الحمد لله والصلاة على رسول الله والله أكبر أما بعد :

الملاحظ من خلال تجولك في المدينة المنورة والكعبة الشريفة أن حجاج بيت الله الحرام الجزائريين كلهم شيوخ وكبار سن أو أصحاب ثراء فاحش إن كانوا صغار ، وإذا إقتربت من الحاج أو الحاجة الكبيرة وسألتها سؤالان أو ثلاثة ستجد أن إبنها باع السيارة أو رهن المنزل أو الحجة أو العمرة بالتقصيط أو... أو ....
العمرة التي أصبح سعرها يناهز العشرين مليون + بعض الهدايا = 30 مليون والحجة 30 مليون أو أكثر + بعض الهدايا = 50 مليون هو حاجز كبير يقف بوجه كل جزائري وجزائرية يتمنى زيارة تلك البقعة والله حتى وإن كان فاجرا سفيها خبيثا .

إنه حلم 40 مليون جزائري ولكن كيف لهذا الحلم أن يتحقق عندما ترى الشباب يعج في البقاع وآت من كل فوج وصوب ماعدى الجزائر الحبيبة كيف لهذا الحلم أن يتحقق بالله عليك يا سيدي الرئيس ؟ كيف يتحقق وأنت تجد كل فرد من أفراد الأسرة يحوش كل يوم درهما ودينارا يتمنى أن يصل النصاب ليزور الكعبة ؟

أنا أناشدك وأسئلك بالله العظيم أن تأمر بشراء باخرات عملاقة تقوم بنقل الجزائريين للبقاع المقدسة بتكلفة أقل لأننا نعلم أن تكلفة الباخرة أقل بخمس مرات من تكلفة الطائرة لكي نرى والدينا وأجدادنا يزورون الكعبة قبل موتهم وليكن في علمك يا سيدي الرئيس أنها صدقة جارية تدر عليك النفع طوال حياتك وبعد مماتك وأنها ستجلب لك من كل حاجا وحاجة دعوة خير وصلاح وفلاح بإذن الله .

نحن نرجوك يا سيدي الرئيس أن تسهل كل الإجراءات والعمليات التي تسهل في نقل الحجاج والمعتمرون عن طريق البواخر في كل أوقات السنة بأي طريقة كانت المهم يصلون للبقاع بأرخس الأثمان .


كما أناشد الصحافة الجزائرية أن توصل هذا الطلب لرئيس الجمهورية وأن تدعم الملف بكل قوة كما دعمتم ملف قطر لإحتضان المنديال أليس هذا ملف أحق بأن يدعم ؟ وكما دعمت ما نعلم وما لا نعلم
