"الاقتصادية الإلكترونية" من جدة أدت الأمطار الغزيرة التي هطلت على جدة اليوم إلى سقوط جزئي للسد الاحترازي في أم الخير.. واكد مدير الدفاع المدني في جدة إجلاء السكان بالطائرات والقوارب المطاطية، مشيرا إلى أن منسوب الأمطار اليوم أكثر من 120 ملليمترا.

إلى ذلك أوضحت الهيئة العامة للطيران المدني أن الأمطار التي هطلت على جدة اليوم لم تؤثر على الحركة الجوية في مطار الملك عبد العزيز الدولي.

وبين المتحدث الرسمي باسم الهيئة خالد بن عبد الله الخيبري أن أجهزة التشغيل في مرافق المطارات وكذلك أجهزة الملاحة الجوية مهيأة مسبقا للتعامل مع هذه الأوضاع من خلال استخدام التقنية التي وفرتها الهيئة والمتمثلة في أجهزة المراقبة الجوية والرادارات المتقدمة حيث يتم يوميا تلقي النشرات الجوية من الجهات المختصة ويتم بثها عبر النظام الآلي وتكون متاحة للمراقبين الجويين والطيارين ويتم التعامل بشكل جاد مع أي تنبيهات جوية تصدر.

وأشار الخيبري إلى أن عمليات الإقلاع والهبوط في مطار الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي بجدة كانت في وضعها الطبيعي وكذلك أجهزة الهبوط الآلي على جميع المدارج منذ اللحظة الأولى لهطول الإمطار وحتى ساعة إعداد هذا البيان ، مشيرا إلى أن الإجراءات التي تتخذ عادة عند سوء الأحوال الجوية لإيقاف أو تعليق الرحلات تعتمد على معايير تتعلق بكمية الأمطار على المدرج وسرعة الرياح وقد تبين خلال هطول الإمطار اليوم أن كمية المياه في الحدود المسموح بها للقيام بعمليات الهبوط والإقلاع ولم يكن هناك انعدام في مستوى الرؤية الأفقية وكانت معدلات الرؤية طبيعة مما يسمح باستمرار الحركة الجوية.

وكانت جامعة الملك عبد العزيز قد علقت الاختبارات بعد محاصرة الأمطار الأساتذة والطلاب. وقالت الجامعة أنه تم تأجيل الاختبارات إلى الساعة الثامنة مساء إذا تحسن الوضع ودعت إلى متابعة موقع الجامعة لمعرفة أي تفاصيل.

وحذرت الرئاسة العامة الأرصاد من سحب رعدية ممطرة ورياح نشطة السرعة تتحرك على وسط وجنوب جدة خلال الساعة القادمة (ميناء جدة – الحمراء – الرويس – البلد – المطار القديم) . ومن ثم تأخذ بالتحرك شرقاً . وخلال الساعة القادمة ستؤثر العاصفة على (حي الجامعة – الأحياء الواقعة شرق الخط السريع – قويزة – الربيع).


كما توقعت الأرصاد في وقت سابق استمرار هطول الأمطار على المناطق (مكة المكرمة خاصة محافظة جدة وماجا ورها – الشرقية – القصيم – الرياض) . وقد تصحب بنشاط الرياح السطحية.


وقد هطلت الليلة الماضية وحتى فجر اليوم أمطارا غزيرة على منطقة الرياض والمحافظات والمراكز التابعة لها شملت جميع أحيا العاصمة كما شملت الأمطار الغزيرة محافظة القويعية ومراكزها وقراها شملت مراكز الرويضة وجزالا وجزيل والفويلق والجله وتبراك ووادي بعيثران ووادي إعبلية سالت على أثرها الأودية والشعاب.


كما هطلت أمطار بين متوسطه وغزيرة الليلة الماضية على محافظة شقراء والمراكز التابعة لها سالت على أثرها بعض الأودية والشعاب. كما شملت الأمطار الغزيرة محافظة ضرماء حيث سأل على أثرها شعيب الحيسيه ووادي غدده وبوظه وابوصفي وشعيب الملاحة والمرير وقويعان كما امتلأت روضه سمحان وارتوت كافة المزارع ووصل منسوب المياه في السد ما يقارب متر ونصف.


كما هطلت أمطار غزيرة على مركز مرات سالت على إثرها بعض الأودية ومنها وادي النخيل ووادي الرعن وشعيب ابا الفراوح. وكذلك على مركز الارطاويه أمطاراً متوسطه ارتوت على أثرها الأرض

ولازالت الفرصة مهيأة لهطول أمطار تتخللها خلايا رعدية على منطقة مكة المكرمة تشمل الأجزاء الساحلية منها ومنطقة الرياض، والأجزاء الجنوبية من منطقة القصيم تمتد إلى منطقة الحدود الشمالية (رفحا، عرعر) والمنطقة الشرقية (الأجزاء الشمالية منها ) كما يتوقع هطول أمطار على مناطق عسير والباحة وجازان ونجران وتكون الرياح السطحية جنوبية إلى جنوبية غربية على معظم مناطق المملكة نشطة السرعة على شرق المملكة ووسطها وتتحول الرياح إلى غربية شمالية غربية على الشمال والغرب نشطة السرعة، ويتكون الضباب خلال الليل والصباح على المرتفعات الجنوبية الغربية والغربية وأجزاء من الوسط والشمال.



ومن المتوقع أن تكون الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 15 – 38 كم/ساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط وجنوبية إلى جنوبية غربية على الجزء الجنوبي، تصل سرعتها إلى أكثر من 45 كم/ساعة على الجزء الجنوبي وارتفاع الموج من متر إلى متر ونصف، يصل إلى مترين على الجزء الجنوبي وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج . أما على الخليج العربي فيتوقع أن تكون الرياح السطحية جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 15 – 35 كم/ساعة تصل الى 45 كم/ساعة وارتفاع الموج من نصف متر إلى متر ونصف وحالة البحر متوسط الموج مائج فترة الظهيرة .
