السعادة هي غايتنا ووصولها هدفنا

السعادة هي الشعور الذي نطمح إليه في جميع أوقاتنا
قد نعيشه بعضاً من الوقت لكننا نطمع في المزيد منه….
فهل فعلاً للسعادة هرمون!!؟

هرمون السيريتونين (serotonin)
هو أحد الناقلات العصبية في المخ ويوجد أيضاً في الجهاز الهضمي والصفائح الدموية.

تلعب هذه المادة دوراً مهماً في تنظيم مزاج الإنسان وهذا هو سبب تسميتها بهرمون السعادة.
بالإضافة إلى تنظيمها للشهية, النوم, الذاكرة وتقلص العضلات.



بما إ ن وجود السيريتونين بمستواه الطبيعي يحفز على السعادة, فنقصانه بلا شك أحد أسباب الاكتئاب.
لذا فهو جزء مهم من تركيبه أدوية الاكتئاب.

كيف نزيد رصيد هرمون السعادة في أجسامنا:
1-تناول الأغذية الغنية بالكربوهيدرات كالشعير, الشوفان, الحنطة السوداء, البطاطا والبطاطا الحلوة.
2-تناول البروتينات الغنية بالسيريتونين كالدجاج, السمك, لحم الضأن والعجل, الحليب والجبن قليل الدسم.
3-قضاء بعضاً من الوقت في الأماكن الطبيعية, الصلاة و روحانيتها, التأمل والهوايات كلها أمور تحفز إفراز السيريتونين.
4-الرياضة.
مارس رياضه المشي, اليوغا أو ركوب الدراجة لمده 4 أيام في الأسبوع.
5-النوم المنتظم. (على أقل تقدير 7 ساعات متواصلة من النوم الهادئ )
6-التعرض لأشعه الشمس لمده نصف ساعة في الصباح وساعتين خلال باقي النهار.

أنا أعتقد أنه من يأكل كل هذا وهو هائم في المعاصي والذنوب وأكبرها وأعظمها الشرك بالله ، هذا لا يجد السعادة أبدا أبدا( فمن اتبع هداي فلا يضل و لا يشقى، و من أعرض عن ذكري فإن له معيشة ضنكى )
وأيضا قوله صلى الله عليه وسلم ( إن العبد إذا أذنب الذنب نكت في قلبه نكتة سوداء ، فإن هو تاب ونزع واستغفر صقل ، ولا يزال العبد يذنب الذنب ، فذالكم الران ، ثم تلى ذالكم الآية : ( كَلَّا بَلْ رَانَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ )
{ مَنْ عَمِلَ صَالِحًا مِنْ ذَكَرٍ أَوْ أُنْثَى وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ فَلَنُحْيِيَنَّهُ حَيَاةً طَيِّبَةً وَلَنَجْزِيَنَّهُمْ أَجْرَهُمْ بِأَحْسَنِ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ } ، قال تعالى : { مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ حَرْثَ الْآخِرَةِ نَزِدْ لَهُ فِي حَرْثِهِ } أما من آثر الحياة الدنيا على الآخرة فإنه قد يؤتى من الدنيا ولكن ليس له في الآخرة من نصيب : { مَنْ كَانَ يُرِيدُ الْحَيَاةَ الدُّنْيَا وَزِينَتَهَا نُوَفِّ إِلَيْهِمْ أَعْمَالَهُمْ فِيهَا وَهُمْ فِيهَا لَا يُبْخَسُونَ }{ أُولَئِكَ الَّذِينَ لَيْسَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ إِلَّا النَّارُ وَحَبِطَ مَا صَنَعُوا فِيهَا وَبَاطِلٌ مَا كَانُوا يَعْمَلُونَ } .
اللهم اجعلنا ممن آثروا الآخرة على الدنيا وآتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار .
