الشعوب العربية واحتجاجات التغيير../ "مصر"

إن خروج مئات الآلاف من المصريين الأربعاء 26 يناير 2011م، في مسيرات احتجاجية بالعاصمة القاهرة إلى جانب مدن أخرى بمختلف أنحاء البلاد، استكمالا لمظاهرات يوم الثلاثاء، وخروج البوليس بكافة تشكيلاته للتصدي لها تخوفا من تكرار التجربة التونسية على أرض الكنانة ،ليس فلما دراماتيكيا، ولا تصورا خياليا، فهو واقع معيش...
مخطئ من يتكهن بنهاية ما يجري في الشارع المصري، أو يحدد مصير النظام أو مصير الرئيس حستي مبارك ... وكل تكهن في اعتقادنا ينبغي أن يبنى على فهم الأسباب الدافعة إلى الاحتجاجات الصارخة ، والتي من بينها أن الشعب المصري بكل طوائفه كغيره من الشعوب العربية بعاني من أضرار الفساد والجوع والقهر وقمع الحريات والحرمان والتمييز....
ومن الخطأ أيضا، القول بنجاح استعمال القوة لمواجهة ألاف الأشخاص يطالبون بإصلاحات سياسية ديمقراطية اجتماعية في البلاد.
مراكز الحكم تزعم أن تنظيم المظاهرات، نقد هدام يراد منه إظهار عيب الآخرين للنيل منهم وتشويه سمعتهم والطعن في نياتهم من غير حجة ولا برهان.
وأخر يقول أن المظاهرات تقليد غربي!!...من أخطر الفتن التي ابتُلينا بها في عصرنا ومست كل مجالات الحياة، العقدية والخلقية والتربوية والسلوكية والسياسية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية ، ويتهمون منظمي المظاهرات والتجمهر ضد الحكام، بإثارة الاضطرابات لأجل المال والمناصب وملاذ الدنيا !، آراء تبقى تخص اصحابها ولا تعبر عن ضمائر الشعوب ، وليس لها علاقة بالواقع المعيش..
صحيح ،إن ما يجري اليوم في مصر هو شأن الشعب المصري الشقيق ولا دخل لغيره، وما أوردناه فمن أجل علاقته بمسألة المسائل التي نبهنا إليها كمواطنين عرب منذ مدة في مناسبات عدة.
فالأنظمة السياسية العربية ذات الطبيعة الشمولية، تمارس البابوية وتدعي بأنها تمتلك حق الاحتكار المطلق للسلطة، واحتكار الكلمة الشعبية، في ظل غياب الشرعية المدنية السياسية، والمجتمعية، والثقافية....‏
والحال هذه، فان المجتمع المدني العربي لا يزال ملتبساً مع المجتمع القدسوي، ودليل ذلك أن المجتمع المدني لم يستطع أن يفرض نظام ترميزته الخاصة، وراح برزح تحت وطأة تداخله مع اعادة انتاج النمط الاستبدادي، ساعيا إلى التصالح والتعايش مع المجتمع القدسوي ذاته،
إذن، هيمنة السياسية على الفكر العربي، و جعلته أحياناً رهن الاعتقال، والتدجين، ما جعله مكبلا، اساليب بإشكالياتها أتت في ظروف تاريخية معينة، تجاوزها اليوم الزمن.
ومسعى التعايش الذي انتهجته بعد النظم السياسية العربية كاستراتيجية قائمة بفتح الحقل السياسي أمام مختلف القوي السياسية من غير المراجعات الفكرية وانفتاح الهيكلة النظامية ،وشفافية التسيير، هو مسعى لم يكن فاشلا فحسب بل ادخل الشعوب في دوامة العنف والعنف المضاد نتيجة حالات الاحتقان، والنتائج امامنا اليوم، وكلما طالت مدة المرض ازداد جسم المريض ضعفا وهزالا.
اعتقد البعض خطأ أن ما جرى ويجري في الوطن العربي:" تونس ، في اليمن ،في الجزائر ،في لبنان، ..وفلسطين ،وفي السودان. ومصر اليوم..." من الهزات يمكن تفسيره بغير غياب الديمقراطية، وغياب العدالة الاجتماعية وتدهور حقوق الانسان واستفحال المفاسد ، واحتكار مراكز السلطة...
والحقيقة أنها نماذج متعددة لعملة واحدة،بالصورة التي اسلفنا.
الحكام ومن يلفّ حولهم يعيشون في ترف وبذخ منقطع النظير، بينما تعيش الشعوب في بؤس وفقر وحرمان. ما جعل فجوة التقاطع والتخالف بين الأنظمة وشعوبها، تتسع يوماً بعد يوم، ما دفع الجماهير في العالم العربي بجميع انتماءاتها السياسية من اليمين واليسار والوسط، تملأ الشوارع بالمسيرات والتظاهرات تعبيراً عن التضجر وما لحقها من ظلم انظمة اتخدت المظلة الأميركية جنة.
أفلا يعلم هؤلاء الحكام العرب، أن وثائق موقع ويلينيكس التي فضحت الكثير منهم جاءت متزامنة مع هذه الهزات جاءت لا لشيء إنما للتشويش على الرأي العام والشروع في تطليق هذه الانظمة التي صارت ورقة غير رابحة في تغطية حقيقة الفشل الذريع للسياسة الأمر يكو صهيونية وجفاف جنتها ؟. وها هي الولايات المتحدة تدعو السلطات المصرية الى التعامل بشكل سلمي مع الاحتجاجات المناوئة للحكومة.
فلو استقامت هذه الأنظمة في ذاتها وأجمعت على كلمة واحدة أو ذهبوا إلى أميركا بقرار عربي، وموقف موحد، موقف "لا للغزو الأميركي ، لانتهت المشكلة، ولو فهم الحكام العرب أن أميركا فشلت وتريد التخلص من ثقلهم، لرجعوا الى صفوف شعوبهم.
فد تسألني ماهي محددات السياسة الأمريكية في موقفها الجديد هذا ؟
والجواب أن أميركا لم تعد بحاجة الى هياكل جامدة،فهي تسعى الى استبدال هذه الأنظمة بأنظمة أخرى تحافظ من خلالها على مصالحها في المنطقة العربية، فك العزلة وتوسيع نطاق الاستثمار والتبادل التجاري والحفاظ على التواجد الفعال تنفيذا لمشروع الشرق الأوسط الجديد.
