ما هي المدرسة ...؟
المدرسة الجزائرية حديثة النشأة و هي وليدة الاستقلال حيث عرفت عدت تجاذبات
و تناقضات بين عدة تيارات فكرية منها ما هو علماني فرنكفوني و منها ماهو عروبي قومي و عبر المراحل التي مرت بها عرفت نسق تنازلي و ضعف في منهج غير ثابت هو عباره عن مجموعة تجارب اروبية فاشله مما انعكس على المستوى التعليمي للفرد و بالتالي على المجتمع فأصبحت الشهادة الجزائرية ذات قيمة محدوده و لها حيز ضيق للتنافس و هي غير معترف بها في الكثير من الدول الغربية حيث أصبحت رمزا للانحطاط العلمي و الفكري و كذلك دليل على عقم الحلول الترقيعية. لذا اصبحت المدرسة الجزائرية مرآت عاكسة تخرج الفاشليين أكثر منهم الناجحيين و تنتج المتسربيين و تربي التناقض الفكري الصارخ الذي يجعل الفرد في تضارب مع ذاته و هويته .
قال أحد الغربين لطالب جزائري " حدثني عن السنه الدراسية في الجزائر .
قال له الطالب " هي عطلة سنوية تتخللها أيام دراسية .

نِعم المدرسة التي تولد أصحاب همة و فكر و ذكاء و فصاحة لسان نِعم المدرسة التي تولد بحارين قادرين على قيادة سفينتهم في بحر الحياة، نِعم المدرسة التي تلاميذها يدخلونها بكل فرح و سرور، نعم المدرسة التي معلمينها أشجار تنبت أطباء و مؤرخين و أدباء...، نعم المدرسة التي ادارتها ترعى العلم و المعرفة و أصحاب المواهب.
بئس المدرسة التي تخرج من أحشائها الكره و الخوف و البؤس، بئس المدرسة التي تولد بحارين يغرقون سفينتهم في شاطئ بحر الحياة، بئس المدرسة التي تلاحق تلاميذها حتى يجدون الشر و الغش ملاذا لهم، بئس المدرسة التي معلميها يدخلوها بكل تشاؤم، بئس المدرسة التي ادارتها تضخ تلاميذها بغية اخراج نقاطى حسنة.
الكل عالم على أن المدرسة من واجبها تحضير جيل متفاعل مع محيطه، و لذلك وضعت الوزارة التعليم بالكفاءات الذي ينص على التعلم و التقييم بالمشكلات من الحياة اليومية و بورك من وضع هذا البرنامج فقد جعل البرنامج الجزائري أفضل برنامج في العالم على حسب رأيي. لكن هل المدرسة الجزائرية مهيئة لمثل هذا التعليم؟ صراحة أقول أن مدرستتنا غير مهيئة لهذا التدريس و هذه أمثلة قانعة:
1- عدد تلاميذ أقسام الابتدائيات 35 و المتوسطات و الثانويا قد تصل إلى 50.
2- المدارس غير مجهزة تجهيزا يلائم التعليم بالكفاءات كوسائل التجارب العلمية و الحواسيب و ....
و قد جعلت الظروف السيئة يدرسون بالتعليم بالمضامين حيث صار الأستاذ يلقن التلاميذ الدروس مما سبب ملل التلاميذ منها
و أقترح أن يقتصر التقويم على الادماج و أن يلائمه التوزيع السنوي و الأسبوعي للحصص.
لو طلب مني تقييم المدرسة الجزائرية لأعطيتها 10 على 20 لكنه يمكن أن تتصل على علامة كاملة و آمل ذلك.
ذلك بتسريح جل المدرسين الذين عملوا أكثر من 25سنة و احالتهم على التقاعد
خاصة النساء و استبدالهم باطارات متخرجة من مدارس مختصة بالله عليكم كيف يطلب ممن تكون لمدرسة لها أهداف و هي المدرسة الأساسية التكوين بعد25 سنة عمل لمدرسة تعتمد على المقاربة بالكفاءات ؟؟؟؟؟؟
هل حظرنا انفسنا لهذا كله قبل الشروع في التطبيق؟؟؟؟؟؟
ام هى مرحلة انتقالية على حساب ابرياء؟؟؟؟

لكن الحديث فيه مؤلم ...

فرضت علينا سنة العصر الحديث ان تكون المدرسة قنطرة العبور الى نهضة الشعوب وتطورها

ربما اقصد هنا ثقافة الشعوب ...

لكن الجهل القائم على مسؤلية التعليم في الجزائر فقط .... اؤكد واقول في الجزائر فقط .. ( التعليم كارثي ) .. جعل التعليم كارثي على كل مراحله ...

من غير المنصف ان نلوم دائما الوزارة الوصية على التعليم ..

من غير المنصف ان نلوم دائما .. المنهاج الدارسي المتبع ..

لكن هناك شيء آخر يدعى اولياء التلاميذ .... جمعية دون جماعة ...

هناك امور تسمى نقابة .. .

هناك امور تسمى وعي الاولياء ...

التعليم في الجزائر ... معناه ان المجتمع يتعلم على الكتابة والقراة فقط .... و هذا شيء جميل ..

لكننا سنبقى نترواح في اماكننا


الكل مسؤول حب موقعه و مكانته
و المجتمع قالب يجمع في ثناياه الصالح و الطالح
اما من بيده الحل و الربط يستطيع تسريع الخطوات في الاصلاح
ليس بعصى موسى او خاتم سليمان
و ليس بين عشية و ضحاها لكن باشهار للوعي بقيمة العلم
و صعوبة التحدي تحتم علينا التواجد ضمن الركب و الا نسلم الامر الواقع
و نبقى تابعيين و للاسف نحن امة أقرأ لا تقرأ و ديننا يحث على العلم
و يهيب بمكانة العالم لكن عندما تتوفر الارادة و النية الصادقة في الاصلاح
يمكن انجاحه انطلاقا من البيت الى المدرسة و المسجد و هذا حتما ما ينعكس
على الشارع و تكافل المجتمع

السلام عليكم
للاسف المدرسه الجزائريه الان تنتج جيلا ضعيفا في كل شيئ ،لا فكر ولا ثقافه ولا اراده في طلب العلم والمعرفه ،التلميذ في 2011م وما سبقها من اعوام عباره عن مجتر لمقررات في كل المواد هدفه منها ان يحصل على اكبر نقطه يمكنها ان تجعله ينتقل للقسم الاعلى دون ان يكون هدفه زياده لذلك الكسب الفعلي للعلم بحب والاغتنام الكبير للمعرفه ،لقد نتج عن هذا جيل مريض الظهر لكثرة ما يحمله من كتب وكراريس قليل الفهم لان همه الحفظ للاجابه ،فارغ الفكر لانه لا يسعى لان يكون مثقفا.
لما اتكلم مع بعض التلاميذ اجد القله فقط من يملك بعضا من المعلومات ويكون اما انه متاثر بوالديه او انه ممن يترددون على المساجد اما الاغلبيه فيرحمها الله برحمته.
لو تكلمنا في هذا المجال لن نفي الموضوع حقه.

وزارة غائبة متفوقة في تضخيم نتائج الامتحانات
غياب كلي للجمعيات و اولياء الامر و حتى النقابات
كتب تزن حجم التلميذ
مازلنا في عهد الطبشور
و هذا دليل كاف و معبر عن حجم المشكلة
