التغيير حتمية سياسية واجتماعية

كثر مؤخرا الحديث عن التغيير واختلفنا في مفهومه وكيفته لكن ربما اتفق الجميع ان التغيير لازمة من لوازم الاستمرار في حياة الدولة نظاما ومجتمعا ومؤسسات
لان الاستمرار في المسار الحالي يعني محليا تلاشي الدولة الجزائرية بمفهوم مصادر تاسيسها الاولى . الثورة وبيان اول نوفمبر ومؤتمرات الصومام وطرابلس وغيرها
لاكن من سيغير ومالذي سنغيره وكيف سنقوم بذلك
التغيير لا بد ان يكون شعبيا لكي يحضى بالمصداقية اللازمة والقوة الكافية الظامنة للوصول الى النجاح ويعنى بالمطالب الحقيقية للمواطن الجزائري لتحقيق الاجماع وبهدف واضح يجنبه التلاعب من المتربصين ويمنع الالتفاف عليه ومراوغته
السؤال الان هل الفرد . المواطن الجزائري يمتلك القدرة على القيام بهذا الامر
اضنه وبعد49 سنة من العيش في النظام ال>ي يكرس الجهوية والعشائرية والوصولية والرشوة وبقية الامراض الاجتماعية انتج فردا جهوي عشائريا وصوليا انانيا مستعدا لسرقة وطنه وشعبه ونفسه والا بماذا نفسر .. مواطن يقتحم سكنا اجتماعيا اليوم ويبعه غدا واخر يحطم ويسرق محتويات مؤسسة عمومية في تظاهرة تطالب بتوفير مناصب عمل انها قمة التناقض والامر يوحي بان هذا الشخص لا يمتلك القدرة على ان يكون مواطنا ما بالك ان يمتلك القدرة على التغيير
والحل يكمن في نظري في وقفة الشباب المثقف الواعي الذي يحب وطنه ويؤمن بان التغيير لا يمر عبر التحطيم والسرقة والمنفعة الخاصة
مالذي سنغيره هل هو النظام القائم من رئاسي مثلا الى برلماني او نؤسس مملكة دستورية هل شكل النظام لا يعجبنا ام رجالاته او قوانينه ودستوره
ارى ان النظام الجزائري على الورق مناسب جدا لتركيبة المجتمع ولا يحتاج الا الى يعض الرتوشات الصغيرة في المجالين المالي والاجتماعي
ا>ا مالذي سنغيره .
ما يجب ان يغير هو ال>هنيات الحاكمة والمؤثرة في الدولة من راسها الى سلطتها المحلية
واول المطالبين بالتغير هو المواطن نفسه فكيف بربكم لمواطن عندما تحين الانتخابات يمنح صوته على اساس عشائري او لمصلحة خاصة لشخص لا يحضى بثقة عاقل على وجه الارض ليعود بعد مدة يتظاهر ضد هذا المنتخب بعد ان منحه الشرعية والمسؤولية
يجب القضاء على الثقافة الانتخابية الفاسدة والتي تعتبر علامة جزائرية مسجلة كيف لشعب واع ينتخب برلماني او عضو محلي او حتى رئس دولة لا يثق فيه وربما يعلم مسبقا انه يتهيئ لسرقته وافساد واتلاف مقدراته المادية والمعنوية فنحن من انتخب المجالس المحلية والبرلمانية ورئيس الجمهورية فلماذا لا يعجبوننا الان ستقولون الانتخابات مزورة اقول لكم لا نحن المواطنون المزورون لاننا يوم اتجهنا الى صناديق الاقتراع كان اخر شئ نفكر فيه هو النزاهة والكفاءة والقدرة على العطاء في الرجل الذي سنوليه امرنا بل كان كل همنا هو ما اسمه وما يملك ومن اي جهة وعرش وعائلة هو وما يمكن ان يقدمه لنا كمنافع شخصية اليست هذه الحقيقة
بنظري هذا مايجب ان يغير اولا
ثم رغم ما يبدو من توافق على مطالب المحتجين في طول البلاد وعرضها الا انها تبقى دون المستوى المطلوب الكل ينادي بتخفيض الاسعار والعمل والسكن والقروض والضرئب الكل ينادي المنفعة المنفعة ونسي الجميع الفساد المالي والاداري الذي نعلم وبكل وضوح انه السبب رقم واحد في كل المشاكل التي تتخبط فيها الدولة الجزائرية ففي كل ادارة ومدينة وقرية يوجد الخليفة وعبد الرحمان عاشور وشكيب خليل اينما تلتفت تجد لصا ومرتشي لا يحاسبه احدا حتى ان الاجانب علمو ان الزردة كبيرة والدعوة هاملة فاتو ليغترفوا مما تدره البقرة الحلوب وما مكاتب الدراسات والشركات البترولية وقضية الايطالي وفندق ريجنسي بوهران والطريق السيار عنا ببعيد
هل سمعنا احد خرج الى الشارع يقول اوقفوا الفساد لا تحطمو الدولة ام ان امرها لا يهمنا ما دمنا نستطيع ان نتحصل على عمل وسكن كرشوة مقابل سكوتنا مع زيادة في الاجر وقرض لا يضمن رده من وكالة تشغيل الشباب
شعب بهذا المستوى لا يستطيع التغيير الا اذا غير من مطالبه وارتقى بنفسه من المطالب الاجتماعية المنفعية الى المطلب السياسي الواعي والمسؤولية تقع كما اسلفنا على كاهل الشاب المثقف الواعي ولا يوجد من يستطيع ان يتكفل بالامر غيره
كيف يمكن لنا القيام بالتغيير وماهي الخطوات الميدانية الواجب اتخاذها للوصول اليه هل نعتمد التجربة التونسية والتي ارى من وجهة نظري انها لا توافق الحالة والخضرف الجزائري هل يكون تغيير هادئ يحافظ على المكاسب ويعتمد على طول النفس او تغييير عنيف يهدم لكي يبني من جديد
هذا ما سنتطرق له في الموضوع القادم بعد سماع ارائكم وقراءت مناقشاتكم والى ذلك الحين دمت حصنا لوطنكم والسلام

ولماذا على الطريقة التونسية؟
الطريقة التونسية تحمل بوادر فشلها والايام بيننا إن أي تغيير يحدث جراء صدمة هو تغيير فاشل لا محالة ان شهر في عمر حركة تغيير هو لا شيء بالنسبة لحركات التغيير عبر العالم
لماذا لا احد يتكلم عن التغيير على الطريقة التركية والماليزية؟
لماذا لا نرتقي بثقافتنا وتفكيرنا الى مستوى نشر الوعي ونشر ثقافة البناء لا التخريب والغوغائية عوض نشر ثقافة الاحباط والبكاء والعويل واقامة المآتم

لماذا على الطريقة التونسية اوالمصرية اواخرى
ارى ان تكون طريقة جزائرية مبنية على مبادئ او نوفمبر بالخطاب الصادق وتغير الذهنيات عند الكبار والرجوع الى توعية الصغار وتربية النشأ لان ليس لنا بلد اخر سوى الجزائر انظر حالة بن علي او ابن مبارك انظر الى اخواننا في العراق وفي غزة و,, و,,
الا نحتاج الى صحوة ضمير؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
هذه الصحوة تأتي بالخطاب الصادق من كل منبر صادق وثقة متبادلة بين الجميع مرجعها الوحيد هو بيان سطره من أرادوا أن نكون أحرار معززين مكرمين في بلادنا الجزائر و يا جزائرالمعجزات

تميز منك ان تطرح فكرة النهج التركي او الماليزي في التغيير واسال هل نمتلك ادواته وضروفه
التخريب والغوغائية اخر ما نريده ونشر الوعي والارتقاء بالثقافة ومستوى التفكير هو خطوة اولى في الطريق الصحيح
