" لقد ضقتُ ذرعا بالحياة مع أبي وأمي , فجئتُ أطلبُ الطلاقَ "!!! :

ذهب صبي في العاشرة من عمره إلى إحدى المحاكم الخاصة بالأحوال الشخصية في أمريكا , وجلس وحده . ولما سئل عن سبب وجوده وحده هناك , أجاب بقوله " لقد ضقتُ ذرعا بالحياة مع أبي وأمي , فجئتُ أطلبُ الطلاقَ "!!! .

تعليق :
1-الطفل ( عادة ) لا بد له من أب وأم حتى تستقيم حياته وتربيته . نعم قد نجد ولدا يعيش مع أبويه ولكنه شقي , ونجد في المقابل ولدا آخر يتيم الأبوين ولكنه سعيد , ولكن القاعدة العامة والغالبة هي أن نشأة الولد السليمة لا بد أن تـتم في ظل أب وأم .
2-إذا وُجِـد ولدٌ شقي مع أنه يعيش مع أبويه , فإن شقاءه هو له أسباب أخرى , وكذلك إن وُجِـد ولدٌ آخر يتيم ولكنه سعيدٌ فإن لسعادته أسباب أخرى .
3- كل ولد ( ذكر أو أنثى ) يـتمنى أن يعيش أطولَ فترة ممكنة من حياته ( خاصة وهو صغير ) في ظل أبوين حيين صحيحين طيبين مباركين , ولكن إن كتب الله ومات أحدُ الوالدين والولدُ صغير وجب عندئذ على الولد أن يصبر ويحتسب أجرَه عند الله تبارك وتعالى .
4- مما قيل في الأب :
* " أب واحد خيرٌ من 10 مربـين " .
* "يزأر الأسدُ ولكنه لا يلـتهمُ صغارَه ".
* "من لا يستطيعُ أن يقومَ بواجب الأبوة , لا يحق له أن يتزوجَ أو ينجبَ أبناء " .
* " ليس هناك فرح أعظم من فرح الابن بمجد أبـيه , ولا أعظم من فرح الأب بنجاح ابنه" .
* نعرف قيمةَ الملح عندما نفقده , ونعرف قيمةَ الأب عندما يموتُ ".
* " ليس أرق على السمع من كلام الأب يمدح ابـنَـه ".
* " الأبُ وحده هو الذي لا يحسدُ ابـنَـه على موهـبـتـه " .
* " إذا عشتَ دون أن تكون أبا , فإنك ستقضي ( وتموتُ ) دون أن تكون رجلا ".
* " الأب هو هبة الله الرائعة ".
* ورحم الله الإمام الشافعي الذي قال :
" أَطِــعِ الإِلَــهَ كَـمَـا أَمَــرْ وَامْــلأْ فُــؤَادَكَبِـالحَــذَرْ

وَأَطِــعِ أَبَـــاكَ فَــإِنَّــهُ رَبَّـاكَ مِـنْعَـهْـدِ الصِّـغَـرْ ".
5- ومما قيل في الأم والمرأة :
" لا ينبني البيتُ على الأرض , بل على المرأة ".
" البيتُ ليس حجارة , البيتُ امرأة ".
" يبقى التحدثُ عن المرأة ما بقيت على وجه الأرضِ ".
"حواء إسم يوحي بالأنس والميول والهدوء والجمال والرغبة والغلبة ".
"حواء هي الشيء الذي ينقصُنا لتطيبَ لنا الحياةُ , وحواء ليست كل النساء " .
" حواء أزلٌ وشأن ومصير , حواء أمي وأمك , رغمَ أنفي وأنفِـك ".
" المرأةُ أبهجُ شيء في الحياة ".
" بيتٌ بدون امرأة مسكنٌ للشيطان ".
" المرأةُ أثمن جوهرة نُـزِعت من تاج الكون لتكون زينةَ الرجل وسعادته ".
"المرأةُ إذا ذبُـل عقلها ومات , فقد ذبُـل عقلُ الأمة ومات " .
6- ليس هناك ما يزعج الأولادَ ويُنفرهم من جو البيت كالخلافات بين الأب والأم , والتي تكون مصحوبة في كثير من الأحيان بضرب الأب للأم , أو بتسلط الأم على الأب وترجلها الممقوت , أو بإهانة أحدهما للآخر بالكلمات الجارحة , أو بسوء معاملة الأم للأب , أو بحرمان الأب للأم من حقوقها المادية أو المعنوية ... إن إظهار خلافات الوالدين أمام الأولاد يزعج الأولادَ كثيرا ويدعوهم إلى الهروب من البيت بطريقة أو بأخرى .
7-التفسخ الأسري بدأ يزداد في الفترة الأخيرة في كثير من الأقطار العربية خاصة , ومن أعراضه الأساسية الطلاق العادل أو الظالم ... الطلاق الذي تم بحق أو بباطل ... الطلاق الذي تحقق من قبل الزوج أو بطلب من الزوجة .
8-لو سألتَ اليوم قاضيا من القضاة أو محاميا من المحامين أو ... لأخبرك بأن قضايا الطلاق ( في أغلب العالم الإسلامي اليوم ) تشكل نسبة معتبرة ولا بأس بها من مجموع القضايا التي تعرض يوميا على المحاكم .
9-البقاء في البيت والاستقرار فيه - حين لا يكون لدينا شغل لا بد منه خارج البيت- هو نعمة عظيمة يجب أن نستفيد منها ونشكر الله عليها . وصدق من قال " أمسك عليك لسانك , وليسعك بيتك , وابك على خطيئتك " .
