هاهي وهران تعلن على انتفاضتها الأدبية بعد سنوات من القحط الأدبي والإبداعي ... مثقفوا وهران يعملون على تحصيل الدرجة المتطورة في ارتقاء الأدب في المدينة الضمآنة أدبيا وثقافيا ...
وهران ومنذ سنوات من الجفاف الأدبي .. تحضر نفسها في استقبال كوكبة من المبدعين الجزائريين في اطار نشاطات مديرية الثقافة بالتعاون مع نادي وحي القلم ويكون هذا الملتقى الادبي الاول اول ملتقى ادبي منذ ما يقارب عشرية كاملة والموسوم بــــ " شموع لا تنطفئ " والذي سيقام بالمسرح الجهوي عبد القادر علولة أيام 01 و 02 و 03 من شهر فبراير 2011 ، وما تجدر الاشارة اليه في هذه الطبعة الأولى هو تكريم أب الرواية الجزائرية الراحل " الطاهر وطار " بحضور ابنته السيدة سليمة وطار و ابن اخيه الإعلامي القاص " رياض وطار " ، حيث سينشط هذا اللقاء كوكبة من شعراء وكتاب من مدينة وهران الذين يمثلون نادي وحي القلم منهم الشاعر والصحفي عابر سبيل من اذاعة الباهية الشاعر اسامة سعد الظاهري ،القاص روان علي شريف والناقد ياسين مية مفتاح وهناك بعض المدعوين من بعض ولايات القطر الوطني ومنها: الجزائر العاصمة ممثلة بالقاص والصحفي محمد دلومي، النعامة ممثلة بالشاعر والقاص ضيف الله عبد القادر،الجلفة ممثلة بالقاص سعدي الصباح، بلعباس ممثلة بالمبدع بوجمعة ابري، غيليزان بالشاعرين خليفة العربي عبد الهادي وعلال خديم ، معسكر بالشاعر مخفي محمد، وتلمسان ممثلة في شخص الناقد والصحفي بجريدة الشروق بوشريف عبد القادر.
