اصدرت الجهات الامنية قرارا بمنع صلاة الجمعة في اي منطقة في وسط البلد هذا و قد بدأت الجهات الامنية في غلق المساجد الكبيرة في جميع انحاء الجمهورية حتي لا تتم التجمعات الكبيرة مما يؤدي الي قيام المظاهرة بأعداد غفيرة

أكد الشيخ محمد عبد الرحمن، مدير مديرية الأوقاف بالقاهرة، أنه لم يتلق أى إشارة من الوزارة أو من أى جهة أمنية بغلق المساجد الكبرى غدا وحظر خطب الجمعة بها.

وقال عبد الرحمن فى تصريحات لـ"اليوم السابع" إنه لم يتلق أى إخطار بحظر خطب الجمعة بالمساجد الكبرى، خاصة فى وسط القاهرة، مضيفا بأن المساجد مفتوحة ولن تغلق، مطالبا المصلين بالحفاظ على هيبة بيوت العبادة.

وكانت وزارة الأوقاف قد أرسلت إشارات إلى كافة مديريات الأوقاف بالجمهورية بتوحيد خطبة الجمعة غداً، وأصدرت توجيهاتها إلى خطباء المساجد فى جميع أنحاء الجمهورية بالالتزام بأربعة بنود فى خطبة الجمعة، أهمها مناشدة جميع أبناء الوطن بالبعد عن التنازع والشقاق والاختلاف، عملا بقول الله تعالى "ولا تنازعوا فتفشلوا".

وأشارت الوزارة فى المنشور الذى تم توزيعه على الأئمة، واستدل بـ11 آية من القرآن الكريم، إلى ضرورة التأكيد على حرية الرأى والتعبير فى إطار الديمقراطية التى تعيشها الأمة، كما دعا المنشور الأئمة إلى التأكيد على احترام الملكية العامة والخاصة ومقدرات الوطن، عملا بقول الله تعالى "هو أنشأكم من الأرض واستعمركم فيها"، ونهى عن التخريب والتدمير، حيث قال تعالى "ولا تفسدوا فى الأرض بعد إصلاحها".

كما أكد البيان على ضرورة أن تتضمن الخطبة العمل على الوحدة بقوله تعالى "واعتصموا بحبل الله جميعا ولا تفرقوا واذكروا نعمة الله عليكم إذ كنتم أعداء فألف بين قلوبكم فأصبحتم بنعمته إخوانا".

وقال المنشور "إن من أعظم ما ينشده الإنسان فى هذه الحياة الحرية، ولذلك جعلها من أخص خصائص الإنسانية، وجعل الناس أحراراً وكفل لهم حرية الاعتقاد، وقرر حق كل إنسان فى أداء شعائر دينه، وشرع الأحكام التى تصون هذه الحرية وتحميها وتمنع من الاعتداء عليها".

وأكدت الوزارة أن حرية التعبير من الحريات التى أقرها الدين، بشرط ألا تتحول إلى فوضى أو إفساد فى الأرض أو إساءة إلى أحد، أو تدمير للممتلكات، وأضافت أن الإسلام أكد على احترام الإنسان، حتى وإن كان مخالفاً فى الرأى أو الاعتقاد، وأنه لا يجوز الاعتداء على سمعه أو عقله أو ماله أو عرضه، باعتبارها مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية التى أكدتها كل الشرائع السماوية.

وأضاف المنشور، أن الإسلام نهى عن إثارة البلبلة ونقل الشائعات المغرضة من غير بينة أو برهان، وأكد على حب الوطن باعتباره من الإيمان، ودعا إلى ضرورة المحافظة على كل الممتلكات العامة والخاصة، حتى يتمتع الناس بنعمتى الأمن والسلام.
