السلام عليكم ورحمة الله و بركاته ، تحدثت الأقلام كثيرا عن الدولة
و الحكومة و الجينرلات و الاميار و روساء الدوائر و الولاة
و كثير مما كتب و حتى من يطرح ردا يتحدث فيه بشكل
ما عن الواقع يتهم بأنه شيات و كثير من التهم ،
لكن و ان كانت السلطة بأخطائها ، فما هي أخطائنا نحن
اليس المير هو من ابناء الشعب جاء اما بدعم من العرش والقبيلة
و أهل المدينة ، و يفوز بطريقة ديمقراطية .
اليس النائب في المجلس الشعبي الوطني يفوز بعد ان تدعمه
الجماهير وتسير في ركبه ، و تقول انه ابننا و ابن بلدتنا
و ابن قبيلتنا ،
اليس رئيس الدائرة خريج الجامعة الجزائرية ابن البلد
اليس الامين العام للدائرة هو و الرؤساء التنفيذيين
للولاية هم من عامة الشعب ،
اليس الولاة هم من عامة الشعب تدرجوا في المسؤوليات
حتى ركبوا ما هم فيه ،
و ان وزعت الأخطاء على هؤلاء ستوزع عليا انا وانت
ان وصلنا الى ما وصلوا اليه يمكن نصبح مثلهم بل اكثر
، اين الخلل اذا ؟
يجب ان نجيب عن هذا السؤال الذي يقلقني كثيرا و يجب
ان نتمتع بروح الواقعية بعيدا عن تجريم هذا وتبرئية
ذلك و نناقش الامر وبواجهة صحيحة ، و لا نزكي أنفسنا
و نحن نتناقش في امر هام /
لا نتهرب من المسؤولية والصاقها في غيرنا
بل كل واحد مسؤول من جهته ، و لا نتحدث عن المسؤولية
التي يفهمه الكثير بالتكسير و غيره بل مسؤولية تقاسم
الاخطاء ،

بورك فيك على الطرح الممتاز هل تعلم أن 35 مليون محلل رياضي السنة الماضية أصبح 35 مليون محلل سياسي هذه السنة
نعم عندما يغيب أهل الاختصاص يفسح المجال الى الكلام بدون مقياس
لابد من تشخيص المرض قبل اعطاء الدواء
لابد من أخصائيين نفسانيين لدراسة الشخصية الجزائرية دراسة شاملة و دقيقة ثم يبدأ البحث على الحلول
أول وثبة نقوم بها من أجل التغيير و بهذا نصل الى الأولويات في التغيير

للسلطه الجزائريه مساوء كما لها محاسن ولا يمكننا تجاهل الاثنين،فاذا اردنا الاصلاح فيجب قبل ان نعد مساوء الغير نعرف مساوئنا اولا ونغيرها وبهذا نغير اي شيء نرجوا اصلاحه.

أرى أن المشكلة تكمن في تدخل الكل فيما لا يعنيه
و قد جاء في بعض الأحاديث ( إذا وسّد الأمر لغير أهله فانتظر الساعة )
و سبب هذه المشكلة أنه لا وجود لمصطلح احترام التخصصات !
فالكل يريد أن يكون له دور، و الكل يريد أن يدلو بدلوه حتى يظهر مدى اطلاعه و معرفته بخبايا الأمور !
و ما أصدق تلك المقولة التي نعرفها جميعا، لكن قلما نلتفت إليها ( لو سكت من لا يعرف لقل الاختلاف )
إن الذي أدى بنا إلى هذه المشكلة العويصة هي المناهج التعليمية العقيمة، التي لم تزرع فينا النزوع إلى دراسة موضوع ما إلى أقصى مداه
فهم يعلموننا نتفا من العلم الفلاني و شذرات من العلم العلاني ! فيخرج الطلبة بركام هائل من المعلومات لا خطام لها و لا زمام ، و يجرؤ على الكلام في كل شيء مع أنه لم يتقن شيئا !
و قد قيل ( نصف طبيب يفسد الأبدان و نصف عالم يفسد الأديان)
و هذه المقولة تنطبق أيضا على كل التخصصات
