جامعيون وصحافيون جزائريون يدعون إلى التغيير

نشرت مجموعة من الجامعيين والصحافيين والشخصيات الجزائرية الجمعة نداءً للتغيير الديمقراطي في البلاد غداة اندلاع الثورة في تونس المجاورة.
ودعا الموقعون على النداء إلى «تضافر كافة مبادرات المواطنين والجمعيات والنقابات والأحزاب السياسية في اتجاه رفع القيود عن الحياة العامة ومن أجل تحقيق التداول الديمقراطي في الجزائر».
ويعتبر هذا النداء، الذي وقعه ثلاثون شخصية، فريداً من نوعه على الأقل منذ الاضطرابات التي هزت الجزائر من الرابع إلى التاسع من يناير.
ويشيد النداء، الذي أرسل إلى فرانس برس عبر البريد الإلكتروني وفيس بوك ونشره موقع صحيفة لوماتان الجزائري مطولاً بقوة، بحركة الاحتجاج التونسية التي أطاحت بالرئيس التونسي زين العابدين بن علي.
واعتبر الموقعون أن «التحرك العادل للشعب التونسي يفتح وضعاً سياسياً جديداً في المغرب العربي الذي يربطه مصير مشترك».
وبعد التطرق إلى «اليأس الاجتماعي» في الجزائر والذي تجلى في اضطرابات بداية الشهر الجاري التي أسفرت عن سقوط 5 قتلى وأكثر من 800 جريح في مختلف أنحاء البلاد، انتقد الموقعون بشدة الحكومة الجزائرية لأنها لم تعط تلك الأحداث «سوى تفسير واحد هو ارتفاع أسعار المواد الأساسية».
وقال الموقعون إن «أزمة يناير لا تنصهر في الزيت» في إشارة إلى إحدى تلك المواد الأساسية، مؤكدين أن «التحركات الاجتماعية بلغت هذه السنوات الأخيرة عدداً غير مسبوق» في الجزائر.
وتابع النداء أن «الحاكم وجد نفسه وحيداً أمام ارتباك وغضب الجزائريين»، وانتقد فرض حالة الطوارئ منذ 1992 و «القمع الأمني والتضليل والقيود على الإعلام».
ومن بين الموقعين على النداء الصحافي فوضيل بومالة النائب السابق وحيدر بن دريهم والجامعيون زبير عروس وإحسان بشاني وسعيد بوضياف من قدامى محاربي حرب التحرير الجزائرية والناشر وادي بوسعد والجامعي يوسف الأخضر حمينة ابن المخرج السينمائي محمد الأخضر حمينة الذي فاز بالسعفة الذهبية في مهرجان كان سنة 1974 عن فيلمه «سنوات الجمر».
