خطاب مهم جدا للعاهل الأردني اليوم الثلاثاء: توقع لغة تصالحية مع الشارع واعتراف ب

ـ 'القدس العربي': يترقب الرأي العام الأردني ونخبه السياسية باهتمام خطاب بالغ الأهمية يفترض ان يلقيه الملك عبد الله الثاني اليوم الثلاثاء أمام نخبة من قادة السلطتين التشريعية والتنفيذية في إطار عملية احتواء سياسية صريحة وفعالة ويتردد أنها ستكون كبيرة جدا لمجمل الجدل الذي غرقت به البلاد حول ملف الأسعار والانتخابات خلال الأسابيع القليلة الماضية.
ويتوقع مراقبون سياسيون ان يحدد الخطاب الملكي المنتظر الذي بدأت مؤشرات مضامينه الرئيسية تظهر للعيان بوصلة التوجهات العامة للدولة والمؤسسات خلال المرحلة الصعبة اللاحقة، حيث تتزايد المسيرات الاحتجاجية في البلاد تحت عنوان الأسعار وتواجه الدولة ماليا أزمة خانقة وأساسية تتطلب، كما قال عضو بارز في البرلمان لـ'القدس العربي' 'جرعات كبيرة' جدا من الإصلاح.
ولا يبتعد الإطار الإستراتيجي للخطاب والمشاريع والقرارات التي ستعقبه عن ما يسمه الإعلام الأردني الوطني بالإيقاع التونسي وتأثيراته على الساحتين العربية والإقليمية والمحلية ويفترض ان تعالج سلسلة خطوات قررتها مؤسسة القصر الملكي نداءات عامة وشعبية برزت بقوة على سطح الأحداث على مستوى إيقاع الشارع في الأونة الأخيرة.
وكشف مصدر مطلع وعلى صلة بالتحضيرات الخاصة بلقاء الملك اليوم الثلاثاء مع نخبة من أهم قادة العمل السياسي والوطني النقاب لـ'القدس العربي' عن بعض الملامح العامة لخطبة الملك الأردني بعد أسبوعين من المسيرات الاحتجاجية في بلاده.
وقال المصدر ان لغة الخطاب ستكون تصالحية تماما ومتجاوبة مع متطلبات القوى الأساسية المعترضة في الشارع وقد تنطوي على اعترافات مباشرة ببعض الأخطاء الأساسية على مستوى الإدارة السياسية والاقتصادية في الماضي القريب.
وشدد المصدر على ان الخطاب الملكي المرتقب قد يتقدم بصورة مختلفة عن تفهم صاحب القرار المرجعي لمطالب الشارع واعتراضاته وملاحظاته وسيتطرق لإصلاحات شاملة وكبيرة تتجاوب مع مطالب المعارضة وتمنع تذخيرها بالمطالب والذرائع مشيرا الى ان الخطاب في مضمونه سيؤسس لحالة مراجعة وطنية شاملة للكثير من الملفات الأساسية.
وطالبت مسيرات بإسقاط الحكومة الحالية على مدار الأسبوعين الماضيين تحت سقف معيشي ويعتقد بان المصارحة الملكية المتوقعة الثلاثاء في عمان قد تنتهي بالعمل على تغييرات شاملة بالاتجاهات الإستراتيجية ليس على الصعيد السياسي الداخلي فقط ولكن على صعيد العلاقات العربية - الأردنية أيضا.
ومن الناحية التنفيذية يتداول السياسيون حديثا عن حكومة اقطاب وشخصيات ذات ثقل وطني واجتماعي في القريب العاجل مما يدشن نهاية مرحلة الاستعانة بخبرات شابة او ليبرالية او تدعي الليبرالية في قيادة الحكومات والعودة للشخصيات المجربة والموثوقة مع تحولات تنهي الآلية القديمة في تشكيل الحكومات واختيار الوزراء.
ومن المرجح ان تستعد البلاد لحكومة جديدة من وزن ثقيل مع إجراءات تخفف القبضة الأمنية وتعيد المبادرة على مستوى الخطاب الإصلاحي بقياس الملاحظات الملكية السلبية على الأداء العام طوال السنوات الماضية.
