تعاون نادر بين الجيش الإسرائيلي والسلطة الفلسطينية خلال عدوان "الرصاص المصبوب" على غزة

أفادت وثائق سرية حصلت عليها الجزيرة أن الرئيس الفلسطيني محمود عباس كان على علم بنية إسرائيل مهاجمة غزة قبل العدوان على القطاع الذي استمر 23 يوما قبل سنتين واستشهد فيه نحو 1500 فلسطيني كما أشارت الوثائق إلى أن السلطة الفلسطينية عملت على سحب تقرير غولدستون الذي اتهم إسرائيل بارتكاب جرائم حرب في غزة.
ففي اجتماع مع المبعوث الأميركي إلى منطقة الشرق الأوسط جورج ميتشل في الـ21 أكتوبر 2009 يقر رئيس دائرة المفاوضات في منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية صائب عريقات بأن رئيس الدائرة السياسية والأمنية بوزارة الدفاع الإسرائيلية عاموس جلعاد، "ذهب إلى أبي مازن قبل الهجوم وسأله؟.. وكان رد أبي مازن أنه لن يذهب إلى غزة على ظهر دبابة إسرائيلية".
وترتكز أسباب دعوة إسرائيل محمود عباس إلى مشاركتها حصاد نتائج الحرب المقبلة على ما سمعوه خلال جولاتهم التفاوضية المتعددة من الجانب الفلسطيني حول ضرورة إلحاق الهزيمة السياسية بحركة المقاومة الإسلامية (حماس).
ومثال ذلك ما عبر عنه رئيس طاقم المفاوضات في السلطة الفلسطينية أحمد قريع لوزيرة الخارجية الإسرائيلية السابقة تسيبي ليفني في الـ22 جانفي2008 عندما قال "سنهزم حماس لو توصلنا إلى اتفاق وسيكون هذا هو ردنا على دعواهم بأن استعادة أرضنا يمكن أن تتحقق فقط عبر المقاومة".
ونفس الكلام نقلته أيضا قيادة السلطة الفلسطينية إلى الإدارة الأميركية في لقاء جمع رئيس حكومة تسيير الأعمال الفلسطينية سلام فياض مع وزيرة الخارجية كوندوليزا رايس في الرابع من مارس2008.
وفي ذلك الاجتماع يقول فياض "بالنسبة لغزة هناك طرف وحيد منتصر: حماس. إسرائيل لم تربح. نحن خاسرون بالتأكيد في هذا الحدث. حماس تحاول أن تتصدر الأخبار، وأن تخلق الظروف التي أدت إلى الانتفاضة الأخيرة".
ويبدو تحقيق مكاسب في مواجهة حماس أمرا ملحا بالنسبة للسلطة، وهو ما عبر عنه عريقات في لقاء جمعه رفقة سلام فياض مع المستشار السابق للأمن القومي الأميركي، ستيفن هادلي في 29 جويلية 2008 حين قال "نحن نحتاج إلى اتفاق، إنها مسألة حياة أو موت سياسي بالنسبة لنا في علاقتنا بحماس".
وكشفت تلك الوثائق عن أن السلطة استمرت في اتصالاتها مع الإسرائيليين حتى بعد العدوان على القطاع قبل سنتين أو ربما في أثنائه، كما كشفت عن جوانب خفية من تحريض السلطة المستمر على حماس.
ففي اجتماع بتاريخ 21 أكتوبر 2009 يقول عريقات لمستشار الأمن القومي الأميركي السابق الجنرال جيم جونز "نحن نلتقي الإسرائيليين دوريا حول الأمن، بغض النظر عن السياسة".
وفي اجتماع مع ميتشل بتاريخ 20 أكتوبر 2009 يقول عريقات "سنحافظ على الاتصالات ولكن مع عاموس جلعاد" "في أي وقت كان". ويضيف عريقات "لن نوقف الاتصال".
وكانت وسائل إعلام إسرائيلية عديدة قد أفادت بعيد الحرب أن السلطة الفلسطينية تعاونت فيها "بشكل ممتاز".
وذكرت القناة العبرية الثانية في العاشر من ماي 2009 أن قائد الأركان الإسرائيلي غابي أشكنازي بعث برسالة إلى وزيري الخارجية والقضاء والمستشار القضائي للحكومة كشف فيها عن "تعاون نادر" بين الجيش الإسرائيلي والسلطة الفلسطينية خلال عدوان "الرصاص المصبوب" على غزة.
وأسفر العدوان على غزة نهاية عام 2008 وبداية 2009 عن استشهاد نحو 1500 شهيد وجرح نحو خمسة آلاف آخرين، إضافة إلى تدمير هائل في المساكن والبنى التحتية للقطاع.
