صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا أشتد عليه هم او غم او كرب لهج إلى الله بهذه الكلمات :
(لا إله إلا الله العظيم الحليم لا إله إلا الله رب العرش العظيم لا إله إلا الله رب السماوات والارض ورب العرش الكريم)
(يا حى يا قيوم برحمتك أستغيث)
(الله ربى لا اشرك به احدا)
(اللهم رحمتك ارجو فلا تكلنى الى نفسى طرفة عين واصلح لى شأنى كله لا إله الا انت)
(اللهم انى عبدك ابن عبدك ابن امتك ناصيتى بيدك ماض فى حكمك عدل فى قضاؤك)
(اللهم انى اعود بك من الهم والحزن والعجز والكسل والبخل والجبن غلبة الدين وقهر الرجال)
(اللهم فارج الهم وكاشف الغم مجيب الدعوة رحمن الدنيا والاخرة ورحيمهما ارحمنى رحمة تغنينى بها عن رحمة من سواك)
(اللهم اجعل من كل هم فرجا ومن كل ضي مخرجا ومن كل بلاء عافية )
(اللهم اكفينيهم بما شئت وكيف شئت)
( اللهم احفظنا من بين ايدينا ومن خلفنا وعن ايماننا وعن شمائلنا ومن فوقنا ونعوذ بعظمتك ان نغتال من تحتنا)
